Parcel Monkey 2k package from UK to USA - Parcelforce was £5 cheaper than Royal Mail, easy enough to purchase on website, weighed using kitchen scales, dropped off at small rural Post Office on Friday at 3pm, was delivered to California by 1pm local time on Tuesday! Wow!

Quick and easy to book the parcel collection, the time frame for collection is anywhere between 7am and 6pm. I had the labels printed ready, I had no trouble with the collection.

This is just a comparison site for courier companies. But beware, because when you pay Parcel Monkey you have no redress with the courier company if something goes wrong. I chose Courier to collect my package from a list supplied by PM. Today, five says later, I found out that the company I was returning my product to still has no record of having received my return. They asked for the tracking number - I gave them the only reference number that Courier provided. This wasn’t recognised and apparently didn’t qualify as a tracking number. As yet I can’t claim any refund for the returned product, even though Courier collected my parcel. Of course Parcel Monkey will wash their hands of it by saying they don’t transport the goods, but they happily take your money.

Really bad service with Courier, never use Courier!!!!! Been trying to get a parcel picked up for the last week and they still haven’t picked up they said they went to my house to collect, well they lied because I was waiting all day by my house and no one came. Really disappointed in the service.

Easy website--good range of carriers and competitive prices. Tracking info very slow,as previously,but I think this is more a ParcelForce problem but Parcel Monkey might try applying a bit of pressure on them to improve? Recommended

I needed to send a large parcel quite quickly but at a good price and Parcel Monkey offered the right service at the best price.
Just printed the label off at home, delivered the parcel to the local Post Office and it arrived at the addressee the next morning with tracking along the way.

After my third order, I was sent a label that didnt render and didnt display. I was told to contact support. I contact support. No response within a day. I contact them again, got a response within minutes. I was told to try again. Same issue. Waste of time.

Been using the company for a while and sent a few parcels no problems. That’s until you want to make a claim as a parcel has gone missing which they admitted. They expected me to get a signed declaration from my customer that he hadn’t got the item even though they just admitted it’s lost. And when you try and upload an invoice for proof of value won’t accept it! Tried to speak to customer services only to be ignored. Now out of pocket so won’t be using this company anymore!

terrible service - Paid for parcel to be picked up and delivered next day, no one came Was told to rebook for next day. Did so and just been told that no one will be collecting today either! Also 3 parcels that we dropped off on the 2nd with next day delivery still not delivered and showing as not even picked up yet. Just being told to wait by parcel monkey terrible service

Great service, gives you the cheapest rates for posting. Easy to use, collects the parcels from you on your chosen day. Sends Emails with updated tracking of your parcel. I have used DHL through this service and my parcels were delivered next day.

Joining the many others who pay for next day and then find that it actually means when the company can actually collect. Shocking that as a company they do not seem to realise that there is a financial implication to their customers. My parcel should have been collected Wednesday for a Thursday delivery. It wasnt collected and therefore it became a collect on Friday with a Monday delivery. Yet the price quoted was for next day and if I had driven to the drop off point would have been 75% cheaper. Yet upon complaining sorry no we dont adjust the price. Well as others seem to be opting for Parcel Monkey no more items sent with you ever again.

Totally useless. Item was collected Friday last week on Next Day Freight service and as of 4th November it appears the parcel has still not be located even though Parcel Monkey sent me 2 messages on 2nd and 3rd of November saying it would be delivered the next day. They now do not even respond to my queries on their live chat. No phone number, no email...........Dispute raised with Paypal and no doubt small claims to follow if the parcel has been lost. Avoid at all costs.

The concept is good but the service from parcel monkey themselves is shocking, I can’t ever remember them actually resolving an issue, there is no common sense or practical help just robotic scripted unhelpful reply’s that provide little or no info regarding your issues
