I have been using Parcelmonkey for about 6 years to arrange delivery of turntables sold via eBay and have always found the service easy to use and totally reliable. I would highly recommend Parcelmonkey, especially for Parcelforce collections.

If I could do 0 I would!. On Wednesday I booked a parcel to be collected from us on Thursday for delivery to client Friday. At about 3.00 Thursday I contacted them to chase up collection, to be told the driver attempted collection but no one home. We are a business , open 7.30 - 4.30 and had all windows and doors wide open as it was so hot last week. So was then told they would book for collection the next working day ie Friday. On Friday at about 12.00 I contacted them again, as it hadnt been collected and I was getting twitchy, to be told no we dont have a collection in for you soonest we can do it Monday. After a heated discussion I cancelled and went to the post office instead, who delivered on time when they said they would. Will not be using Parcel Monkey again and will in future stick with the post office.

Receiver was asked for €20 payment on delivery. All customs forms completed as per your website in full detail. Parcel subsequently returned to sender.

Quoted £92 - OK. On going through the order journey, at the payment stage the price quoted jumps to £106. No proper explanation as to why, just a vague statement that additional costs are incurred due to location. I regard upping the price at the payment screen is sharp practice and I do not appreciate any company resorting to these tactics. Guess what, I sent my parcel via another courier for £92, so you lose, Parcelmonkey. I will not be recommending you and will be careful to check otyher competitors beforehand.

Having never used Parcel Monkey before I wasnt sure. I neednt have worried. My parcel was picked up on time and delivered back to whencw it came.
The package was an Air Awning worth £800.
23.5k. I got notice from the receiver and the money back into my account. Must have been delivered In good order. Thanks for your help. Great service. Thanks.

The 24hours isn’t going in the 24 hours it’s taking 48 hours and sometimes longer. I don’t understand why a pickup service isn’t available as it’s hard work when I have to take them to the post office and carry them in myself.

I have been using Parcel Monkey for some time now and I find the service very easy to use and competitively priced. Very rarely have any issues with non collections, but if it has happened this has been very easy to rectify.

very very bad service, i wont use them again at all and i told my brother company not to use them. the reason for that i sent 2 boxes in April paying more than 800 pounds, the custom in Britain removed some items as they said they are not allowed to be sent( perfumes, deodorants and chargeable torch, nail varnish. they sent me then a message saying they removed these items and if i want them i have to pay 6.60£ of course i said yes of course i want these items removed and i will pay, since May i didnt receive anything and recently after many messages from me they said to me that i should provide receipts for the items been bought on February most of them online and from different sites, in order to refund me despite that they sent me the list of these items removed before they send it to me . now with their new messages they said these items went missing and the only way to compensate me is to provide them with receipts. they are big liars, these items cost me a lot. can you help before i publish this scandal on TV and Newspapers.

Given the madness of Brexit with the million and one different codes and prices one has to research and fill in everything went well up to now. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it stated that the customs form should be in an envelope firmly attached to the outside of the parcel. When the parcel was taken to the Post Office the lady there said quite emphatically that unless the signed customs declaration was OUT of the envelope and affixed to the outside of the parcel (for all to see!) the parcel would be immediately returned to the sender. I think this should be made clearer. Its not even the case of being in a clear envelope, they wont bother to open any envelope they just want to grab the box, read the form and then send (throw) it along.

Really really bad service provided by this 3rd party company, who 1.dont have a phone number 2. They will not provide you any proof 3. Damaged my item 4. Want me to pay for it to be returned, please stay safe and stay away from this rubbish 3rd party company

I ordered Hermes 2+ service and it took 6 days+ for 2 items to be delivered. I know it was Hermes delivering the parcels; however, you sold the service to me.
