I have never had any problems with Parcel Monkey as everything has been very strait forward. My only issues have arisen through the rough handling some of my parcels have received at the hands of Parcel Force. My complaints were sympathetically addressed by Parcel Monkey which I appreciate.

Terrible service, do not use. Didn’t show up to another courier, no explanation or apology, just said no reason for missed collection and it will have to be another day now. Cancelled order but told I must wait 5 days for a refund.

We wanted to send a parcel and was advised to use Parcelmonkey, good prices and easy to use website inlcuding payment etc.
The goods were taken to a close by drop off shop and collected by DHL. The parcel was delivered the next day.

I paid to have my letter delivered before 12.00 on 1st September...it was finally delivered at 09.41 on 6th September having been in the Central London Depot for five days. Appalling service!!! I will demand a full refund.

Booked at 10 am Bank Hol Monday to collect a dressing table and deliver it to me. The item was with me two hours later. Amazing price. Amazing service. Amazing everything. I do not usually write reviews but this is now a firm favourite. Thanks parcel monkey !

I dont normally like going through third parties to buy something online - seems a bit counterintuitive to me. But for some reason going direct to the courier company concerned was more expensive than going through the Monkey so - it worked for me. I got a cheaper deal and the extra communications chicanery involved worked seamlessly.

Scam company. Tried to lowball for a damaged item. Then when I refused, withdrew. Then tried to insist the item was not on the covered insurance list. Total bull. Took them to court, and when they got summons papers - contacted me to pay up. Dont stand for their nonsense and get legal on them.
