Pick up didnt happen at the organised time. I had to call the company directly to organise it and they told me Parcel monkey didnt pass on the details. Thankfully resolved quickly and managed to get everything sorted.
Very good service, came quickly and communicated well when they found the recipient not in. One star less as I was given the impression they might charge me extra for the recipient not being there!
