When you follow the guidelines,which is very clear there are no problems.
Delivery promised in 3-4days.
Was delivered in 3 days with no damage to the parcel.

Used PMUK before...all great so used again a few days ago.
I chose Parcelforce 48 and all went well & parcel got to my buyer safely in undamaged condition.
Will def use PMUK for my items sold.

I sent a parcel on 12/07/21 which should’ve been delivered within 4 days. It is now 25/07/21 (13 days later) and parcel monkey are not able to tell me where the parcel is!!! Total disappointment!!!

Very poor communication lack of information I had to contact them to find out there was a problem with the parcel which has still not been processed correctly I will be asking for my parcel to be returned and a full refund Not a serious company

Very bad service. I booked next day delivery on Wednesday but they dint collected my parcel next day. Now they are saying they will collect the parcel today and will deliver next working day, which is Monday. They have an option to upgrade it to same day service and deliver it on time, but they are not doing it even if its 100 percentage their mistake. Never expected they will do it for an important parcel like this which will cause huge financial loss for me. I should have booked my parcel direct from Royal mail or Courier or other companies.

Offer cheap knock off version of service. Will not refund for late delivery, unless 5 WORKING DAYS late, even if you pay next day delivery. Refuse to acknowledge refund guarantee which is offered on the service I chose. Beware you cannot contact courier for claims as your contract is with parcel monkey and their “terms of service” deny you any claim for late delivery.

My parcel has reached Mauritius but has still not reached to its destination. I’m still waiting it gets delivered. It’s more than 10 days already.

Used this service many times but this time disappointing. Parcel collected 15/7/21 parcel did not leave for destination country from Heathrow until 21/7 having arrived there on 16/7. At least it is in destination country though not yet delivered.

The service itself was great but I keep receiving emails for a password reset. There’s no way to unsubscribe from this even though I’ve sorted it out.
