Global Priority Drop Off is an international delivery service from Parcelforce which allows you to send parcels around the globe for an affordable price.
This trusted delivery service provides fully tracked, signed for delivery to most major destinations. You’ll have the convenience of being able to drop off your parcel at your local post office and when you book Global Priority Drop Off through Parcel Monkey, you’ll benefit from our discounted rates.
If you don’t have time to wait in for a courier to collect your parcel then dropping it off is the perfect solution and to make this as convenient as possible we offer 2 options for dropping off your Global Priority parcel:
1. Drop off your parcel at a local post office - this is the most popular option and the cheapest. Attach your shipping label and customs documents to your parcel, then drop it off at your local post office.

2. Drop off your parcel at a Parcelforce depot - Parcelforce depots generally have longer opening hours, so if you have a depot nearby, a depot drop off might be a good option for you.

No matter where you’re shipping to, you’ll be able to track your parcel every step of the way using our Parcelforce tracking tool. Just enter your PM order number to see the status of your shipment.
You can also track your Global Priority parcels directly via the Parcelforce website by using the tracking number on your shipping label.
To book Parcelforce Global Priority Drop Off, simply enter the weight, dimensions and destination of your parcel into our courier quote form and you'll receive an instant quote.
Select the 'Drop Off' tab and choose between a post office drop off or a depot drop off. You'll also be able to compare prices against other international parcel delivery services.
Once you've chosen your service follow our simple booking process to confirm and pay for your delivery.
Once your booking is complete, we'll email you a shipping label to print and attach to your parcel, so please ensure you have access to a printer before booking this service.
During the booking process, we’ll help you complete the necessary customs documents to ensure your parcel sails smoothly through customs. Just print the completed customs declaration (you’ll need 4 copies) and put it inside a clear plastic wallet or envelope marked customs. Attach the envelope to your parcel along with your shipping label.
It's always a good idea to put one copy of the customs declaration inside your parcel. If the customs envelope gets separated from your parcel in transit, this will reduce delays.
Global Priority Drop Off has a 30kg maximum weight limit for individual parcels to most destinations. The maximum dimensions are 1.35m length and 3m length and girth combined

Havent notice any problems with this service. It works very well when my in laws send parcels for grandchildren and to my wife.

Prices great, and easy to use website. However the customer help chat ticket system, is extremely slow to get replies, 1-2 days to wait.
I always use PM for parcels as the set up to order and print a lable for within the UK and also abroad is very easy. I had tried quite a few others for deliveries before PM and running my side line of supplying specialist vehicle parts when not touring with my non animal circus. All different sizes and weights, collection or drop off, all sorts of providers and all at a brilliant price. Over the years I have had to cancel a few lables and never had any problems. Problems are answered/ resolved quickly and I recommend them, at least give them a try, its worth a punt as we say. Dated 25/12/2025 as an Xmas present for PM.
Delivery is taking over a week longer than expected - I’ve raised complaints but heard nothing

I needed to ship a heavy parcel to the Netherlands and I found Parcel Monkey the cheapest. Cheaper than going direct to the individual companies. Easy to fill in the paperwork and the label and customs documents were produced automatically. I wanted to wait til my parcel had been delivered before giving a review Excellent . thanks
