Very disappointed with this company. Courier failed to deliver my parcel with perishable goods in it. Courier were extremely helpful and completely owned their failure to give the service agreed. Courier agreed to refund and compensate completely. When it came to issuing the refund, they realised it was through Parcel Monkey and said they would pay them and I will get the money from Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey said there was no problem with the service !!... and no refund or compensation. I explained that Courier had already agreed to it. Eventually they agreed to refund the service but so far are still saying that they will not pay the compensation!! I await the reasons, but beware, they are quick to take your money but will not sort any problems out and will try and keep the courier refunds and compensation for themselves.

I sent 3 boxes and they only delivered one, they lost my other 2 parcels wouldnt even admit it, I am chasing them already for 2 months, I get all different kinds of answers, sometimes its we found it in our lost & found another time its we disposed of it, recently its like we dont know and we are reaching ou to the courier, etc. They are not even returning the money I paid for shipping, never mind the parcels worths.

Used many times and can always rely on them supplying the cheapest price. The reliability of the chosen courier is obviously out of their hands, but I have never had any problems in 5 years of using Parcel Monkey. Would definitely recommend.

I was told nearest drop off was a main depo in Warrington. This was totally wrong as there are many local shops to drop parcels off at. Customer services need retraining on this. Not easy to get an online chat about this either. No phone number to speak to someone.

Lowest price by far for a parcel to Australia using Royal Mail Parcel Force. Easy to print label at home and drop off at post office.

Website easy to use especially around customs form as parcels of household items going to Austria were not easy to sort. Excellent prices. DPD collected in hour specified. Good tracking options. Parcel arrived in promised 5 days. Very happy

I have only ever used royal mail, knowing there was cheaper around decided to try it out. Parcel monkey is great as you can compare all in one place. Sending the item was as easy as going to post office, print off label, and send.... Def def will be using again,

My parcel was collected exactly when it was ment to be,by a very helpful man who not only was very polite and friendly but also told me exactly how I could track my parcel this was without promoting from me.

Sent recliner chair with 48h parcelforce PM9727414 which didnt exceed size or weight, paid around £13 after a few days WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION Parcel Monkey limited illegally attamed to take out £52.60 on 6th August at 3:25pm from my account without informing me before. Now i REPORTED THIS TO FCA ORGANISATION FOR FRAUD ATTEMPT. Parcel monkey i would like you to reply to this review and explain publicly with proof that you notified me what this payment is for.
