Quick, easy, well priced and delivers on time! What more could you ask for? ;)
This is the first time I’ve used this service and I must say that it was straight forward and concise. Package was easily tracked and delivered. Will definitely used again. Thank you.
Very good and prompt service. One downside was the cost of sending a parcel just over 2kg but still a lot cheaper than using parcelforce via their own site. Definitely use this service if sending a parcel overseas that weighs near the 30kg limit as then its super value in comparison. Would have given it 5 stars if not for cost.
Fantastic. Came within an hour to collect parcel. It had to go to the Caribbean and arrived 2 days later. Very good price. Will always use in future and will recommend
Very easy to use service and parcel delivered on time at a reasonable price
Good price and tracking in the UK, would have liked a key explaining the tracking notes once it left the U.K. was straight forward and simple although the person on the other side had not been informed the item had arrived, this was down to DHL not parcel monkey who had excellent and prompt customer service whenever contacted. Would used the again.
Historically have had problems but recent experience, very good.
