Issued small claims court proceedings today against Courier for parcel delivered 2 weeks late and items stolen from within. Service from ParcelMonkey dismissive, unhelpful and just appalling. These guys dont have a clue! Use at your peril!

Parcels regularly arrived damaged and the claims procedure is cumbersome. Apparently bubble wrap inner , cardboard outer and cling film wrapping is not sufficient to protect a piece of aluminium from damage. I don’t know how much force is required to bend 3mm aluminium but it is not insignificant

Previously, I have had no problem using this service, but on this latest occasion, having needed to book a next day delivery, the parcel was not delivered the following day. The customer and I were not at all happy. The courier made no effort to contact the customer despite having his phone number and delivery details. Very poor.

Diabolical customer service. Sent an American classic car air-conditioning compressor with them for servicing to a UK supplier. DPD damaged the parcel and the compressor in transit, parcel monkey hiding behind/demanding purchase invoice for a 60-year-old American classic car part which wasn’t even purchased and was on the car, I strongly suggest you do not use parcel monkey they are diabolical no contact number and Zach in customer service is useless

Always competitive in price, however, the label never has enough space for full delivery information ! some people have unusually long names , or agent reference numbers or equally long address info all of which need bigger address bars and the symbol / for 1/1 which is also not allowed ... grhhhhhh so its 3 stars .. not 5 as i have to hand write the extra information

Terrible company, sent 3 parcels all the same. Same weight same contents. Got a message informing one weight 4 times as much as the other 2. So they charged me 25% more. No proof was given and 24 days later they still havent resolved. They just keep sending the same stock text blaming the courier for not responding. WELL HERE IS AN IDEA, REFUND ME THE MONEY YOU STOLE !!!!

Parcel monkey were fine, good communication. Courier however , we paid for next day delivery and they lost our parcel with no communication until I called them to find out where it was, the Courier guy to be fair was not impressed chased our parcel and got it delivered next day 3 days late but at least it wasnt lost. Havent had time to contact parcel monkey to claim a refund on poor service from Courier but this really should come from Courier not parcel monkey.
