Parcel Monkey is well organised and is very quick and professional at the UK end. I have recently sent three separate parcels to my daughter in Lusaka, Zambia. There are problems at that end. Door to door delivery has taken three to four weeks - greatly in excess of the quoted transit. There are probably several reasons but two that parcel Monkey could help with are these: (1)Requiring the recipient to quote an airway bill number before the parcels are released - yet you do not appear to advise this reference. (2)Your Lusaka representative (often DHL) have not made sufficient effort to to pinpoint the consignees address so that in every case she has to collect from the Lusaka DHL office.

Efficient service
Used PM several times to send parcels to New Zealand. Always arrived safely & speedily. Only criticism is the international tracking needs improvement.
I sent two boxes each weighing around 11kg to Zambia in May 2022. They arrived safely after just 7 days! I have used Parcel Monkey before and have had no issues.

I love parcel monkey because the website is very easy to use. I am however confused as sometimes I have to look up all codes for items in my parcel and sometimes I don’t . I send parcels frequently to New Zealand for gifts . Is there a change in policy? Doesn’t detract from the simplicity and tracking of using this site. Thanks
London to Tokyo in 8 calendar days. It is definable worth money and I will use their service again. One star removed because the online tracking was not well arranged unfortunately. It only showed Parcel Force’s domestic tracking and no info on airfreight and Japan side. When I reached out to the customer service the separate link for DHL site was sent in 30min, so not bad customer service but online tracking can be improved.
