If your destination is not listed, unfortunately, we don’t have a service that ships there currently, but please check back in the future.
Any parcel that leaves the UK will have to have a commercial or pro forma invoice attached to it. You will be informed about this during the booking process, but be rest-assured we collate all of your details that are required to make sure the goods pass through customs. You will need to provide Customs with an accurate description of what you are sending and check our prohibited items list. You must also provide accurate contact details for the recipient in case the courier or customs need to contact them.
We also strongly advise you double check customs regulations in the destination in Oceania to which you are shipping to ensure no additional goods are prohibited and to see if customs duty would be owed by the recipient. All you've got to do then is attached it to your parcel so it can be read and processed when it arrives in the country.
All our courier services include tracking and we give you access to your tracking within your Parcel Monkey dashboard or through our tracking tool on the homepage. Just make a note of your PM order number at the time of booking.

It is also important to note that when you book a parcel, you should provide the recipient contact number so they can be reached by the courier should there be a delivery issue in Oceania.
