complaint started on 27th august still un-resolved still waiting for someone to reply (they did say it could take 5-9 days) its now 23rd october almost two months still waiting.................

I have used parcel monkey twice and both experiences were bad but I think the problem is with RoyalMail. I paid for 24hrs service and the items were delivered in 72hrs. In one of the cases, the recipient of the items had left the UK. It took me over a weekend with contact calling for the items to be returned and I made another arrangement to send them to Nigeria. Consequently, My dad’s special sock for his swollen feet meant to be taken to him could not reached him before he passed. I requested for my postage cost and nothing happened till date.

Booked a same day collection to be delivered in London the next day, it all went like clockwork. Very pleased with the service.

I can’t recommend this company more than enough. Having a Grandaughter in Auz she loves my parcels to her. Picked up from UK on Weds delivered on a Monday in Auz! Amazing!!

As it wasnt a massively big parcel the address label filled top of parcel. So I put the Customs label on bottom of parcel in an envelope. Got to post office to post it, when I was told customs label needed to be on top. There was no room for it. I was then told use a bigger box then. It already cost £25 so send and I wasnt going to buy a big box then re-buy postage. I ended buying clear freezer bags and putting documents inside, sticking on side, before sending. Competitive pricing and fast supply of dispatch documentation. Tracking very slow and inaccurate but this is probably down to slow info from ParcelForce. I would recommend Parcel Monkey as opposed to going direct to ParcelForce

PM delivered for half the price quoted at the Post Office for a Parcel Force delivery. Work that out.

First (and last) experience of Parcel Monkey. Small iotrem to be collected from Manchester to come to Kildare about eight days ago. Attempts to track failed as website rejected delivery postcode (mine). No contact phone number or email address given anywhere. Eventually had yo contact DPD as a possibility. They said package had been sent to wrong depot but was on the way for delivery today. Its now 10.15 pm and it didnt arrive. No information, and no service. A mistake is forgivable but the complete lack of information or contact details is not. If and when the package arrives that will be the end of Parcel Monkey as far as I am concerned

I booked my parcel slot online paid and got my labels all printed out. I took it next morning to the post office. The staff at the post office were delighted that all the paper work was done. I got my proof of postage and my parcel was away. It was a Friday morning and my family in Canada sent me a message on Monday saying they had received their parcel.

Did not collect, after two days we had to take to the distribution center our selves, Said card left to say we were not at the premises, no card left and we were there at the time they were supposed to collect.

This service is good.
However.... If you are sending items to the EU now, the delivery times will not be what is quoted. The best I have achieved is 10 days for a small package. Be advised.

I wont be sending as many parcels because of the new product code, it was time consuming and I was unable to find a product code for some of the parcel items and so they had to be removed prior to collection. I am still yet to understand how Brexit affects a parcel from UK to Australia.
