For me it’s the best, easiest and cheapest way to choose the best parcel delivery. I wouldn’t send a parcel without visiting ParcelMonkey.

I ordered a courier, via Parcel Monkey, to pick up and deliver a package on a 24 hour slot. The parcel was picked up on the due date (24.8.21) but has still not been delivered. There is no suggestion at this time that the package is even out for delivery.

Booked for a parcel lift a week ago. I am saddened because the parcel was not picked up, no one called for the parcel. It is totally not nice. I have bad experience with the parcel service.

I only gave 1 star because I cannot give a minus. Driver failed to arrive and I had a text saying he called but we were out, Total lie. He failed to turn up at the allotted time so we stayed in. One hour later we had a text saying he had called. We were in the house when the text came through

The post office was quoting me over £70 to send a parcel abroad. With Parcel Monkey I got it for just over £50. Saved £20 and they came and picked my parcel up - nice! Parcel delivered successfully, Id use again.

Was happy with the whole process its was quick and easy parcel was delivered ahead of time. The price was very cheap compared to other companies BUT i was hit with an extra payment taken from my bank claiming either the weght or size of parcel was inaccurate. I must have weighed and measured it at least five times adding extra on. I didnt bogher contesting it i just wont be going through parcel monkey again. Will advise others not yo either. Your drwn in with low quotes then money is taken that makes it same price as other companies

My parcel has still not been delivered. When I contacted DPD they couldn’t give me any reason why. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours and nobody did. The tracking information provided online is not corresponding.

Awful, absolutely shocking ; will never use this "monkey outfit again ! They are living up to their silly name ! JOKERS. I sent a parcel to USA. Provided the 3 invoices as requested and the driver picking up the parcel Oked the paper work but didnt give me a receipt. ! Unfortunately I had made a one digit mistake on the post code but I rectified it fairly quickly ( via the companies email /communication system.) My son, who was receiving the parcel, had an email to say it was on the way ..... the next thing I get a message saying I hadnt supplied the 3 invoices to show what was in the box: ( I had of course ) I quickly supplied another three .BUT then I was told it was too late and I had to either pay £12 to get my parcel back or they would dispose of it ! ONE INVOICE I HAD PUT IN A PLASTIC bag and stuck it to the box had been ripped out of the bag and obviously lost.(I noticed this when the parcel was returned.) Anyway ,I paid the £12 then asked the company if they would resend the parcel free of charge no they wouldnt !!! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE! I do think drivers should not be allowed to pick boxes up unless they are assured the paper work in in order and they should sign as proof that that is the case. The MONKEY company subsequently said I should have taken photos of my parcel with the relevant paper work showing on the box !!!!

Getting the parcels collected from home was very helpful. The service was quick and smooth and very reasonably priced. My only other comment concerns insurance costs. The cost of extra insurance seemed prohibitively high, but Im not sure that has anything to do with Parcel Monkey.

Booked delivery Sunday evening, parcel collected Monday morning and delivered to the recipient Tuesday evening. Excellent service.
And the fragile TV arrived in perfect condition.

Awful company to deal with. They have no knowledge of your parcel or interest once they have received your money. My package failed to arrive and they are now trying to scam me out of my insurance. They sent me a claims form with no details as to why, this is valid for 7 days. Then after day 8 they email to say that the package is lost but you now cannot claim. Shameful company who deserve to go bust ! Spending your money with these morons is the same as setting fire to it !
