After entering your address details during the booking process, we’ll show you your nearest drop off locations - leaving you the freedom to choose a drop off point that best suits you.
You’ll need to print your postage label and securely attach it to your parcel before it can be shipped. Don’t have a printer? No problem. With our ‘Print in Store’ option, we’ll email you a QR code. Simply scan your QR code at the Evri store and have your labels printed for you.
You can track your Evri parcel with Parcel Monkey for free when you book with us.
Parcel Monkey will send you a booking confirmation via email once your parcel has been taken to the Evri drop off location. This includes a tracking reference number and link which you can use to track your parcel for free.

Able to get a price, a collection/drop off option that suited me and delivery time selected from many options on the Parcel Monkey site. Takes account of your parcel size and weight. Easy to get the label I needed printed at home and then despatched via a drop off point close to where I live. Once in the hands of the courier it was possible to track the progress and check on delivery. In this instance I sent two parcels from N Ireland to different family members, in different places in England. Both were safely delivered within the times stated as I booked the parcels initially. Great service. Would highly recommend.
The online service was easy to follow. The price was very reasonable and the delivery was good.
Everything went as planned. Parcel delivered within 4 days. Only issue was that the printer wasn’t working at the first parcel drop off shop I went to, so I had to return home to print the delivery label myself.

I have used Parcel Monkey (PM) many times and never had an issue. So I keep using them. To be fair this issue is not really with PM but with the carrier we chose. We sent 4 parcels but only one was with this carrier. Big mistake. A week after we sent it, the people we sent it to contacted us to say it hadnt arrived. We had not been informed of any problem by the carrier. We contacted PM. They investigated. The carrier insisted the postcode we used did not exist. Yet we have sent others to the same one. PM dealt with the carrier and kept us informed. The parcel was delivered. Not sure I can mention the carrier? But I would never use one with the initials F E again. I will still use PM though.
