I dont normally like going through third parties to buy something online - seems a bit counterintuitive to me. But for some reason going direct to the courier company concerned was more expensive than going through the Monkey so - it worked for me. I got a cheaper deal and the extra communications chicanery involved worked seamlessly.

Scam company. Tried to lowball for a damaged item. Then when I refused, withdrew. Then tried to insist the item was not on the covered insurance list. Total bull. Took them to court, and when they got summons papers - contacted me to pay up. Dont stand for their nonsense and get legal on them.

Parcel was returned for apparently having no EONI number. I wasn’t told about this before my parcel was collected. I had attached all the necessary customs documents that had been provided for delivery. DPD (the carrier) told me that Parcel Monkey should have informed me or applied the EONI number themselves. Now my delivery is stuck somewhere - being returned very slowly….. Not happy at all.

To improve the service you should try to get windows of time for pickup ie 2 hourly slots so you dont stay inside all day waiting for collection.

The parcel is registered as delivered, but the customer has not received it. This looks like it has gone completely wrong. It was supposed to be a 48 hour delivery which actually took, according to parcel force tracking, over 4 days. Really, not acceptable.

Having viewed various quotes for sending a parcel to the USA, I decided to try Parcel Monkey (who I have used previously for UK deliveries) and was pleased to see they offered the cheapest quote. Five minutes on their web page set up all paperwork required. The parcel arrived on schedule. Excellent service !!

Absolutely avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them!!! They just charged me an additional 193 for incorrect dimensions with no further explanation. I am working on getting a chargeback with my bank but I am here to earn everyone not to use this company if you value your time or your items. Please go elsewhere, their customer service is so poor you cannot even talk to anyone on the phone.

Parcel picked up a day late. Other than that everything was perfect. Parcel received and return complete refund on its way.Made the mistake of using parcel compare for a different package and that package has disappeared.
I would have given 5 stars if they had picked up parcel on time.
