Sent a package to the USA via Parcel Force Global Priority, cant fault either Parcel Monkey, PF or UK custom clearance however on entering the USA we are now 7 days waiting it to be delivered to its destination.
Fully understand that you have no control over USPS.

My parcel was picked up not as per schedule - in fact it took days before the Courier picked up the parcel and delivered to destination.

Very easy to ship a large box to New Zealand and very competitively priced. Website was easy to use including filling out the customs form. Printing out mailing labels was easy and lots of information on how to apply. Collection was simplicity itself - we left it in the porch first thing in the morning and in an hour it had gone! Arrived in New Zealand in ten days in perfect condition. Would defintiely use again.

The procedure is even better than before. The dashboard is so clear you can see short updates without even tracking parcels via courier site. All issues are resolved the same day. Really happy with parcel monkey!

Horrendous service. Parcel worth £170 Global Priority fully insured at the end of MAY. 4 months later and parcelmonkey are ignoring my messages. Considering legal action as a last resort

Excellent service using ParcelMonkey. Very quick customer service whenever I’ve had an issue.
Would be nice to have some more options when using certain couriers such as DPD and being able to disable safe place, deliver to neighbor etc.
