I sent a parcel using your service , went in holiday , came home and the parcel has been returned to me , no explanation , I’ve tried contacting customer service - no reply £11.14 spent on what ?? Very very disappointed

You hide behind your T&C and give no real answer. The fact that you dont "confirm" collection is ridiculous, you dont consider the time of people, who pays for the time wasted waiting for the courier? I had to rearrange the collection for almost a week after and I already left the country which means that my old housemates are now stuck with the issue of "waiting for the courier". Now let see if they end up collecting the box tomorrow (18/10) but since you dont guarantee anything, all I can expect is that you wont manage and I will be stuck 12 thousand miles away from my belongings as the bos is stuck in London due to incompetence and lack of caring. Outrageous.

Parcel Monkey appears attractive but promises faster delivery than really happens - when you try to get in touch they say how busy they are and plese dont bother them unless it is an emergency - I have had two instances where delivery time was double what was indicated on the selection chart.

We have rescheduled our order multiple times, and it has not been picked up. We are asking for a refund but we are not receiving any response from the operator on the chat. If we dont get our refund, well be sure to never use Parcel Monkeys again

This has been the worst shipping experiences of my life. Three days to get a parcel to Madrid, then it gets lost. Their tracking says it is held up in customs. This is not correct. The local postal service admitted to receiving the item but appear to have mislaid it! Parcelmonkey are very unhelpful have shown no evidence to suggest they are following up on the issue. I would not recommend their service.

Dreadful customer service!!! AVOID!!! I sent a parcel weighing less than 4kg, and later Parcel Monkey emailed to say that Courier had told them it was 6kg!!! LIARS! It most definitely was not more than 4kg on our accurate parcel scales. So Parcel Monkey charged my card an additional £1.52. Ive sent many messages to Parcel Monkey Customer Services and all they reply with is something like "I am afraid we will have to wait for them to respond first before we can advise on your shipment. As soon as we hear back from them, we will contact you immediately." All they are doing is fobbing me off, despite having spent over £1200 with them over the years. This has been going on for 10 WEEKS now! Unbelievable, and totally unfair. So much for customer loyalty. A decent company would acknowledge that a customer would not make a fuss over £1.52, apologise and issue a refund. But not Parcel Monkey. They clearly dont care about their customers. AVOID!!!!

Do not use!!! I sent a parcel of value by Parcel Force through Parcel Monkey to the Czech Republic, it was collected last week on Monday and its now Friday 2 weeks later, and its still sat in the destination country and not delivered, its not even in the delivery depot according to the Parcel Force tracker. I sent the item back for a refund on my credit card. So now Ill be charged interest by my bank because its taking too long, I paid for a 3 day delivery service! Customer services just claim they cant do anything. It does not take 2 weeks to deliver a parcel when it was flown to the destination country (according to Parcelmonkey it was flown), I will give it till next week and then investigate where I stand legally as this is a joke. I have been given no reason for the delay, just that they cant do anything or give an estimated delivery time. An explanation for the very long delays at the very least would be nice. So in my experience my advice is never use Parcelmonkey.
