I had a parcel for Australia. the booking through Parcel Monkey was straightforward however I had made a mistake in the address. I thought this had been corrected via a live web chat. however the parcel went to Australia, was deemed too heavy and has been returned to me in the UK. despite the courier having the contact details of the recipient in Australia whom could have been contacted and asked to pay the extra postage. What a waste of time and money

Unfortunately, I had to send a complaint, and thats whats about: On September 5th, I sent a parcel from the UK (London) to Italy (Genua), which was supposed to arrive within 4/6 working days, but never arrived. I have paid the £8.79 shipment fee via PayPal and left the parcel at a drop-in point. This was a gift for my friends graduation - which was on 15.09.25 - and its very disappointing that, although I made and sent it in advance, 1. the parcel seems to be stuck somewhere and 2., its in need of further payment. And 3., my friend had nothing from me on her day! Allow me to pick one issue at the time: - What further payment? I am to believe - and Ive double checked on your website - that any request for money FOLLOWING the shipment is a scam and not genuinely requested by your company. Could you please clarify the reason for your request? If there was a need for further payment I should have been told in advance, so that the parcel could be delivered on time. - Where is my parcel? When my friends partner tried to track the package, he found out that said parcel had been sent back to me. That is not true! Where are the goods I handmade for my friend? Im sad to say that I will never use Parcel Monkey and EVRI again, as you made me make a really bad impression and have possibly lost some cherished and beloved goods, which Id like to get back. not much to say. i was clearly informed of the pickup time, and it was on time. the driver was friendly and straightforward. it was delivered as promised the next day. i’m happy and would use the service again.

Easy to manage the online booking and they turned up to collect the parcel when they said they would and delivered it exactly when they said they would.

I use another courier and Parcel Monkey but while you can easily contact another courier on the phone, Parcel Monkey are robot online helpers only and when a parcel doesnt get picked up for days as has just happened to me, they are very slow with any kind of believable explanation. Poor service indeed.

Despite wrapping the items carefully and labelling the box fragile, the parcel was clearly not handled with care arriving smashed and broken. No compensation of course as its on their long list of items not eligible for compassion.

I booked and paid for a parcel collection on 4th September. No one showed up, despite me arranging to work from home all day to be available. The company then informed me that collections aren’t automatically rebooked, meaning I had to wait until 8th September for another attempt - causing an unnecessary four-day delay. This not only disrupted my workplace twice, but also meant the service I paid for simply wasn’t delivered as agreed. When I raised a complaint, the response was unapologetic and dismissive, hiding behind terms and conditions and refusing any form of refund or compensation. In short: failed collection, no accountability, no compensation. I won’t be using this service again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values reliability or customer care.

I would’ve given them a zero unfortunately, one was the lowest option They took nine days to collect a parcel due for next day delivery and it still hasn’t been collected. They together with DPD are absolute rubbish.

I wish I could give no stars . Parcel collected 6 days ago . Got an update 4 days later saying courier had my parcel and it would be delivered in due course . Yesterday my neighbour found my parcel opened in his front garden . Parcel monkey have been no help from start to finish . From asking for tracking info and getting no answers . To just keep asking same questions Over and over again . Still dont know whats happening and there text service is a disgrace .

Parcel never delivered even though twice sent an updated address when there was a query with the original one. Customer services when contacted always blamed the shipper. Never advised the parcel couldnt be delivered.

Parcel Monkey has repeatedly helped itself to money from my bank account, telling me that I have inaccurately declared my shipments. They do this, and then make it almost impossible for their customers to get their money back while also stating that only 0.6% of claims are successful. My current claim has involved endless emails and taken 6 weeks so far, despite me providing photographs with the manufacturers dimensions clearly printed onto the side of the parcel. I have been using Parcel Monkey for around 10 years and have only recently started being stung with these charges. I take great care to accurately declare everything but now also have to take photographs to protect myself against later surcharges.

Wouldnt use these people for international parcels - they lost a valuable box of ours and there has been very customer service to help. Seems like everyone else to blame. Really poor.

I paid £50 to send a dog guard , Parcel Monkey then took another £125 on top telling me the parcel had a declared weight of 60kg and actual weight of 25kg !. I had weighed the package at 15kg You would have a job to lift a dog guard at 25kilo let alone 60 3 weeks later nothing from them and no way of contacting them other than a waste of time on line chat.

I paid for the collection of my parcel and they didn’t show up, not even contact me . This is not serious and I don’t like it . The price that we are paying it should be more responsible and respectful with the time of others. This is really bad

I wasnt sure tbh if I got everything right, but I followed the directions, taking the measurements and estimating the weight, I honestly wasnt sure the price quoted was correct. I booked for pick up on the Tuesday, which it was at 4pm that day from Bournemouth. This parcel was destined for Connecticut USA however, I was late sending it. I wanted it to be there for my Granddaughters 3rd Birthday, so although it said 1-2 days, I fully expected for the reasonable price I paid for delivery, it wouldnt get there until the next week. However, I was so pleasantly surprised to be told by my son, that her parcel had arrived on the Thursday to the house, totally didnt expect that speed, I was more than happy with UPS delivering so quickly and on time for her Birthday. If going through Parcel Monkey whom Ive never used before, and I send many parcels, I hope to use the service again. It might have been unexpected quick delivery, but I really appreciated that in this case. Excellent.

There was nothing wrong with the booking system or finding a local Evri drop off point. Where it was poor was after the parcel was lost in transit. It took weeks for Parcel Monkey to acknowledge that the parcel was lost, after Evri had already confirmed it as lost in transit. Parcel Monkey finally agreed that a claim was in order and sent a link to a claim form to complete. They stipulated it needed to be completed in 7 days, yet sent it while I was on holiday and when I also questioned the relevance of some of the questions they took days to respond so I missed the completion deadline. Wish I had just booked direct with Evri.
