Okay. the parcel was of an unusual size, quite restricted with who would take it. The service was quite expensive.
An over abundance of info received from the carrier DHL. The impression was a home delivery wasnt an option so I chose a collection from a convenient pick up point. Again the DHL site was very confusing when it came to the actual delivery. In point of fact I could of have it delivered to my home, but this appeared not to be an option. Overall I would use the service again where no other option is available.

Useless! Can’t speak to a person on the phone. Turns out they don’t deliver to a PO Box either (should be mentioned!) so it’s come back and you have to pay again to get it back?!

First of all I was charged twice without my consent. I was returning the parcel I bought in its original packaging which indicated its weight on the box and those are the same details I entered when I was asked about its weight. I paid for the service and after few days I get charged 3 times of the original price.They used my credit card without my consent and after reading other peoples reviews I knew its a scam. They deceive people by giving wrong information when purchasing their service and after they scam you. So wrong

Parcel never collected. They rebooked 4 times and still didnt collect! A week and a half later Ive just cancelled and ordered with another provider. Very poor!

Parcel despatched on 19th April, 25th of April and the parcel has still not been delivered. This is an Amazon return, I cannot get my refund until the parcel is acknowledged by Amazon. The tracking says the parcel is in Nottingham DPD depot! It’s been there for days.

The UPS driver didn’t turn up to pick the parcel. I was at home waiting between 9am and 5pm. What a waste of time. I phoned UPS office to find out why the parcel wasn’t collected and was told they have no drivers available to retrieve a parcel within 3 miles radius. And I was advised to rebook it for another day and wait the whole day again for the UPS driver to turn up or to drop off the parcel myself to the UPS office which is 15 minutes away from my home address. Parcel Monkey or UPS do not offer discounts for the inconvenience. The service is poor and careless. I was not notified by the Parcel Monkey or the UPS and was at home for 8 hours pointlessly waiting for a collection.

We booked the service on 18/4/2024. Tracking record said Parcelforce attempted to collect the parcel on 19/4 at 13:22 but not successful because sender was gone on Friday afternoon. Nothing happened ever since. Now (25/4 = one week after the booking) the parcel is still at the sender. The booked service has not been completed. No one followed up.

Avoid! Use another courier or ParcelHero. Parcel sent via Parcel Monkey, and Ive been slapped with a charge of £76.60, to refund they want proof of a tape measure against the box and the box on some scales (bit late because its already been shipped). Box is no different to others Ive sent and weight of contents is the same but this doesnt matter. Disgusting customer service and completely ripped off by this company with no authorisation to remove additional funds from my account.

Parcel Monkey is cheaper than Royal mail and other companies. And whichever other couriers they use are always promt with time arranged to pick up my parcel. Also its easy to track my parcel.

Always reliable. Only ever had one hiccup with a delivery, and have sent 30-40 parcels over the years. Always my go-to shipping site. Latest delivery was UK to Australia, good price, arrived in good time. Will be continuing to use Parcelmonkey for the foreseeable. Great site.

Absolutely disgusting. Sent a 2.7kg small box on 30kg service. Delivered perfect then got an email for extra £76.60 which they took without my authority. Parcelforce claim no charges on their end. Parcelmonkey will not reply but will reply to other parcels PM12156019. PayPal chargeback in progress

I recently sent a painting to Switzerland.
Parcel Monkeys documentation and prints out are very good so the process was much easier than I anticipated.

I booked a parcel for delivery abroad.it was collected on the 6th of March, I tried tracking the item at the end of the month and it hadnt updated since the collection day. I then contacted Parcel Monkey which then told me that EVRI had lost the parcel and couldnt locate it. They said I would have to make a claim which I did. They asked for proof of the cost of the item and also a written declaration from the recipient saying that the parcel was not delivered to them. I wasnt happy about this at first but still provided all of it. They later approved my claim and said I would be getting refunded the cost of the item and the shipping fee which I paid to them. They refunded me the cost of the item but claimed that when they tried refunding the shipping cost, the card wouldnt allow them which is weird as its the same card I used to pay for it all and the same card they used to refund the item cost. They asked for my bank details which I sent, I later got a message saying that the refund for the shipping fee was successfully completed but it never arrived on my account up to a day like today. I emailed them to let them know this twice but no one has bothered to reply to my messages.. NEVER USING PARCEL MONKEY AGAIN!

I paid 22 to send one parcel on 2nd April. It arrived on time. I then got an email to say they had taken another £76 from my bank as the weight, height and width were wrong which I know were correct. I have been trying to get rebate for 4 weeks, all I get told they were getting in touch with their finance dept. Now they are ignoring me. Dont touch this company they just take extra money from you. I sent a parcel weighing 27kg and was charged £98. Again I say dont touch this company.

Excellent service needed a parcel collected from the Isle of Wight to Republic of Ireland.
I chose which courier/ price/ time I wished to pay for. Downloaded labels, filled in customs forms job done. Whole process to delivery was 4 days. Very pleased.

I booked and paid for a UK same day collection/next day delivery but no one came to collect the parcel. I waited in all day and I was told I should wait until 6pm by which time it was too late to arrange an alternative. I had to spend a lot of money delivering the item myself! Then I was "offered" a refund whcih I had to accept within 14 days! The customer service process is quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced!
