Website was easy to use. Good choice of services. Competitive pricing. Clear details of insurance and exemptions. Collection on time, parcel monkey kept me informed. Was for an amazon return which Evri had failed to collect twice. Will use again if necessary.

I had experienced a problem in getting my customs invoice up to the standard that was required as I kept making mistakes with the HS codes. I contacted Parcel Monkey via their live chat and agent Karla Culla was able to assist me and went above and beyond what was required, staying on the chat and triple checking each of the codes so that we could finally get it up to scratch (as I couldnt see which ones were correct or incorrect on my own screen, but she could). We got it sorted and now Im able to ship my items as planned; hopefully DPD live up to her standards! Thanks again Karla for all your help.

Originally i posted my 10kg parcel of antique cameras with Royal mail for delivery to Sweden at a cost of £75. Four days later my parcel was returned saying the goods inside could not be transported by air . I then used Parcel Monkeys for the same parcel they safely delivered to Sweden 5 days later at a price of £32. Very happy

Paid for a UPS label, ALL information is correct, BUT NO LABEL PROVIDED!!!! And now been days!!!! NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU, So I found a Chat function for Parcel Monkey, BUT THEY have no access to anyones accounts so THEY can not help, its been days, I am getting NOWHERE, No number you can call, no help in anyway off anyone there and whole thing is ridiculous!

Very easy to use, though courier arrived a day early with no warning. Thankfully I was in and had parcel ready. A text message on the morning with a rough time would be helpful!

Ive used their services on several occasions for domestic couriers (within the UK), including a small piece of luggage recently via Royal Mail that was delivered the next day. The UI after you login can be improved a bit, but cant fault them on their customer service and delivery.
Not sure about their international services, as I havent tried those.

Unfortunately the parcels, all three, were delivered to the neighbour without trying the actual address where my customer was waiting in . Royal Mail, again, not delivering correctly. Happening far too often now.

I had expected the parcel to be delivered to the postal address rather than an UPS Access Point. However it may have been in the small print which I missed while organising the posting/delivery of the parcel.

I have had to rebook and also repay for this order as previously my order was NOT collected on two separate occasions . First occasion was for collection on Monday 7th September and second occasion was on Wednesday 9th September Article was not collected on either occasion

I have no idea what to do. My friend sent me a birthday present through Parcel Monkey, and she paid for tracking, and although she gave in the parcel, and even sent me a picture of the receipt, the tracking will not update. Its been over a week and a bit since she handed it in. I do not know what to do, and the live chat is unavailable until January, apparently? Which- is insane considering its September! I dont know what to do, Im very unwell and extremely stressed out.
