I left my parcel in the InPost box, they recorded it - it is on their system, then nothing. It is still being prepped almost a month later. Really bad service. I contacted InPost who referred me back to Parcel Monkey and they promised to look into it. I called again and they have still not contacted me. I can only assume they have lost my parcel. It really isnt that hard guys, pick up a parcel from a locked box and deliver it. Not exactly rocket science. Perhaps the old adage applies, you pay peanuts so expect monkeys. Im very dissatisfied with them, particularly as InPost just refer me back to Parcel Monkey and they just do nothing it seems. A complete waste of space. I wont be using either again my present never arrived.

I paid for express 10 service to be delivered on Friday at 10 so that my shippment not to miss its connection but my package got delivered today and is costing me a big loss.

Had my parcel ready for collection by Royal Mail, but was informed at the last minute that they would not collect it as it is too large/heavy. OK - maybe thats Royal Mail being useless and just making up an excuse - but the problem is there is no decent support from Parcel Monkey. I reported the problem via their system at 2.15pm but did not hear back all afternoon. I cannot book another collection slot directly with Royal Mail myself - seems only Parcel Monkey can do that. Waste of time and money.

I sent a parcel from Scotland to winnepeg in Canada.
Collected promptly and delivered within 3 days. Just amazing.
My only annoyance was the delivery driver in winnepeg didnt chap my daughters door. Left package outside in the heat. She heard the parcel drop and collected it from outside.

Shipping overseas can get expensive but Parcel Monkey provided an amazing rate that was i fraction of the retail cost .The customs forms were easy to fill out online and the transit was highly efficient.Great platform for anyone needing reliable cross -border delivery.Fantastic rates for international shipping and an excellent service .Thank you again .

Appalling, paid £430 for a service with UPS and after booking it you are on your own. To start the courier didnt collect so we drove it to a drop off centre and then a 4 day service has taken 8 days and nothing has changed, just stuck in a warehouse with UPS saying its Parcel Monkeys problem and PM saying contact UPS. Total waste of time.

Theyve saved my card number, again. I keep telling them I dont want my card number saved. Ive selected options not to have my card number saved. Yet, once again, as always, they save card numbers. Do NOT trust this company

Having used parcel monkey previously this was appalling. Sent a parcel to Spain, collected no problem. All paperwork attached to box including power of attorney for customs. Then recieved e mail need power of attorney sent , then another request re sent. Then sent to every e mail address we had or could find for courier Ups and parcel monkey. This parcel has now been cancelled choice destroy or pay for it to be returned. I have had to pay to return it 6 weeks later and now I have to put in a suitcase and pay for 20kg luggage and take myself as easier. Still no response regarding power of attorney. Absolutely appalled. I have requested an investigation . Collection was seamless as always after that downhill. Contact and customer support zero.

My first time consigning non-urgent, non-valuable items (quantity of books) to the US. I wanted a site and organisation that would not make the process too complicated - and who would collect. The process via Parcel Monkey UK was just what I needed and worked a treat! Well Done!!

All I can say is absolutely avoid this company I organised for a collection for next day delivery on 19th may never happened finally collected on 21st took out the Insurance policy ring doorbell shows it was collected absolutely fine from my house now 5 weeks later my parcel is apparently damaged and they don’t care who knows where it is I’ve asked for the damaged parcel to be returned to me absolutely nothing there is no contact number for them do not use them is all I can say PM13262429

The company i work for wanted to send some office supplies to our Australia division. We elected to use Parcel Monkey and send via Parcel Force. On top of the quoted price we paid for insurance to cover the shipment. The boxes were collected on the 9th of April 2026. 1 of the boxes was lost in transit upon reaching Australia. This was confirmed with Parcel force on the 11th of May 2026. i opened up a claim thinking this would be quite open and shut since we purchased the shipment insurance and the courier had confirmed they had lost it......It has not been simple. First problem is Parcel Monkey reply to your messages once per week so passing on the smallest bit of info is a long drawn out process. They will ask one thing at a time instead of listing all they require in one message. Second problem is they are unable to process any context. For my case they cant grasp that there has not been a purchase of goods its an internal company transfer. We provided a commercial invoice for the goods as part of the shipment info but apparently that isnt good enough and they want to see our bank statements (a little suspect). As of 24/06/2026 I am still waiting for a resolution on this case. The claim person who has been corresponding with me once a week has now completely ignored my messages and is just demanding bank statements or they will close the claim. There doesnt appear to be any channels of escalation and they have ignored my requests for a phone number to speak to a representative directly. Not impressed with this company, would highly recommend people consider using another company especially if you are sending items which you have not sold to someone else. If you package does go missing, good luck getting it resolved and a timely manner or at all.
