Easy to arrange the collect service and on time

Terrible experience - the courier didnt show up on collection date. I reported the issue right away to Parcel Monkey and they didnt do anything. It was urgent parcel and I needed to get my parcel collected on the day I paid for. On collection date I asked for the help twice and they told me courier will collet the parcel. When they didnt collect the parcel, next day their customer service come up with new story saying that *we do not have way of contacting the collection driver * Always book directly with courier as these people dont care.

I sent a present to an elderly relative via international delivery from the UK. I was expecting a door to door service as the website never said anything different. To my suprise as soon as the item was loaded onto a plane in the UK, the receiver was informed they would need to collect for a parcel locker which was quite a walk from thier house. I contacted ParcelMonkey who told me i must have misread their site somehow as its quite clear. So i did another test purchase, nowhere on the site does it mention that the item will not be delivered to the recipents door. The website actually says "Door to door fully tracked delivery - When you book a courier service with Parcel Monkey you will be provided with full tracking so that you can follow your parcel until it is delivered. You can also share this with the recipient so they too can monitor the parcels movement." I contacted the shipping company who informed me it was the service purchased by ParcelMonkey and they do also offer a delivery to door service. I think this is blatent misseling, you get what you pay for.

Parcel Monkey was fine, but UPS, who I chose to deliver the package, were very poor. They sent me a message inviting me to get the package delivered to a nearby petrol station, but it had stopped being a drop off point and their system hadnt registered this. I had to spend ages on the phone talking to a bot which couldnt help until I finally managed to talk to a human, who fixed the problem. Finally delivered a day late.

Parcel was not collected by Courier which was organized through parcelmonkey. Been very difficult to contact anyone to get issue resolved. Helpdesk very slow.

Parcelforce 48hr service took 10 days to get it to me. I spent so much time speaking to a different agent every time i tried to get it sorted all telling me it would be picked up on that day but it did not happen.I think I should get my money back as they did not give me the service I had booked.
