Booked 4 parcels over 2 days for next day deliveries & paid arm & Leg still not collected. Replies can take 24hrs which is very late, Its the last time im using them

Terrible service. Sold a service they are unable to deliver. £47 to send a parcel to Oman via FedEx but NOWHERE would actually take it. Wasted a lot of time going to where the Parcel Monkey Click here to find a location near you drop off point only to be told We cant take that. Very frustrating and a total waste of time and delay in sending an urgent package. Parcel Monkey were unable to tell me anywhere to drop the parcel 5 DAYS after I raised a query. Hopefully they will be a bit better processing my refund.....

I have used Parcelmonkey for years but have had enough. I have paid for services on more than one occassion where they have not delivered on time or packages have been returned. The customer service is hit and miss, more often coming back to you 24hrs later and in some instances not at all. I have had enough and would say go direct.

Very easy to find shipping for an outsized parcel. I couldnt find sensibly priced shipping elsewhere.

Unfortunately my experience mirrors a number of other users in that it is vey difficult to get support when something goes wrong. And if you use Parcel Monkey (PM), and something does goes wrong, the carrier you ended up using will direct you back to PM if you procured their services via PM. This has happened with me, where Evri messed up very badly, but they can’t do anything to resolve my issue because I booked the parcel collection via PM. They just directed me back to PM, who are basically impossible to get hold of and have ignored my correspondence so far. If you do use PM to compare prices, my recommendation would be to then go and buy the delivery service direct from the company you wish to use, as if something goes wrong, PM just add an additional layer of complexity which makes it seemingly near impossible to resolve.

Not really ParcelMonkeys fault, but DPD took three days to deliver - NOT the Next Day Delivery for which I paid a whopping £12. That meant the customer received the package late - and a warning from Amazon on breaking its strict guidelines. Moral of the story? Use another courier and Royal Mail at a fraction of the cost; never DPD

These are a complete bunch of clowns to deal with. They damaged my shipment and tried to find every reason under the sun to void the insurance. Refuse to speak in person to you. I took them to a small claims court for £227 and won easily. So top tip dont give into them as they really are not clever at all and cannot defend their dire tactics.

This was the first time I’d used the service to send a birthday card to Greece. This cost me £15 but it would get there in 4-6 days. Not sure if the issues I have is due to Parcel Monkey or the carrier. Basically the card has disappeared & no one knows where it is. I would probably have been better going to the post office - lesson learned.

Offered guaranteed 7 day delivery. Not received after 10 days After complaining asked for details of parcel, contents, value, packaging etc after all declared on proforma invoice Since reconfirming details, no response. Really disappointed

I ordered a parcel force collection of a 40 inch monitor being returned. Parcel Force didnt arraive. I needed to make 2 calls to them both of which took over an hours wait to get through and in the end I need to drive the parcel to Parcel Force. Absolute disaster

No help at all, Ups charging extra money for no reason at all. Complained this to parcel monkey and yet no resolve for this. Item was under 40 pound and I paid around 15 for delivery and ups is asking me 18 pound additional fees?? this is just absurd. Keep away from this site if you dont wanna be paying more money than ur delivery.

First time Ive used PM and subsequently the service InPost. The initial invitation to use the service suggests a choice of very low prices but once one starts entering dimensions and weight the cost increases substantially in the background. I was quite surprised at the final cost but decided to progress as time was a factor. Im actually not quite clear oabout the benefit of using PM as opposed to just choosing a courier service one knows and trusts.
