Simple to arrange and clear instructions,quick and secure payment and good communications.
The only downside is that Parcel force give not give me a collection time, had only just got back when they came to collect

Parcel Monkey ordering was fine but not being aware of the small print conditions I just carried on. Parcel Force delivered my 6 parcels but they damaged them in transit and eventually they were all but one returned to me and I could see that they had all been mishandled by carrier. I asked Parcel Monkey to pursue a claim in respect of this and as I did not specify any particular amount for insurance as I thought the £60 would cover me anyway I asked for this plus the £54.73 paid to deliver the items. I am then told that they dont accept Laminate Flooring as per their Terms and Conditions. Disgusted with the attitude. They did their job ok its Parcel Force they should be claiming from for me their client.

Parcel to USA delivered quickly and with no incidents. Pricing very reasonable. Online instructions clear, especially for customs info. Being able to print labels and customs documents at home was great. Tracking function (parcel force) was also very useful.

Booking online in the comfort of my home was easy. The Parcel was collected from my house on time, it was delivered on time and the contents of the parcel were intact, not damaged . It was a Pleasant experience with Parcel Monkey from start to finish hence the 5 stars.

Posted package only to have it delivered to my own front door the next day, fastest delivery Ive ever had using Evri???? Also paid money on other items for next day delivery with the promise of your money back if they fail, they did fail but its impossible to talk to anyone to claim your money. Not a great service

7 days Delivered to Australia with EMS. Only one thing to change. The valuable parcel was picked up by a plain white van and a driver who volunteered no ID. Seems to me if EMS uses unmarked vans, and private drivers, they should have ID proving they are working for EMS.

So the initial organisation went well but then I was charged an extra amount which is allegedly for differing sizes and weight. I know this is incorrect but I cant be bothered to go through the bureaucratic process of reclaiming.

well for one , paid for a 10 kg parcel and this was confirmed with scales , also it was measured when the parcel was picked up by the evri bloke , but i was still over charged the parcel was also marked up with the on all measurement on all 4 sides .

I booked a weight of two 30kg for £23 delivered because they claim the actual weight was 12kg I have now been charged over £100 excess weight. This has made me extremely depressed and stresses that they would sc@m people like this. Its not a mistake because it keeps happening. There is no one to talk to. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Failed to even attempt delivery so sent my parcel 240 miles away which according to them is my local post Office Depot ????????. I don’t even know which post office it’s actually at. They can’t help me with the issue and just tell you contact sender which is so long winded when sellers don’t even respond. Between both companies the delivery company should be able to help track it and actually deliver it. Definitely would never recommend or use. I will refuse to buy from companies using this delivery service in future

I arranged for a Parcel to be collected from BH11 9JG for Thursday 16th Jan to be delivered to Bill McKimm TQ11 0DH. Your driver turned up on the Wednesday 15th and obviously the parcel wasnt ready for collection. It was eventually picked up on the Friday 17th. I then received an email that you would be delivering the parcel BACK to BH11 9JG asap. I had to contact EVRI to correct the information that you had given them. It is now the 23rd Jan and I am still waiting for the parcel to arrive.
