Stoll waiting for a response back from you regarding my broken parcel its been over a month now and no response from your side my parcel was valued at £260.00 I sent in all the paperwork you needed so many emails nearly one everyday your the worst company Ive ever used people pleaded do not touch this company all they do is sent all your broken parcels to you then ignore you terrible not even worth a one star stay away please

An excellent painless service. Website process was really easy to use and the quotes came through quickly. I ordered on the Wednesday, had the goods picked up on the Friday, and were delivered on the next working day, being the Monday. The best thing was the price for the delivery. I had five steel wheels that I bought off Ebay, and at £65, taking into account the weight of the items, and it being a door to door service, I considered that to be very reasonable. I would have no problem using this service again and Im quite comfortable in recommending Parcelmonkey to anyone considering them. A cheap, painless, and quick service, whats not to like!

My expensive item was destroyed due to parcel monkey failing to provide the courier with my return address (which they have). Parcelmonkey are now refusing to pay out my claim, even though I paid for additional insurance when sending. They apparently require a receipt, which I cant provide because I was not the person that purchased the item. Customer service is shockingly bad, reps take weeks to respond to you and many wont read your previous messages. Ive been going back and forth for a month now and they still havent grasped the basics of this case. As of writing, the issue is still unresolved.

I had to package a pram so it was hard to give dimensions and I was charged a hefty whack for it being slightly more than id measured. I couldnt find a box big enough to fit it.

I used Parcel Monkey to send a parcel of personal effects to Australia and found the experience very quick, efficient and easy compared with my experiences with other couriers and platforms for Australia. I wasnt even asked for HS codes which was a blessing. I dropped the parcel off at the local Post Office 16 July and it was delivered 23 July

Website is super easy to use, gives you a good choice of delivery companies and you choose which one best suits your needs. I was posting a parcel to America and after being quoted £47 by the post office parcel monkey gave me quotes from £24 - £40

Do not touch this company they give you a quote to collect from your home & deliver at a competitive rate My parcel showed the exact size & weight as per the delivery from Amazon on its return Once the parcel was delivered Parcel Monkey increased the original quote from £48.93 with a further additional cost of £124.60 The total cost of £173.53 was more than the cost of the returned item which was £150.98 My bank is raising a dispute with them

DPD picked up the parcel from post office. Paperwork everything and was there (3x invoices as it was going to EU) Due to their own mistake they sent it back to us! 16GBP was gone. Over a month and still cannot get my money back where the fault is obvious. Generic answer from the support: We have made a follow up with the courier to provide an update on the credit for this shipment. Rest assured, the soonest we hear from them, we will get back to you. Stay away

The courier wasnt able to pick up the parcel from the lost property office as I was not there to put a label on it. OK its an unusual request, but surely not unique. A human to speak to could have sorted it out, but (of course) this wasnt possible. Also, the form didnt accept my email because it had too many characters which was a pain.

Never used this type of delivery service and was nervous about it. Used the cheapest having read the reviews which were all positive. Item tracked all the way from UK to OZ. Kept up to date with progress, timescales kept and package intact at delivery. Would use again.
