Im so disappointed that I used this company for pick up and delivery. You guys did not pick the parcel and did not deliver anything, now Im asking for my refund £11.86 I paid for the delivery, which this company did not meet up with. I have chatted your company for mu refund and they are not responding to me. I need my money back please.

Customs fees had to be paid on a loan of a high value item to a friend for a couple of weeks. UPS completely messed up the delivery at the other end, leading to considerable stress. Completely incomprehensible email that makes no sense from you. Not your fault? Youre the broker.

Always use Parcel Monkey for sending parcels abroad. The best postage I’ve found. I like the ease of filling out customs label etc. Very good website. I highly recommend Parcel Minkey

Paid for a FedEx parcel through parcelmonkey, the barcode arrived 30 minutes later. Went to first shop that parcelmonkey told me was a FedEx store and the barcode wasnt recognised. On live chat, they said FedEx are updating their labels and not all stores are up to date with them, no mention of this previously. Went to the next closest FedEx store (as per parcelmonkey store finder) and they dont even take FedEx at all. Cancelled my order with no goodwill, wont be using again in a hurry.

I am immensely impressed with the service from parcel monkey. They had to come back twice as I didn’t get my documents in order and they did not flinch at all. Also very reasonable pricing. Thank you very much indeed

No customer service. Cant claim refund. Any problem and the buck is passed to the delivery company back again. Avoid at all costs. Book directly with the delivery company.

Was told collection Friday stayed in nothing had email that item had been collected? phoned and they re booked for Monday same thing no one came but still got email that item collected phoned again, They apologised and collected next day . Very poor for UPS would use Fedex in future beware if parcel is important..

Wasnt collected from home on day promised nor next day. Had to drop off in end at post office. Very difficult to get any updates . Wont use again. Ended up expensive costs for a 6 day versus next day delivery.

Shocking service, upon loosing my parcel which I paid increased value for insurance, its taken days to get a response to which I have to provide documentation that its not been delivered....apparently their tracking info isnt enough..... proof of value and other nonsense to make a claim. Avoid at all costs.

parcel force lost my parcel, and it took them 3 weeks to agree and now started a claim and after accepting the claim it has taken nearly 2 weeks and i have not received anything, no reply to all my messages this is the third time i have lost parcels within the UK, i had an incident where i sent a laptop and the buyer received a phone charger, communication is so bad, over 20 messages and no reply, will not use ever again

Parcel Monkey were OK - but when Parcel Force delivered the item (a framed picture) - it was very badly damaged. It looked like it was deliberately smashed with a hammer !

This is my first time using your service. And last. I have been charged today an extra £3.99 to my card as the dimensions werent correct. Do you know how small the parcel was? Tiny 8x6x4 cm and I paid for a bigger parcel.... Dont touch these thieves

Cost comparison compared to booking on Parcelforce directly was excellent and Parcel Monkey Cost was 50% lower. I paid for a doorstep collection - on the date of collection, working normal office hours, I emailed to check on collection timing at about 4pm. I am still awaiting a response despite the 3-working hour response standard claimed by Parcel Monkey. Checking the parcel history, a collection was attempted at around 21.00 - well past closure time for a business and I am not sure this even happened. In the end I took the parcels to the post office to get them into the system. Overall, the booking process was simple, price for service was good but follow up response to my question on collection times was poor and collection service, for which a premium was paid, was non existent.
