Good choice of parcel list options, with range of cost and delivery type. Parcel arrived promptly with no customs issue despite recent changes in sending food to USA.

This is the second parcel I have checked in that has gone missing. I have also sent parcels via express A.M. next-day delivery, which can take up to two days to arrive. Resolving these situations proves to be impossible. They do not even refund the postage costs, let alone the value of the items that have disappeared.

Booked a parcel in with using a 24 hour delivery service, but after 2 days, no-one has been to collect the parcel, let alone deliver it. Whats the point in paying more for an 24 hour service when they cant even get the parcel picked up. Customer Service barely replies to messages and are useless when they do. Im now asking for a refund so I can use Royal Mail instead, but my messages are boing ignored. Completely useless, AVOID.

Package was never picked up, was never offered a refund. Arranged for Courier to pick it up and it was delivered to me within 24 hours. Will never use again.

Parcel Monkey is my go to site when i need to send parcels anywhere especially for birthdays, Easter and Christmas etc. always had a good service over the years, have only had two miner blips so all in all that is good!

Used this online company before. Easy to book collection. Collection guy very polite service. Delivery guy,not so good. Left parcel on doorstep. Person other end said they couldnt hear their doorbell ring. Thats the only reason for 3 stars.

Great way to send parcels and keep track of them. Dislike the way they accept payment for a parcel then send you message that there is a problem and to contact them, meaning i have to then cancel the transaction and wait on payment being paid back to card

Very poor. I paid for a service for the parcel to be delivered within 48hrs. This was not met and yet no one will take any responsibility. I waited in all day, as advised by the company, for my parcel to be collected. It was not. I tried to get an update from parcel monkey during this time who said they were unable to provide me one. I had to reschedule for the next day -again waiting in all day for it to be collected very late on. Again no update from parcel monkey at any time. I’ve since tried to complain and just been told that the courier did their job and that was that. I will never use this service again and reccomend anyone think twice about it too.

Whilst I was happy with the service and price from booking with Parcel Monkey I have been very very disappointed with the "next day" parcel delivery by Fedex. I dropped the parcel on Tuesday, 25th @ 10.51am to be assured it would be collected that day. No such luck but collected the next day and not delivered until Monday 1st December. I will be giving very serious consideration about not using this courier again.

Unreliable service and constant delays Booked a collection with Parcel Monkey and the courier failed to show up multiple times. No proper explanation, no real support, and everything kept getting postponed. I eventually had to cancel the service because it was causing serious delays to my shipment. Very poor and unreliable service.

I had a problem with the parcel label, Id put the delivery address instead of recipients name and paid for for delivery so couldnt alter it, Mafe Cruz the Parcel Monkey agent cancelled the order for me within 12 minutes of contacting them on Live Chat.

I had to take the parcel ( which was quite heavy) to 2 depots as the first refused to take heavy parcels I was not informed that it had arrived so Ibtracked it and found it had been delivered 5 days previously. I then contacted the supplier about a refund but they said they had no record of it and asked for the tracking number. I had already discarded it This situation is ongoing

Urgent Parcel not delivered when scheduled and no info on whether it would ever be delivered.
Eventually a postman turned up and apologised for being sick on the day of delivery so all’s well in the end

Very poor communication with no effort to address my predicament. I experienced 3 failed consignment collections with no explanation and no confirmation from PM on any particular day that that the courier was going show up. Parcel Monkey is a "middle man" and as such unable to communicate with the courier services they engage. The only action their "report a problem (help!) desk" can take is to reschedule (after they realise that collection has failed) As a result I lost confidence that PM would provide the service they had contracted to perform. I lodged a complaint on the help desk. No reply. Hence I am writing this review. Instead, I went direct to a courier and the consignment was collected the next day
