They are very good at what they do and their system is very easy to use, BUT we have had a few parcels which have either gone missing or delivered to the wrong place. On one occasion we had a parcel delivered to USA instead of Newcastle ! Once you do have a problem it is very difficult to sort it out , as the only way you can contact them is via email.
