Having your parcel collection and shipped internationally is a lot easier than you might think! All you need to do is:
Your Evri driver will arrive at your specified collection point and pick up your parcel.
We’ll email your postage labels to you once your booking is confirmed. Make sure you print and attach your shipping labels securely to your parcel before it is collected.
You can complete all customs documentation (you’ll need 4 copies) in the booking process. We’ll provide you with all the paperwork you need for your parcel to easily pass through customs.
Print and attach the documents to your parcel alongside your shipping label, which we will email to you once booked. We recommend securing the documents in a plastic envelope for added safety.
And for extra security, place another copy of your customs documentation inside the parcel in case the other gets separated during transport.

Initially payment did not go through. Went on to website and used the chat option. Great experience in resolving my issue from then. Helpful agents and convenient way to raise my issue
very easy to use
I am happy with the service received, interms of the pickup, but am confused about why the parcel was delivered to tge post office in Montego Bay, and not the recipient directly. Also why was the customs not added to the senders bill. Imagine sending someone a gift, for which they have to pay customs. I would like some feedback.
