Appalling service. I paid £65 for an expedite delivery to the USA. After 3 days the parcel still had not left the UK on account that the paper work was incomplete. Howevery I had filled all the documents I was given at the time of booking. I filled the additional documents. A day after there were more missing documents. This box should have been in the US by now, instead its still sitting somewhere in the UK. On top of that, ParcelMonkey is denying any responsibiliy, wont refund the shipping, and will even charge me extra if I want the parcel returned. I spoke with Beatriz at customer support. Very poor experience, will stick to Parcelhero from now on.

Have used Parcel Monkey a few times. Daughter lives in Australia. A small hold up this time as had to complete the HS codes. Did not realise this and therefore had to redo the custom form. Very helpful chat personal. We got the form sorted and the parcel has arrived at my daughters, intime for birthdays

I was a bit dubious as Ive always used Royal Mail / Parcel Force.
This parcel was around 10kg, so very expensive with the above.
So I tried Parcel Monkey, was amazed at the price, label was easy to view and print.
Received email updates with the tracking link, and updates about the collection, and delivery.
Well done, seamless process and service, exactly how it should be! Thank you!

There isnt a category low enough for the service we have received. We sent a parcel to my elderly disabled father in Spain for Fathers Day this year with the instruction to knock loudly as he is hard of hearing. They say delivery was attempted but it never was, we were then given 2 different addresses for him to collect the parcel from. He took 2 taxis at a cost of €20 each trip to each of the delivery sites, both of which said they had no record of it being there..... today, we find out that the parcel has been returned to sender as it wasnt collected..... priceless! Dont believe the "fantastic" reviews on here as they are clearly written by employees!

Absolutely shocking company. They act as a go between for you and an actual shipping carrier and if the shipping carrier does a good job then you wont have an issue. If the shipping carrier has a problem then your problem multiplies exponentially. Imagine trying to sort out a simple problem whilst playing a game of chinese whispers. The smallest thing becomes such a problem that it consumes hours and hours to get it sorted. You will save a matter of pennies by using parcel monkey instead of directly going to a shipping carrier, but the issues you will have will cost you a lot more. My advice? Use parcel monkey as a comparison engine and then go direct to the shipping carrier, youll get better service, better insurance and and youll be able to fix any issues that arise much quicker.

Fab service from collection to delivery.
Only took 9 days to get to rural Queensland Australia from Yorkshire UK,
post office was taking between 3-5 weeks.

My parcel was collected on time and the tracking process was straight forward. Having your own dash board means you can track where your parcel is.
The speed of delivery to Australia was excellent.
