This specialised service is ideal for individuals sending large parcels (up to 1m but under 25kg in weight) and businesses moving palletised stock from one location to another.
You can get an instant quote for DX Freight by entering the weight and dimensions of your large parcel or pallet into our courier quote form. What’s more, our prices are discounted so you’ll be making a saving too!
Once you’ve confirmed your delivery, please ensure your item is packed and ready for collection. If you're sending a pallet, make sure you have chosen the right size pallet so the item does not overhang the sides. All items should be secured to the pallet, either with shrink wrap or strapping.
When DX arrives to collect your parcel/pallet, the driver will bring the shipping label and attach it to your goods, so there is no need to print this.
Weight restrictions: DX freight can deliver pallets up to 500kg and large parcels up to 25kg.
When you book DX Freight with Parcel Monkey, you will still have full tracking to delivery. You can also provide this to the recipient so they too can follow the goods until they arrive.

Great service reliable and cost affective
Easy to select a service based on package weight and dimensions. Simple to book but tracking needs work as difficult to identify courier tracking number and use on courier site to follow package. ParcelMonkeys tracking is fine but it is delayed compared to actual package movements. Otherwise a great service particularly for difficult packages.

There was a little hiccup at the beginning, as even though I made it clear when booking the service that the item is heavy, they sent a driver with not the appropriate pump truck to lift up the heavy item. Thankfully the driver was helpful and proactive, called their office to re-book the pick up for the next day. Only suggestion would be, be more attentive when you take the orders to avoid delays and problems both for the customers and your drivers. Other than that, no other issues
