Arranging a courier to collect your parcel bound for North America, or anywhere in the world we ship to, is incredibly simple. All you need to do make sure you have the dimensions of your parcel, including the weight and of course know where you are shipping it to.

We also provide drop off services with DPD and Parcelforce so if waiting indoors for a collection doesn't suit your lifestyle, you can drop into one of the 2,500 DPD Pick Up shops which now include some Sainsbury's and Matalan stores, or to the local Post Office if you choose Parcelforce. Dropping off can also work out to be a cheaper option.
In the booking process, we will also give you a box to fill in which will then be turned into a 'customs invoice'. This is particularly important as it shows the contents of your parcel and its value. You should attach the Customs Documents on the outside of the package in a clear envelope or envelope marked 'Customs'.
It is also essential that you provide a local contact number for the recipient so that any Customs issues or delivery problems can be resolved.
