I paid for 24hrs service because the recipient was leaving the UK and I wanted the stuff to get to her. The parcel was not delivered as expected thereby defeating the purpose of sending the items. I have asked Royal Mail to return the items as well as the cost of postage. I will appreciate if you can facilitate my request. Regards, Ochuko

I find Parcel Monkey very easy to use and prices appear to be a lot more competitive than booking directly with the courier on their website.
I sent a large box to Ireland - approximately 7kg and it only cost less than £20 and read delivered in 2 days! The website generates all the necessary paperwork also, which is very handy!
Considering that a heavier greeting card or letter (approximately 150 gr) costs £4.25 to post, the price of my parcel represents amazing value!

Absolutely shocking service from Parcel Monkey! Steer clear!! My package was collected promptly on 2 Aug and only going to Ipswich, but since then no tracking and package cannot be located! Customer service at Parcel Monkey is non-existent. Will never use again!

This was a largish (15kg) box sent from the UK to New Zealand. It was collected at the promised time on 25 Aug and arrived at its destination on 30 Aug. Excellent service. This would have been 5 stars but the box was slightly damaged during transit. However, no harm was done to the contents.

Easy to find the service I wanted at a very competitive price, pay and print labels. Pick up and delivery were within expected time frame and goods arrived in good condition. Efficient service and courteous driver who was mindful of good practice with regard to Covid etiquette. He asked me to place the parcels in the doorway for him to pick up.

Unfortunately parcelforce have let you down on this occasion as they have still not delivered the item after 5 days and it should have been 48 hours. It’s caused me lots of hassle with the buyer and eBay.

Although not parcel monkeys fault I paid for next day delivery with DPD and arrived 48hrs later messaged parcel monkey for help to be told nothing they could do.

parcel still not delivered after 3 months , parcel monkey say theyll find out the issue and get back they never do, extremely poor service, tracking puts the parcel in a warehouse in Holland it was to be delivered to a Dutch address, I cant claim the return refund as its to long since it was sent and parcel monkey will not reply or reimburse me. This company has very poor customer ethics and cannot be trusted.

Driver that picked up the package threw it off his shoulder into his truck right in front of me, after I asked him to be careful and that it was heavy... What a joke. You could hear the bang of the box all the way down the road.
