There was a slight delay in the delivery (an extra working day), but given the current circumstances thats pretty good going. The price was fine, so Im happy.

The booking of the parcel was straightforward, which was positive. BUT the parcel hasnt been delivered and the recipient is now required to collect from the local Post Office. When contacting support I was told this is normal with international deliveries in certain areas. If this is the case why wasnt this shown when I entered the address on the booking. Overall I am left feeling like I have paid for a service that hasnt been supplied, and that the service was, therefore, miss-sold to me.

Have used this company many times but our last order was delivered very badly damaged (despite us packing carefully). It had obviously been knocked around during the delivery process.

scam artist do not use! will charge your card weeks after you use them. i sent a parcel beginning of July and only now (10th August) they charged my card £105.94. (original postage was £17.99). No phone number or email to contact them. DO NOT USE

Extremely disappointed with Parcel Monkey. Extra charge after extra charge even when disputed and no evidence offered to substantiate their claims I am still charged these extras! I have now had to resort to photographing my packages for size and weight with the shipping label in clear view just so I have a leg to stand on against their little swindle! If you do use Extortion Monkey, I suggest you do the same.

Do not use , any problems and they try to get out of it. You really are at risk sending with this outfit. There is a customer portal but they are trained to pass the book and dont take any further action. This company really does need to take a long hard look at how they deal with problems.

Despite making every effort, repeating myself, the programme refused to accept the recipient postcode even though I had sent a number of parcels to that address EH1 1LT. Nothing I did allowed entry. In the end I had to manoeuvre the order to get it accepted. Address not known. Will possibly look elsewhere to send parcels.

Couldnt be easier. Give dimensions and weight and choose a carrier based on specific requirements. A bit cheaper than going direct and the same service.

Really bad customer after sales service , the company they recommend do not want to know if they have created any problem as they say its down to ParcelMonkey and ParcelMonkey say its the courier who is responsible so basically the customer is stuck in between and eventually give up which is what they want.

Competitive and efficient service.
I have now used Parcel Monkey a couple of times.
Each time the service was excellent.
I sent a large parcel to France, the parcel was picked up from me and delivered within a couple of days for a very competitive price.
The parcel was also tracked all the way.
So far I am very pleased with my experiences using this company.
