Im in Mauritius and needed a parcel shipped to me from the UK. I first talked to DHL and Fedex locally. Long story short - it was complicated and expensive. I went online and in less than 10 minutes I had paid and the next day, the package was picked up. Plus the cost was 60% what DHL and Fedex had paid. The best part is that the box is being delivered to me by DHL!

RUBBISH SERVICE WORST EVER DO NOT USE !!! This is literally the worst company ever ! I booked a parcel for my business it was sample for a customer they failed to collect c 2 then I had to cancel to the booking as that is what option I was left with when I raised a concern on the live chat. This failure cost me £2k on an order as samples was to late ! RUBBISH SERVICE WORST EVER

Everything super simple from start to finish. Booked online Sunday afternoon for Monday pickup. ParcelForce picked up Monday at 430pm, and delivered Tuesday at 130pm as promised within 24 hours.
The only suggestions for improvement would be:
1. ParcelMonkey should tell ParcelForce how many boxes and what weight to expect as their collection driver looked shocked at the number and weight even though I had prebooked
2. ParcelMonkey should try and get a better pickup time estimate than 8am-6pm - I had to wait at home all day till 430pm

Very disappointed. I purchased next day delivery. The parcel was collected at the correct time on Thursday afternoon, with delivery due for Friday as confirmed to me. The parcel was not delivered until the Sunday, three days after collection. So I am not impressed.

The company’s is super user friendly and easy to use, deposits are processed quickly and orders are placed quickly. When you want to withdraw your profits is where you will run into trouble. To make a long story short, i made a withdraw request for $1010.00 USD. After conversion fees and the rest, they split the payment to my account into three lots, two went in with no trouble.
The third was for HALF of the amount I wanted to withdraw, they processed this transaction as refund and back dated the transaction almost 2 months.

Courier did not collect on the day specified. Cancelled my order but I should have been offered compensation. Lost out on a major sale thanks to this blunder. 1st time using the site and of course now my last Will use DPD direct or Packlink instead

Well, its been 3 weeks and still no parcels (shipped UK to France, supposedly in 3 days). Would never use again! Also, customs process is very confusing -- we shipped multiple boxes at once but could only print one custom label per item, so each box were supposed to have 3-4 full pieces of paper taped to them???
