Parcel force treated my well packaged and signposted fish tank with such disrespect and in front of the Purchaser. It was cracked? I’ll not use you again unless you tell me what you are prepared to do about this and before I advertise as widely as I can the disappointing and disgraceful service.

Better price options. It said contact us incase we have issues with our delivery. I still didnt receive it this day. When I contacted parcel monkey they are asking me how the parcel package looks like and what color. ???? Shouldnt they have my details because I registered with them? They have my order details and tracking number. I didnt like it that much. I am very sorry

Items were supposed to be collected but no one came and had to rebook for the next day, which they did. Second time this has happened now with parcel monkey on my last two orders, think i will be looking elsewhere in future. Shame as they used to be very good.

Easy to book online
The chosen courier (DHL) collected from my place of work during the day (note, not all couriers do !).
The item was processed, transported and delivered the next day, as indicated.
Good value service. Cant do better

The delivery of the parcel was fine However, when completing the shipping label, in error I entered an incorrect weight, unfortunately I paid for it before I realized I then created a new label with the correct weight, and used this to send the parcel, thinking I would claim the £8.65 back. Thats when the trouble started. Believe it or not, in this day and age of electronic transfer, you can only contact parcelmonkey by post to claim a refund!!!! There is no email, no phone no. Overall, an extremely poor customer service

Booked parcel force 24 with parcel monkey however didn’t get delivered for 3 days. Contacted customer service via online chat and not very helpful and didn’t have a clue where my parcel was or when it will be delivered.

I was charged 145 chf for my parcel. When I asked Swiss Post why they said because there was no contents label on the box. I filled a contents label for personal belongings and have it to the courier. He must have forgotten to put it on the box so Swiss customs charged me 145 chf for my daughters used clothes!
