If you book with Parcel Monkey, you'll get the same quality of service that you would if you booked direct. We simply send your order details over to Parcelforce, who add the collection to their drivers manifest ready to be picked up and delivered to your recipient. The drivers are the same as booking directly and the parcel is handled in exactly the same way.
We also offer FREE protection cover up to the value of £60 on Parcelforce consignments. If you are sending a parcel in the UK, you do not even need a printer as the courier will bring the label with them.
Parcelforce delivery times will depend on what service you book. For UK domestic deliveries, Parcelforce Express 24, will have your parcel delivered the following working day. However, if you need guaranteed delivery by a specific time, you’ll need to book one of the timed delivery services, such as Parcelforce 24 before 9 am or Parcelforce 24 before 12 pm.
Yes, but to guarantee a Saturday or Sunday delivery you will need to book the Saturday or Sunday delivery service. These services are fully tracked and signed for.
Parcelforce can collect from your home or work address, Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm (excluding bank and public holidays). If these times aren’t convenient, you can book a drop off service and drop off your parcel at your local Post Office.

Brilliant. I used Parcel2Go 6weeks ago and the parcel was returned to me. Very bad service. I reposted the parcel with Parcel Monkey and it arrived in 4 days. I will definitely use them again.
I went online to book my delivery. I was advised if I place my order within 32 minutes my collection would made on the Friday afternoon. I placed my order and the collection was made on the next Monday I actual paid extra for the same day collection, so feel a little aggrieved the collection was made late.
