Parcelforce delivery times will depend on what service you book. For UK domestic deliveries, Express 24 will deliver your parcel the following working day. However, if you need guaranteed delivery by a specific time, you’ll need to book one of the timed delivery services, such as before 9 am or before 12 pm.
Yes, but to guarantee a Saturday or Sunday delivery you will need to book the Saturday or Sunday delivery service. These services are fully tracked and signed for.
Parcelforce can collect from your home or work address, Monday-Friday between 7 am and 5.30 pm (excluding bank and public holidays). If these times aren’t convenient, you can book a drop-off service and drop off your parcel at your local Post Office.

Prices great, and easy to use website. However the customer help chat ticket system, is extremely slow to get replies, 1-2 days to wait.
I eventually had my parcel to Portugal returned following a failure by UPS and a screw up with the customs. Parcel monkey not at fault for this.
I always use PM for parcels as the set up to order and print a lable for within the UK and also abroad is very easy. I had tried quite a few others for deliveries before PM and running my side line of supplying specialist vehicle parts when not touring with my non animal circus. All different sizes and weights, collection or drop off, all sorts of providers and all at a brilliant price. Over the years I have had to cancel a few lables and never had any problems. Problems are answered/ resolved quickly and I recommend them, at least give them a try, its worth a punt as we say. Dated 25/12/2025 as an Xmas present for PM.
