feeling like youve been raped is an understatement. Parcel was insured for £250 and returned to me (after they posted it to the wrong address). When it arrived it was battered and busted with pieces missing. Parcel monkey asked for photos which I gave but didnt want to see how it was packaged. After sending pics of the packaging itself they said 1.5m x.5 meters of bubble wrap with more bubblewrap and paper for cushioning in an oversize box wasnt sufficent. Zac (the rep Ive been dealing with) has been worse than a joke, the only response is send a letter of complaint to simple questions that they should know about parcel monkey proceedures. Booking made on Tuesday for collection by Parcelforce on Wednesday. The driver showed up on Wednesday morning but informed me his van was full and that he would return later that afternoon. No one came. I contacted PM who rebooked the collection. No one came Thursday. I contacted PM who rebooked the delivery. I was told they could not trace the job or driver to inform me when the collection would be made. Parcelforce was also as unhelpful. The driver showed up Friday morning and took the parcel which at best will arrive 2 days late. Parcel Monkey advised they have no involvement in claims and can not offer compensation. Note the booking number given by PM does not allow Parcelforce to locate the booking. PM advised to monitor the tracking, however the tracking only applies AFTER the parcel is collected. There is zero visibility prior to collection. Waited in from 8am to 6pm 2 days running.

Good prices, with Parcel Force we drop off at local Post Office at 3pm and our customer receives around 9am next day - this has to be the best available.

Not happy with the way you handled my parcel . Parcel arrived with damaged Box showing contest not sure if everything missing so far until I speak with the sender. Not happy at all. I have a picture to follow my report if you want it please let me know ASAP

Parcel was returned to me in error and never received refund, Parcel monkey just ignored my request to being refunded and like other people have said on trustpilot, this currier company is NOT reliable at all. Will never use again

Parcel Monkey was ok, website not very user friendly.. carrier horrendous. A parcel insured for £1000 and a note to say hand to recipient was left unsigned for on the doorstep of the property which is situated on a busy main road. No doorbell rung, nothing. Just left.

Absolutely terrible they have taken a payment fit the correct weight and size placed and 1 week after they have taken another £51 as well as the £51 postage fee

On delivery to the repair shop the item had a broken pipe and I am trying to recover the cost of the said repair it was a bit annoying as it was an expense I was not expecting,I am now waiting for the bill to come in so I can try and claim the broken pipe repair back

Parcel was returned to me in error and never received refund from parcel monkey. Parcel Force would have reimbursed me had j booked direct with them. Parcel monkey just ignored my request to being refunded and like other people have said on trustpilot I too eventually gave up and was out of pocket to the sim of £22. Will never use again

Nice and easy website to use, dashboard allows me instantly to see and print invoices. Sending a parcel is very straight forward and very simple making everything quick and easy.

Avoid at all costs! I paid for a 24hr service, what I actually got was a 5 day service! I was continually fobbed off by customer service and told they had done nothing wrong. I won’t be using them again and will definitely never recommend them.

My parcels have been missing since the 29th June but I am not getting any help from Parcel Monky or Parcelforce. At the moment I am totally disgusted by the way I am being treated as I just keep getting pushed around and getting nowhere. They do not seem to be very keen to arrange a search for my parcels the value of which are nearly £400. I think I will think twice about using this company again. Not a happy bunny at all

I would like to give you no stars if possible. Ive used you for years, but the last 6 months have been awful. You have out sourced your customer service and they couldnt care less. Labels fail to generate and you cant ever sort it out. Always an IT problem and days to tell me it cant be sorted. You cant re-input the labels and want 3-5 Days to refund me. I would avoid at all cost. You were the best, now probably the worst.

Brilliant, parcel delivered on time.at a bargain price.
We sent two parcels from the UK to Spain, parcel monkeys advice was invaluable, the web site takes you through the whole process from customs to tracking its very, very, well put together.

The parcel was meant to be on a 48 hour basis, it actually took 5 days. It should have been a lot cheaper if they cant meet their own criteria.
