Courier did not collect on the day specified. Cancelled my order but I should have been offered compensation. Lost out on a major sale thanks to this blunder. 1st time using the site and of course now my last Will use DPD direct or Packlink instead

Well, its been 3 weeks and still no parcels (shipped UK to France, supposedly in 3 days). Would never use again! Also, customs process is very confusing -- we shipped multiple boxes at once but could only print one custom label per item, so each box were supposed to have 3-4 full pieces of paper taped to them???

Fantastic service. Great price, collected at our home on time almost to the minute with our chosen carrier (DHL) and delivered less than 24 hours later despite choosing the 48-hour option. If only Post Office could be as efficient.

Parcel monkey said 2-3 days Parcel reached in 5 days… it’s not that bad… but I paid 50£ for the parcel to reach asap… but sadly it’s just all words!!!

I get a competitive quote for parcel, can choose the best / cheapest supplier, rather like a standard comparison website, print the label at home and then drop at a convenient local place with virtually no queueing. I like using Parcel Monkey.

We used the online service, paid full rate for collection and delivery to ensure my parcel would reach client in time. We taken time off from work to ensure the parcel were collected safely. No person came to collect the parcel. Agent is unable to contact or track the driver. No support from customer service. Told to wait 3-5 for a refund (I don’t believe this will happen) DO NOT USE!! DO NOT USE!! Scam alert!!

Booked a pick up within minutes, really easy to use, did have a problem with downloading labels but straight on to live chat and sorted within minutes, competitive prices, can recommend and will use them again.

This was the first I had tried Parcel Monkey and I really could not have had a better experience. The choice was incredible and different prices for options. I selected Parcelforce service with collection from my home. Selected the day and by midday on the day the parcels were on their way. Four days later the money was in my bank for the returns from Amazon Super service all round

I always use Parcel Monkey for shipping parcels. Only thing is the courier stuck another label over the one I printed so why did I bother?

24 hour delivery service via Parcelforce took three days and tracking details didn’t make sense. Unsure though whether these were Parcel Monkey issues or Parcelforce. If they were Parcelforce issues I doubt that Parcel Monkey could have done much about it but there was no communication.

I had some issues with the deliver, but when called to the customer services, the lady who helped me was incredible. What a wonderful care and customer services. She did her very best to sort it out and she did, she also made me feel a valuable customer just by listening with calm and peace and finding the best way possible.
