One of the worst companies I ever dealt with I sent 3 boxes with them and due to missing info it didnt clear customs so one box they returned and the other 2 I am running after them now for close to 2 month every time they answer something else and not getting my stuff back Sometimes the answer is just like Hello, As per the courier:- The parcel has been returned due to missing data so the parcel was unable to clear customs. We are sorry for the trouble caused. Kind regards, Belle I mean like trying to act stupid? or what just like ignoring that they never sent me back the 2 other boxes,

The parcel was delivered to the US address on precisely the day predicted, and the service was excellent. Parcel monkey led us to the most economic and reliable service.

Charged £5 cancellation. Had to get parcel off same day when I took the parcel to the drop off point the label wouldn’t scan. Due to time constraints I had to cancel and use another courier.

Would give zero … sent item .paid insurance . Item was damaged .they won’t even give postage refund never mind honour insurance .I provided all details asked before I sent if I was sending correctly .it let me send and took money I sent all pictures and everything as asked then they said it was declined .have to seek legal advice .go with courier service direct and don’t use this go between .

Really bad customer service. Unhelpful, generic answers. They used to be great and really good value, but this has changed in the past couple of years. Particularly their customer service has deteriorated.

Sent parcel to France with their Global Priority PacelForce 3 day service. It supposed to be dlivered within 3 working days. After more than a week parcel is still not delivered. Contacted ParcelForce and have been told that parcel is Global Economy Service not Priority and it will take another few days longer to deliver. Parcel Monkey are misleading customers about the service they sell. Beware of these little cheaters! Will not use them again definitely.
