Really pleased with whole online experience and would absolutely recommend, but my parcel that was for 3-5 days delivery was actually delivered on day 6. Fortunately it was in time for my brothers birthday but still a bit annoying. 5 stars for the admin side though, as brexit has been a nightmare for sending parcels.

I recently used Parcel Monkey to post a small parcel to Australia from UK. The parcel was just under 3kg in weight including the tape. This was weighed at the Post Office on 2 separate occasions. Yet, Parcel Monkey have now said it was 5.50kg. This is not possible as I couldnt afford to have posted that weight. They have illegally taken more money from my account even after I disagreed and refused to pay. I am not happy with this company and the way they have treated me as a customer.

Dont trust these apes with your parcels they cant be trusted. There customer services department doesnt exist its all just a computer randomly spitting out a new representative name every time & a scripted responsewhen I contact them. Please also be advised they always claim to be contacting there courier partner for answers to reasonable questions. They dont contact the courier instead just stringing you along with scripted answers untill they ask you to submit a claim which I may add is time critical. Every query i have every had with 5hem ends this way. This is the most recent saga with them. Awful experience. Buyer from Austria paid import tax via PayPal to DPD tax collecting agency TD express. TD express failed to register the payment. DPD claimed tax wasnt paid but at the same time refunded my customer in PayPal ( how could they refund the tax if he hadnt paid) to make matters worse DPD advised item would be returned. Its been two months DPD have lost the parcel in 5here system seems that cant be trusted you should think about using someone else

***SCAM COMPANY**** only use the compare function then go straight to that courier...DO NOT USE THIS ONE. Insurance is a scam...THEY WONT PAY UP... you cannot speak to them on the phone only delayed messages on their portal ***DO NOT USE THEM***
