I found out the hard way the chances I had been taking using Parcelmonkey for my small business. The courier I selected through Parcelmonkey damaged my parcel and disposed of it without consulting me, so I called the courier for instructions on how to get compensation. They assured me the contents was fully covered by insurance, 30kg dried cocoa beans (inclusive of packaging), but it had to go through Parcelmonkey. So I submitted to Parcelmonkey all necessary documentation for £200 compensation, so I can fulfill my customers order. But Parcelmonkey turns to me to say my goods are listed as in prohibited items list under FOOD carried on a no-compensation basis. Ive spoken to the courier and know this to be untrue, my goods were not Ready to Eat, so the classification and packaging is for COMMODITY, which was boxed up with double layer sack of woven polypropylene and Grainpro lining. Why do this to the customer when they have done their homework? It has been a very expensive lesson I learned: only use Parcelmonkey if you dont care about losing your shipment. Ive now opened an account directly with the courier company so I dont have to put up with such poor service.

Hi Parcel Monkey. It was different this time not using DPD but Parcel Force picked our parcel no probs but no time window given.
Same at this end (Spain) parcel delivered no time window and no tracking facility. But Heyho we have our parcel and we are happy????????

family and grandchildren live i Canada i have used Parcel monkey uk three times and ever time they are second to none. Pick up at post office near me and my gifts are always with leave within 4 working days its great thanks for making it so simple sending parcels overseas

Always my go to for parcels too big for the RM. ParcelForce my usual carrier of choice is always cheaper… especially taking extra insurance into account.

First and last time My parcel had an issue and they supposed to sent it back to me. That happened in May, were already in July, but they still not giving me any real solution. I already offered to pay more just to have my stuff back, but keep acting as robots. They were present for an special occasion, just ruined everything and keep acting like it doesnt related with them. I wish I could give cero star

Service is good But they have a habit of taking money from your bank without authority they say your parcel volume was wrong. This is not true and anyway nobody gave them permission to take money from my bank they act as jury and judge Third time they have done it I just do a chargeback with bank. This time have reported the to trading standards

This is the second time I’ve used the service to send from UK to Australia.
My parcel was collected on time and I have every expectation that it will be delivered safely.
The first time the tracking was good but this time it has been poor. The 3rd party tracking site still just says it’s left the depot, Parcel Monkey site tells me it’s been delivered and my daughter has had a message from another carrier to say it will be delivered in another 4 days. I’m watching this space.

I used the service which involved dropping the parcel off at the local post office, and it all seemed to work well. Parcel Monkey allowed me to view available options clearly and quickly, and seemed to provide competitive prices. Once underway, the delivery went smoothly and could be tracked online through its various phases. No complaints, and I would use the service again.

It is now 1/7/21 and the Parcel sent to my son in Spain on 13/5/21 still has not arrived. It has been sitting in Madrid since 20/5/21 awaiting customs clearance and despite emailing Parcel Monkey and Parcel Force, neither have replied to me and Im still no further forward. I have contacted Correos Consultas who requested i resend proof of payment and Invoice to ADT Postales which Ive tried to do, but havent received any indication theyve been received. I dont know if this is an issue of Brexit but Ive used Parcel Monkey pre brexit and had no issues whatsoever, parcels were delivered within 5 days. Regardless of the cause of issue, I need Parcel Monkey to contact me with a resolution and either ensure my son gets delivery of the parcel or arrange for it to be returned to me. I also paid for extra insurance as there were a few birthday items in parcel.

Where to be collected from & delivery address email address for both parties plus mobile phone numbers………made payment….. quickly received confirmation email & job done ????????

Parcel has been missing over a week. I have made numerous attempts to contact parcel monkey. Receive same standard reply each time. Keep getting fobbed off. Poor communication from all advisors. Will be taking business elsewhere.

Parcel Monkey helped me out of a tight spot when Parcel2Go let me down not for the first time. Cant think why I trusted them enough to go back - should just have gone with Parcel Monkey in the first place.
It was easy to book a collection and delivery and simple to make payment. There was nothing complicated about any of the process and I definitely recommend Parcel Monkey UK to anyone looking for a solution to delivery of packages.
