Good service and promptly delivered

I paid for the parcel force next day collection , but no one came and collected even another 4 days. Then I have drop the parcel in the post office. Waste of money for the collection. And no proper instructions or no follow up emails about process has given....never gonna use it again. I would give zero star instead of one.

I had a large, heavy suitcase to get to the other end of the country with very limited time. I was quite shocked at how low the prices were, and indeed triple checked Id got everything correct. Using Parcel Force 24 hr delivery through Parcel Monkey saved over £40 off the direct price, and the service was excellent. The suitcase was picked up and delivered on time. Couldnt have asked for anything else and I will definitely be using them again.

Used for parcel to USA, have used Parcel Monkey UK on 3 or 4 occasions previously. I have always found the service to be quick and easy to use. Just one slight beef this time, and it is probably the carrier not parcel monkey but I didn’t receive any tracking information, this might be because this time it was a different carrier to the one used previously. I like to keep a check on the progress so that I can advise the recipient when the parcel is due to be delivered. (It did arrive within the advised timescale). But apart from that, excellent service

Sent 2 parcels to New Zealand and both arrived in just over a week, great service.
The only issue I have is once they leave the UK you can’t track them unless you speak to customer services and obtain the next tracking number, which is a problem, otherwise all good.

First time using this site/app and didn’t know what to expect... especially getting a quote so low for a UK to EU 25 kg box, i thought for sure there would be hidden fees at some point. Well guess what? Managed through the whole process with NO HIDDEN FEES! Lovely surprise! Everything else (potential custom charges etc) was explained quite clearly.
Best of all the box made it in under a week to the recipients! Would highly recommend and use Parcel Monkey again based on that really positive experience.

Beyond awful. £97 paid for a parcel collection which didn’t happen Monday, or Tuesday , or Wednesday or Thursday or Friday. Guess what it didn’t happen the following week either. Live chat are slow to respond and offer apologies but no resolution whatsoever. Literally an awful company I would rather drive 1000 miles and deliver myself than use these frauds. Please avoid. Couldn’t even process my refund until asked for the 3rd time.

Was given a pick up window which happened right on time on Monday afternoon. My daughter was contacted by customs ? to pay 9.5 euros duty on 4 packets of digestive biscuits which had cost £4:00 !! which she paid and the the box was delivered on Thursday lunch time in the mountains in France in the time slot given Fantastic service except for the duty which was not within Parcel Monkeys control but our S....d Governments numptness

Sent parcels to Italy two weeks ago and even after many phone calls we are told it is in export???? Not even in Italy yet and we are due to return to england soon we thought wrongly that sending clothes via parcel monkey would be preferential to taking them on the plane!!!!! Still do not know where our parcels are and we had to purchase clothing in Italy as we have a three year old
