We offer a wide range of courier services to the destinations of the Middle East and for some really low prices. We are also flexible in the options we can provide in terms of having a parcel collected or allowing you to drop off at DPD Pick Up stores or the Post Office. The ever improving infrastructure such as airport super-hubs in the UAE make this region more accessible than you might think and this also means that estimated shipping times are quick too.
One of the best value for money shipping services we have to the Middle East is DPD, for which we offer Classic and Express services. These are fully tracked and the recipient can access all the best features if they have the DPD App such as native language updates and the ability to change delivery options whilst the parcel is in flight.
We also offer parcel delivery services to the Middle East with Parcelforce, Asendia, DHL and TrakPak. Alongside these we also offer our own brand Parcel Monkey Air Express service and all services we offer come with full tracking, the option to add protection cover and fast transit times.
Any parcel leaving the EU does require customs documents, these are built into the booking process to make life much easier for you. Just provide all the parcel details in depth when you book in the form we provide, to give customs a clear indication of what you are sending. If you are sending clothes for example say what they are, the colour and how many, rather than just 'clothing' which will prevent a lot of issues. Also be sure to check the items you are sending have no prohibited items in, such as batteries, which DPD have a zero tolerance policy on.
DPD offer the convenient option of handling your customs documents all online, so if you book their service there is no need to print out any customs forms.
