Over night turned into 6 days, including the weekend. Everyone was trying to sort out the problem but, despite reporting no collection, for 5 days both sales agent and carrier were convinced otherwise. Tracking was incorrect and I had pointed this out early on along with a remark that the problem might run and run. Everyone kept good humour... but it was rather poor service. It seemed people were unable to listen, relying on I.T. reporting something had happened when it had not. I had the impression there was a lack of will to check to see if my report that it had not been collected was correct. Which was not that flattering, implying they did not believe me. Parcel Monkey and DX staff kept good humour in a trying situation, so I will use them again. Without the good humour it would have been one star. But there appears to an issue that might need attention. Anyway, the pallet is on the way now, for sure. Thanks to everyone.

Very impressed. Used Parcel Monkey a few times now and they have always delivered (pardon the pun). Even when I was charged extra their reasoning was given in a good manner that I fully agreed with.
Will be using again as the value is great and the choice of couriers is excellent.

Parcel Monkey have totally failed to respond to a complaint raised against their contractor, DX couriers. DX managed to deliver my parcel a week late to an address in another part of the country and as the driver gloated when he delivered it to the surprised member of staff at the company in Bishops Stortford, "I think its glass, its broken". Its nearly a month since I raised this complaint that had the package been delivered in time to the correct address instead of shuttled round the country for a week it might have arrived intact. So far the Parcel Monkey automated service, no, of course you cant speak to a real person, have offered me slightly less than it originally cost me to send the package off to its doom and destruction. Totally useless, cost cutting of the worst sort, with the benefit of hindsight the company name says it all. Dont entrust anything to a bunch of monkeys, not even the peanuts.

I sent 2 small boxes of gifts and toys to my son in Dubai, as I have done many times. The boxes were collected on 12 November and shown as delivered on the tracking system 15 November which I thought was good as the delivery time was quoted as 3 to 5 days. On 20 November Processed at Facility appeared on the tracking, and then on 23 November Received as a Return. Further confusion. I was then informed that the courier required further information, but on the customs form, I had provided all the codes etc. as required. I first thought that the boxes were being returned from Dubai, but in fact they had never left the UK. The Parcel Monkey Dashboard is still showing the boxes as delivered, but they are now on their way back to me, after I have paid Parcel Monkey more money for their totally inadequate service. A total of £130.00 for nothing, and a disappointed son and grandchildren. Never again.

As always my parcels arrived safely in Japan, they did get split up and the second was held at customs so arrived a few days later.
I love the way we can track these.
I will be using Parcel Monkey again , I have done so now on many occasions without issue.
