Collected earlier than stayed, delivered when stayed. I usually use parcel to go but parcel monkey was cheaper this time round. Quick and easy process. I will use again .

I booked Courier for my pick up and they missed the pick up day without an apology or explanation. I had to wait in all day and the following day which we very inconvenient. No offer of apology or compensation was forthcoming On this basis I will not be using them in the future Chris

I booked a delivery using this company, which was a return via PayPal, and had to have tracking details. PayPal are unable to track, despite the fact I’ve been given two different tracking numbers (both say invalid). This means I cannot get the refund for a very high value item! It’s impossible to reach anyone over the phone, and the customer service representatives on their live chat, are extremely unhelpful!

I had no issues with Parcel Monkey and the service worked just fine, however they will email you incessantly reminding you to leave a review on trust pilot which gets very annoying.

I have always been extremely satisfied with the service from parcel monkey but on this occasion I required a Next day service Saturday to Sunday so I knew it wouldn’t be standard. Parcel monkey came up with a parcel force service but when I took it to the drop off at the local post office straight after I received the label, I was told that I had missed the collection time and it wouldn’t be collected until Monday. I feel like the service should have been sold with more conditions. I send by normal post and wasted the cost of the parcel force service.

Have tried 2/3 times to find out where our parcel is, a parcel that we paid a lot of money to be delivered in Australia within 8 days. This is now ten days and no one, parcel force or parcel monkey, can tell us where it is. Have used you many times but Will never use you again... AJ Chavner
