Crooks. I arranged for a Parcel to go from the UK to Greece on the Monday. DPD came out before ParceMonkey sent me the shipping label. I then had to re book a collection the following day. DBD then collected on the Wednesday and returned it on Thursday as the xRay showed a Battery like item which was prohibited. This was actually a candle. Parcelmonkey then refused to re-arrange without and new order and refused to refund my £50.00 paid to them for shipping. What I nightmare of a company to deal with as when they have finished with you they simple dont respond and you have no way of contacting them.

I sent a parcel, costing £9.25, i then had a £52.60 extra charge taken direct from my credit card, they said for the parcel being not the size i had said, they are saying it was 4 times the size. They have clearly got the wrong parcel [via Parcel force] but will not exempt this, i really feel ripped off. BEWARE.

If you’re seriously considering using Parcel Monkey I cannot recommend the 24 hour service. They’ve never been able to keep to this time frame for me and I imagine there 48 hour service is worse. The added insurance is full of loopholes which means they can avoid paying out. If you’re happy for your parcel to be sent without insurance and late then this is the company for you.

parcel monkey provide a simple to use system which i have always found to save me money on sending parcels through which ever service required.

Very reliable service. Collected Monday delivered in France Saturday. The only annoyance is there is no indication of pickup time, and I have had as early as 11am and as late as after 4 pm using Parcel Force. Once in France no notification until after delivery 3 days later.
