Everything you could possibly send is either prohibited or not covered under extended cover.So if your parcel is lost or damaged you will end up losing everything.They only act as a platform for a delivery service so you ate going to be out of pocket.There are plenty more shipping companys to chose from.

Having just been awoken at 23:40 with a reminder to review this site, Im in a less than charitable mood. Parcel monkey is basically a comparison site for delivery companies. It does its job. What else do you need to know.

parcel gone missing it happens but because i used this service Courier will only go through parcelmonkey and obviously the only thing i get back is we are waiting for a response from couriers , now its nearing 2 weeks since i sent parcel and i cannot get a answer , just go through the parcel company and save yourself a huge amount of time as trying to go through parcelmonkey to get answers is just time consuming

I went through Parcel Monkey and booked a delivery with Parcelforce. Paid extra for next day delivery by noon. The parcel arrived five days later ruined ( it was food). If you complain neither company will take responsibility and you have zero chance of a refund. Parcel Monkey have a good product and their site is easy to use but they are totally reliant on third parties doing their bit.

Set up process for the delivery was straightforward and great to have the customs labelled printed out, although not so clear what label had to go where on the parcel.
The tracking updates seemed slow/not automatic but this may have been specific to the destination (China).
The delivery took 12 days, so this was longer than promised at purchase and there was an undetailed hold-up at customs due to incorrect documentation - although I attached all documentation provided at time of ordering.
Overall, happy in the end that the parcel had arrived !

Handling and receiving parcel was good. It was delivered to the right address and at the right time and I also received a message & email letting me know when my parcel will be arriving. I put ‘fragile’ tape on the box but still plastic chocolate boxes ended up smashed. Not single but multiple breakages so wasn’t too happy about that.

I can always rely on Parcel Monkey UK. Whenever I have a parcel to send abroad I use them. They always collect when they say they will. They guide you through all the paperwork you need and the parcel always arrives promptly. I recommend Parcel Monkey UK if you have a parcel to send.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid for delivery to France 6/9/21 to be delivered in 3 days. We are now at 23/11/21 and it is still in the uk! Customer services are terrible, worst I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. From pre written responses to non at all. No phone number. I’ve had to deal with couriers direct as Parcel Monkey claim they weren’t getting replies….funnily enough I get through to them in 20 seconds and get a full report…and has proven parcel monkey to be liars as I have had proof of couriers replying to them. Parcel Monkey also want another £400+ to deliver my parcel, even though I fully disclosed the contents when initially making order, clearly marking my parcel and adding extra info regards contents! If you have valuable items, are shipping abroad, have ANY reservations about your item, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if anything goes wrong you will be left out to dry. I am having to use my credit card company to help me now

I found the website okay to use for my first time once I got my head around the options. But it was very convenient to be able to do it online and have someone come and collect our item, saved us some time and effort.
Would certainly use again in the future for hard to return in person items

I was told about Parcel Monkey from a courier company I was working for who wouldnt do a return for me, so went on theyre recommendation who took the return package, I couldnt believe the fact it was the company I was working for collecting the return, i recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone who needs to return goods100%
