Fantastic, thank you - only reason for not giving 4 stars was that our confirmation stated the pick up would be same day but it was actually the next day.

Two lots of parcels have took over a week to collect on a 24hr delivery . The second one is still waiting in the porch nearly two weeks later and no response from parcel monkey as to when it will be collected!

Was advised that the collection would be the next day after putting through, however, i had to call DHL for the collection as had no notification when they would be collecting the parcel and due to commitments could not stay in all day. Had to rearrange the collection point as well.

Really good. Would have loved to have had the option to have reduced my environmental impact by having my parcels travel with other peoples’ parcels. My parcels did not need to travel quickly - so I would have been happy for it to travel more slowly and with lower impact. Please see what you can do to offer this sort of service.

I might have reviewd Parcelmonkey before but ive received an invitation to review (again?) so will do so : Sent a 3 kg parcel from South Devon to East London using the Parcelforce 48 hour service from Parcelmonkey and dropped it off at my local Post Office at 1.30pm on a Thursday. It looks like I missed the Parcelforce collection for that day and that it was collected on the Friday. Then there was the weekend and it didnt show much progress over Saturday or Sunday. It arrived at the recipients house at 9.15am on Tuesday morning, so it wasnt exactly a 48 hours service ... but it arrived safely and I guess the weekend was the main reason for the slower than expected delivery.
On previous occasions Ive used the Parcelforce 24 hour service and it has been excellent - so next time thats what Ill do ... it costs less than a pound to upgrade to 24 hour so is well worth it. The tracking does seem to show where the parcel is and is a useful facility.
Overall the Parcelforcel/Parcelmonkey service is convenient (drop off at local Post Office) and cheaper than going direct to Parcelforce and Ill use it again.

The service is good regarding price and collection but tracking for international parcels is poor. As parcel monkey are considered third parties, neither them nor the courier (in my case parcelforce) seem to take any responsibility for tracking and delivery. So far I have no idea where my parcel is. I have had the same problem before when sending stuff to my daughter in France, it seems to be just by luck that she’s found her parcel before, delivered to a random shop near by. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a happy ending this time!

I just want to add this to to make their ratings drop more. I wish I didn’t even have an option to add a star. I have been using this company for a long time but just recently saw that they took money out of my account without my authorization. $220.50 to be exact. I just spent $173.00 on shipping and their response was that the carrier charged more for oversized packages. Understand that I used their website with correct measurements, weight and picked the rate that fit my budget. Parcel Monkey did not tell me it was oversized, did not prevent me from booking the shipment after my correct measurements and weight was inputted. They came back and said the carrier deemed it oversized and took money out of my account but they don’t give any proof with carrier contacts to call. They’re a scam located in the U.K. and will take money out of your account you use to make the original transaction from without knowledge a week later. Now I’m fighting with them to return my money. Oh, no phone to call all correspondence is done my chat and email to their main office in the U.K..
