Absolutely professional and reliable customer service. Had a call from customer service the evening before my scheduled pickup to verify my details. I needed some special packaging which was requested and was reliably supplied as promised. My package arrived in excellent condition and on the date and time promised. Well done!

Asked for the complaints department back in August, its now October still being told to wait.....its fine when the parcel gets delivered. When there is a problem do not expect any help from parcel monkey staff i have been left waiting for over a month now shocking service.

Paid for a 1 - 2 day maximum Global priority delivery - circa £40 cost. Collected on the Monday as scheduled. Arrived 10 days later.......no explanation. Have offered £14 refund as they say "its the couriers fault not ours"??? Will not be using them again, shocking customer service.

Arranged for a parcel to be picked up from my place and be delivered to another city, on a Sunday. Made the booking in a relatively short notice (Sunday around 7 in the morning).
They rang to confirm and arrange the pick-up, later the driver was wearing a badge with his name/company role, and was very polite and presentable.
Although the price wasnt cheap, it made sense considering the circumstances.
10/10 will use again if needed.

Really easy to use.....happy to drop off at local PO but got the option to have collected....parcels where delivered really quickly so very pleased

I needed to send two quite large boxes of photos. The pick up service was excellent from clicking on the website to printing labels and prompt pick up. Delivered in 2 days with no hassle. Highly recommended.

I chose parcel monkey as eBay’s delivery was to complicated. The price was comparable and the site quick and easy to use. The only problem was the parcel was not collected on the day. I called and the assistant rebooked and apologised. The next day the parcel was collected at 17.50, ten minutes before the deadline. The day after another delivery van arrived to collect the parcel again. I feel this was an issue with DHL rather than parcel monkey and would use the services again for non time sensitive deliveries.

We sent a parcel to ireland via Courier through parcel monkey - returned to us 10 days later in an awful state - Contacted and asked why it was returned - Answer was duty not paid - we user THEIR commercial invoice plus our own showing Vat at 23% - The refused to re collect or refund - Just a really bad experience - DO NOT TRUST THEM TO COLLECT INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES - THEIR COMMERCIAL INVOICES ARE NOT ADEQUATE - DO NOT INCLUDE IOSS NUMBERS AND THE PACKAGES WILL GET RETURNED - YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Dropped off at Post Office on 24th on a 3-4 day Global Priority service (£35.59) and today the parcel sits in New York it took the parcel 5 days to leave the UK. The only other services offered was DPD who I would of used but the nearest drop off is 20miles away. I have just checked another courier and they offer Fedex and UPS both cheaper and on a faster quoted service. Used to recommend Parcel Monkey for overseas deliveries and only used another courier for UK deliveries next time I will try another couriers non Parcel Force services. Oh yes it was my sons birthday yesterday hes now counting down the days now for my parcel to arrive. Cheers.

Absolutely rubbish service. Paid for 3 boxes guaranteed next day delivery (for a reason) they sent one box to the wrong depot had to chase their customer service dept only to be told that the boxes will be delivered between 1-3 working days. The parcels were finally delivered after 3 days and by then my friend had left the country!
