The courier was scheduled for 1430-1530 the actual time he picked up the parcel was 1815 And we didnt get much notice about the delay, when I went on the app all it didnt say anything except the pick up time of 1430-1530 Which meant most of the afternoon was wasted

i paid for a 5kg package of Xmas gifts (toys + clothing) to be sent to France (roughly £18), and my sister was charged an additional 24€ on the other side. Whaaaat? Not a word of it on the Parcel Monkey page!

Parcel monkey site clear and easy to understand I had an issue paying by debit card so simply changed to paypal. Collection on time kept up to date with schedule. Delivery did over run by a day but it is the festive season and obviously very busy. All in all very good service.

The website was fine and the dropping off at post office also fine; but once the package left this country there was no information whatsoever as to its whereabouts, as yet 18 days later I don’t know if it has been lost, it certainly hasn’t reached my daughter, I’m hoping it will in time for Christmas !

On 10th of November , 2021 I finally received the compensation for the money that this company stole from me . How did the "miracle" happen? Well I spoke to a few people and they advice that I should hire the Recovery Company on Emailking1 for help and they did help me . Visit their TELLEGram (Emailking1 ) and thank me later
