Was a bit dubious about using parcel monkey with the cheap prices. My experience was fabulous! On time and no damage to large parcel. Will definitely use again.

Sending parcel to Canada. Unsure of costs, customs and most appropriate carrier. Using parcel monkey the price was clear, the chosen carrier was easy to find and hand over the parcel. All details for Canada customs were clear. Package arrived within the time promised, unlike some of my previous attempts!

Good prices for the base shipping cost. But where they really stand out is in the added insurance thats offered for more expensive parcels. This is not only reasonably priced, but also provides proper coverage for damage (unlike parcel2go who have a long list of items that are insured for loss only and yet charge over twice as much for the insurance). If you want peace-of-mind when sending more expensive items, Parcelmonkey is the only real option among the discount services.

Worst experience. I paid for a collection of a parcel which never happened and the responses were some what robotic. 2 weeks later and I have had to use someone else for this shipment. Still attempting to sort this out, will be taking this further.

Worst experience ever, I sent parcel no ones delivered after plenty of time chat with customer services no nothing. I will never ever recommend this money parcel to anyone, they didn’t even have call Center you just only can chat And they will reply you they will get back to you but they will never I lost my parcel I don’t know where it is, I will go further indeed will not let it go I paid them.

Best parcel service for France following introduction of the customs complexities. Found website easy to navigate. Customs docs are understandable & easier than others to complete. Parcel to French grandchildren got there in under a week; by this years standards, nothing short of miraculous.

Highly incompetent people. Didnt collect the parcel that should have been delivered next day. When asking support for help, Natalie is just saying the usual "sorry but we dont actually give a **** and no compensation for being irresponsible" They just reschedule the pick up for tomorrow, need to waste more ink to print a new label... Disgusting, cheap service, it worked well before; but be warned if you have an issue, they wont care.

Terrible service, dont use it. Send two items in September, they lost them for two months, and now are returned without explaination... The customer service cant help you in nothing and they dont want refund me. Pure ****.

Disgusting company. Completely wreck and destroy the parcel that I sent internationally. Spend hours sending pathetic messages back and forth asking for tons of pictures. Then try telling me that I do not have a claim and that the parcel wasn’t wrapped properly. The parcel had strong cardboard. Bubble wrap, protective foam and paper packaging to protect it. But they bent the entire thing in half! Destroyed the content inside. You will be receiving a chargeback and a letter from my personal solicitor for the damaged this has caused. Disgusting.
