Goods not picked up. Couriers workand can pick up till 1900. Patcel Monkey closes at 1700 by which time theres no chance anyway of chasing a courier. If someone now comes Ill retract this statement.

Very dissatisfied and frustrated with this company. Sent a parcel to Ireland and measured all the dimensions correctly. Parcel monkey have just sent an email saying I have to pay extra due to wrong dimensions. An absolute insult and definitely done to retrieve extra money. DO NOT BOTHER TO BOOK WITH THEM. Pay the extra and use another company. I will definitely not be using them again.

Arrived on time to pick up and delivered on time. Only criticism is the driver having to move a big 27kg box on his own. Clearly doesnt affect the service but shocked that its expected of him.

It was an easy process and the carrier I chose was good and price to get a very large package to US was pretty reasonable. The driver turned up nice and early happily.

My parcel has been lost in the system for 1.5 months now. I tried to claim on the insurance they sold me as part of sending the parcel but are now just asking me to wait some more! I cant actually believe that theyre not honoring the insurance Ive bought for this exact circumstance. Ive used parcel monkey before and it was always fine but I guess now that theyve merged with Yodel theyre not the company they used to be.

I’ve used parcel monkey twice and never an issue. Got the best price for collection and delivery for my items and with delivery times spot on. Very happy to use for repeat deliveries.

Update (22nd October 2025): Unfortunately, despite multiple assurances from Parcel Monkey that the parcel would be collected, no driver attended again yesterday. This marks several failed collection attempts in a row, each time with promises that were not fulfilled. I have repeatedly contacted Parcel Monkey for clarification and resolution, but so far the situation remains unresolved — the parcel is still sitting uncollected. The level of service and communication continues to be very disappointing, especially given the time and inconvenience caused. I sincerely hope this matter will finally be addressed promptly and that Parcel Monkey takes meaningful steps to improve reliability and accountability in their collection process.

I have used parcel monkey on several occasions and I’ve always had a good service, with parcels being delivered and received promptly and with a good price comparison offered.
I will continue to use them.
