First of all it was a nightmare trying to book. It wouldn’t / couldn’t find the address. I had to put it all in manually heaps of times. It wouldn’t let me pay. I tried about 6 times and each time had to put all the details back in which took ages. I gave up and tried the next day and it worked. Also I chose an option which required a printer by mistake and could not see a way to change this. So I had to find a printer for the label instead of being able to change it easily to print in shop. Then, this may not be the fault of parcel monkey to be fair. I dropped off the parcel on the 6th and it was then not collected by dpd until the 11th. It still has not been delivered and it’s now the 12th. Have used parcel monkey in the past and found it a good way to get the best shipping option but not impressed this time I’m afraid.

Okay, so I sent a big parcel of magazines to a customer, and the customer didnt receive them. I tried tracking and it appears they were returned to the depot by Parcel Force. I sent Parcel Monkey a complaint and they just were not interested in replying. Or their robots werent. I deal with another courier a lot and they are always friendly and contactable by phone. Good luck in trying to speak to Parcel Monkeys on the phone, or even getting a reply from them. Abysmal service. If a parcel is amaged, why does it take so long to return it to me, almost three weeks as it stands. Now when I click on their tracking I get a Forbidden message, Absolute rubbish. Parcel Hero for me from now on.

An attempt was made (by ParcelForce) to deliver the three large, heavy parcels without any notice that they would be coming. A card was left through the door and I used the details on that to schedule another delivery two or three days later. This was confirmed by ParcelForce but the parcels were delivered the next day - in fact they were simply left on the drive behind a car as we were not in. Despite their weight, our neighbour then took them in to secure them for us.

I was expecting the package to be delivered in the US, and after package was scanned at origin city, it immediately was marked as "Return to Sender". Wasted a whole week waiting for it to be delivered back home. Waste of money and time.

I was returning a medium sized radiator and the supplier recommended Parcel Monkey. I hadn’t previously heard of this company. I downloaded the app and from there on the process was very easy. I elected Evri and all worked extremely well. Competitive price and excellent communication and updates provided including confirmation of delivery. .

Having raised an issue at the beginning of October with this parcel monkey they have done everything to delay resolution of this problem. I booked courier delivery for a returned parcel and paid the extra protection cover as it was going overseas. The parcel was delivered to a wrong address and the company failed to receive it through this courier service. Having contacted parcel monkey numerous times to report this I’m getting nowhere with them even though I paid the extra protection cover. They’re not communicating information back or responding to my messages. It does not take almost 6 weeks to resolute!!

They use DX delivery services - appalling service. Paisley depot a farce - do not use this service if getting anything delivered to the Glasgow area. Be prepared to stay in for a few days hoping the delivery will arrive, customer care number will not be answered, you will receive messages theres been an accident/breakdown, that it has been delivered and signed for (when it hasnt) all for the same order. If you drive down to the depot to complain you will be told its out again for delivery and wait and wait - Im currently waiting with less hope that my parcel will arrive...I will be driving down to the depot again if it doesnt. If you have nothing going on in your life perhaps this would be a good distraction - but it seems to me too much unnecessary stress and wasted time (and money, if you have to take time off work to take part in the farce).

I chose Parcelforce 48 for my Artwork package as EVRi have ceased sending paintings.
The goods were posted on Friday and arrived Monday 500 miles away. So pleased with the service.

This week11/11/25 we got a parcel returned with contents missing and we have been asking for it since 27th August. The customer service is non existent. Parcel force return the parcel to their Preston monkey parcel monkeys Preston intact we can see the photograph and then it took weeks and weeks and weeks and chat after chat to get them to send it back to us then as I’ve already said it was missing items The customer service department just keeps going round and round in circles not answering questions given the same type of replies like a robot have used them for years and now looking to move somewhere else. I’ve tried to make a claim for £100 for the items missing and they now tell me that because the items were alcohol they can’t do any claim even though I’m booking the parcel it was clearly marked what’s inside the parcel and we said gin trying to get out of it always.

3 weeks to deliver a parcel that was on next day delivery

Experience was appalling. First labels never arrived. Had to contact customer services. They had to create order. Printed label and drive to drop off lockers. What a farce. Scanning of the label did not work, told to key in number, did not work. Called customer services. Got an AI interface. Totally pointless must have bought the system from Poundland. Finally got to a human who said labels did not exist on their system, and go back to Parcel Monkey. Had to return home. I contacted customer services. Promised a refund. Told to allow 5 days for refund. Were I cynic I would say that the 5 days is they hope you forget, as they never refund, because thats what happened to me. No refund. I go back to the link to Customer Services to follow up, but guess what, they have closed the link, so I could not contact them and have to restart. Wasted so much time on this appalling service so I have given. Paid on a Credit Card, so will raise a disputed charge. Not, a significant sum, but I can stand sharp practice and being cheated on top of really bad service. I for one, will not use PM again as been burned. Other may have better luck.

This is my first time sending a large parcel. The process was very simple and easy to understand.
They found a selection of cheap couriers, I picked one and paid online. Packaged the goods and dropped it off at a local store.

I have booked a parcel collection and they never showed up. I rebooked and waited all day and yet again they havent shown up. This is ridiculous - very disappointing and a complete lack of communication!
