DO NOT USE THEM, My parcel has been lost for over a month now, no communication from the company, no way of contacting them, no way of making a claim against lost parcel and they are INVESTIGATING it. Tried to contact them on multiple occasions, no reply and no resolution.

Even though the package was broken, they didnt respond to anything for more than three days. They never responded to my inquiries. Their response is dishonest.

Where to start... Attempted to use the platform for the first time and needed to amend a customs form before sending—unable to do so. Had to make an account to contact support—wouldnt let me because Id placed an order with that email (didnt make an account). Finally managed to create an account, only for the login not to work. I had to reset the password each time I accessed the account until "reset password" stopped working. Eventually the issues with the webapp led to such a loss of confidence in the company I cancelled the order. Live chat confirmed its cancelled and said theyre transferring me to finance to confirm refund, of course this doesnt happen. No confirmation of cancellation received. No confirmation of refund received. Live chat now says they have no access to UK order details. Email respondent takes the time to say theyre closing a duplicate thread but not to answer the simple question: WHERE IS MY REFUND Wasted way too much time with this company. Ill remove this review once they stop wasting my time and refund me.

I paid £20 for a collection from Parcelforce - they never turned up and my parcel still has not been collected with absolutely no communication whatsoever. Appalling service.

Booked, printed label and dropped off parcel at local Post Office in afternoon (Parcelforce 24 hours service), arrived at destination in the morning of the following day. Brilliant and economical service.

My parcel was declared as 3kg I have the proof, it was said I declared 23.4Kg. Actual weight was confirmed at 3Kg but I was still charged an extra £52 surcharge I would advise avoiding this company until they sort themselves out

Terrible experience, paid for a courier (evri) received no confirmation, now fighting to get a refund. You cannot talk with anyone, I think they are deliberately making it difficult so you just give up and forget about it. Will never use them again and you shouldn’t.

fist time iv ever used parcel monkey the service was great the parcel arrived at its destination as advertised the next day quite expensive but thats the price you have to pay for guaranteed next day service and the bonus was it arrived intact unlike the royal mail !

Used Parcel Monkey a few times. Have sent parcels to Australia so had no hesitance to use same company to send something in land. Arrived in good time

Booked a DPD parcel shipment through Parcel Monkey and paid for a 4 days delivery service. After eight days my parcel is still sitting at the pick up point and Parcel Monkey are unable to resolve my issue.

Had a problem with UPS overcharging for boxes with there lazer Scanners which work to their benefit . Account has been down for 3-4 weeks with me getting one email a week to try and sort it out. Customer Service is one of the poorest in the UK.

Finally Received Compensation — But What an Exhausting Ordeal After an incredibly long, drawn-out, and emotionally exhausting back-and-forth with Parcel Monkey, I’ve finally received the £860 compensation for my lost insured parcel. While I appreciate that the payment has now been made, the process to get here was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. It took weeks of persistence, countless emails, repetitive requests for the same information, and a noticeable lack of urgency or accountability from their side. I was made to chase them at every step — even after they approved the claim — with vague updates, unclear timelines, and what often felt like deliberate stalling tactics. Frankly, no customer should have to fight this hard to receive what they’re contractually owed. So while I extend a polite thank you to Parcel Monkey for finally doing the right thing, I also strongly urge them to seriously re-evaluate how they handle claims and communicate with paying customers — especially those dealing with lost high-value parcels. I hope no one else has to go through the same ordeal I did.

Used Parcel Monkey / Parcelforce to send a £500 ramp via courier. It arrived to my recipient damaged and neither company were taking responsibility. Avoid both.
