Quick, helpful, and effective service. Large parcel required moving from one side of the country to the other. Received next day and delighted with the service. Would definitely use again.

Parcel colllected and delivered in 5Days(UK to Australia).
Notification of parcel collection time could be improved ( collection day -unsure of what time).
Driver had a printed sticky label , I had already printed label & customs documents attached to parcel !?!,overall my experience was better than other courier services used.

The parcel was picked up from my house on the afternoon of the agreed day. Tracking information was excellent. The only "stall" in the process was the Republic of Irelands customs who failed to contact the recipient who had to chase up himself to pay the required amount. After "release" the parcel was delivered in just over 2 hours from receipt at the delivery depot. Excellent.

Very quick and easy to get a list of prices together.
My collection and delivery went really well despite not being particularly hopeful (I read reviews about Parcel Monkey after booking foolishly, and I chose the cheapest Parcel Force option, against my better judgement - but there were limited cheaper options and it got a lot more expensive quickly, particularly with other couriers).
This of course moves on to a review of Parcel Force too but I have to say, the delivery guy who turned up was very careful and I saw the pictures at the other end and they got there seemingly in one piece.
So overall I had a great experience so I would recommend at this stage.
For me, its never about the fact things go wrong because they do, the mark of a good company is how its dealt with but fortunately, all was well.

WARNING They sell insurance packages which are fraudulent: when claiming a compensation for a lost parcel due to UPS lack of care, they end up saying this was not covered because the item value exceeds what is permitted, whereas the value was clearly within limits. Appalling company and despicable support. Will never use their service again.

The parcel wasnt collected on two occasions. I paid extra to have a guaranteed delivery by the 30th or my money back. Parcel monkey stated that because the package hadnt been collected, compensation wouldnt be given, even with the extra guarantee.

The package arrived in Los Angeles with the Customs Declarations completely gone, torn off. My son was consequently charged 20 dollars before he got the package. I always make absolutely sure that the documents are absolutely secured by high quality tapes. I am not happy.
