We have used this service for about 9 times. All parcels were picked up home our home address and delivered in France. Great service and a good company to deal with.

Over the years I have used a great many couriers and have been disappointed.
However, I was absolutely delighted with the service from Parcel Monkey!
Professional, diligent and very easy to deal with.

Easy to navigate website and options to choose from regarding postage companies etc.
Tracking information was wasy to use.
My parcel was delivered from the UK to Alaska and it arrived there really quickly and without any issues. Id definitely use this service again.

As an older first-time user, I found the website easy to negotiate despite my fears. We were able to drop a parcel off at our local small post office post office. Delivery was timely and efficient.
Found it quite pricey, but there again I’m probably totally out of touch!

I love parcel monkey because the website is very easy to use. I am however confused as sometimes I have to look up all codes for items in my parcel and sometimes I don’t . I send parcels frequently to New Zealand for gifts . Is there a change in policy?
Doesn’t detract from the simplicity and tracking of using this site. Thanks

Used Parcel Monkey to deliver birthday gift - subcontracted to Parcel Force who smashed most of the items (despite correct packaging and Fragile labelling). PARCELFORCE system correctly disclosed item undelivered due to breakage. Parcel Monkey however LIED and said failed delivery due to too many attempts. Tried to make us pay to have remains of item delivered to us. Also wouldnt allow us to claim for damages (we insured for value) until they returned partial remains to us. Nearly two weeks of messaging back and forth eventually returned remains of items and made us jump through hoops to make a claim (e.g. send photos of damaged packaging when it had been disposed of by a third party so we didnt ever have it!!) with way too much documentation needed (their own supplier had documented the issue and asmitted liability for damage caused, so why we had to prove it I dont understand!!) Eventually replied today to say "claim unsuccessful" as it was alcohol, which they knew from day one so WHY WASTE OUR TIME!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY - WILL NEVER USE AGAIN UNLESS THEY COMPENSATE US. Over £50 down the drain - COWBOYS!

Dont bother using these guys, use another courier instead. We used them as a business for some time, and then they really took advantage of us on our most recent delivery from a customer. The courier got the package half way to us, and then returned to sender for no reason. We were then charged over £50 extra for it apparently being oversized, which it is not. Weve been arguing this but they refuse to refund, so we will be going via our bank to get our money back. Again, suggest using an alternative. They wont help if things go wrong.

Horrible, its been a month didn’t recieve my parcel yet they do not have any contact number just have email that to useless they do not help. I courier my iphone and the person never recieved it and when i ask them to help they said they will search for it… (They Lost it) so so so disappointed such a big mistake never use parcel monkey. IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET DISAPPOINTED.

8 weeks and still waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be 3-5 days. Follow up every week and get same answer " please give us time we are investigating" I had to order replacement items that have arrived through different carrier. They are refusing to refund or compensate me NEVER EVER USE

Awful service from Parcel Monkey. 3 Days of waiting in and rearranging 3 new collection days. I still have the parcel and I will now be going to my local Post Office to return it. Should have done this first and saved myself time and energy. I wont be using Parcel Monkey again or recommending them to anyone I know!

London to Tokyo in 8 calendar days. It is definable worth money and I will use their service again.
One star removed because the online tracking was not well arranged unfortunately. It only showed Parcel Force’s domestic tracking and no info on airfreight and Japan side. When I reached out to the customer service the separate link for DHL site was sent in 30min, so not bad customer service but online tracking can be improved.

Not the best service this time as parcel wasn’t picked up even though I was in all day. I dropped off at PO and knew it would take an extra day but took 2 extra days paid for 24hr service and took 4 days

Parcel monkey is a good stie however the companies on here are no soo good parcel force 48 is a laught more like "parcel when we can be bothered" its been over a week and still not delivered my parcel

Very good service. Easy to use. The only thing is, there is no estimated time for collection other than between 8sm and 6pm. This is too vague and means you have to remain in the house awaiting collection.

I have been automatically charged an additional £52 for OVER estimating the weight of the item sent. In fairness to Parcel Monkey the carrier was parcelforce but the money has been taken from my a/c in addition to the £21.00 to take a 2.7kg carwing (that i said would be no more than 7.1kg) from birmingham to norfolk.. No phone no to call and no email..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, terrible service, lost my parcel completely and just kept saying repeatedly over tons of emails that they would update me when the courier got in touch with them. Kept ignoring my requests for refund or to access the couriers details so I could contact them myself. Said that the recipient had requested an alternative delivery date (this was a large reputable company that they were delivering to) even though they say the attempted delivery was 3.30pm on a Thursday (usual opening times). I still do not have my package or a refund or have any idea where my expensive parcel is. Save yourself the time and stress, I made a HUGE mistake using this company (if you can call them a company). Honesty I feel like Im dealing with a fraudulent company who wave all responsibility and just say it is down to the courier!!! DO NOT USE!!!
