So easy to do. I was sending a large heavy package and thought it would cost a fortune to send so was surprised it was only £7.14 for a 15kg box to be delivered. I used parcel force so dropped off at the post office where they printed out the labels for me then was able to track thereafter.

No emails received, not in junk folder either. Waited in for scheduled collection, no updates delivered then eventually got a reply saying that they rescheduled collection for the following day! Although the website offers comparisons between the different courier companies, and they appear to offer the best price, in the long term it’s more expensive because of their unreliability, hassle and inconvenience

You picked up the goods on April 17th. They have still not been delivered. Where are they and why has it taken you so long? I had to have them back with the supplier by the 24th to get a refund. I am absolutely not impressed with your service

Courier never turned up and never got contacted as to why they never turned up. We contacted them and never got a response. Avoid this service!

Absolutely fantastic. I have never had a parcel arrive that quick. It got picked up Tuesday and was in the states and at my daughter’s house Thursday. Crazy and so cheap. Highly highly recommend and fantastic price too.

I have used a few times now for international shipping and everything has always gone really smoothly. The booking process is easy with easy to find UK tracking information. When contacting them for the international-side tracking info, they have been really helpful and provided it without any fuss (stuff fairytales are made of these days!) I will of course update this review should anything change.. I have parcels in transit currently.

Avoid them at any cost. Fraud company. I used their service for international courier by mentioning courier box size and weight. I got a quote and payed full. After the box arrived more than a week late, I got charged 40% extra (they save your card details) without any reason. I have raised complain with them, but they didnt get back with any details.

Booked on Wednesday for a Thursday collection. Waited in for a day and a half, finally collected Friday 16:00hrs. God knows when it will be delivered! Lost all faith in this Company. You get what you pay for. Next time I will book with a reliable Company

Absolute joke of a company and service. Booked for a pallet to be uplifted for the friday, then told me it would be the Tuesday and the following Friday still not picked up. Cancelled the order as they then had no information as to why it was not picked up. Make sure you use someone else. This has cost me £700 as a result.

Literally the worse service ever. Booked a collection (with DPD), driver went to the wrong building and claimed I wasn’t home, contacted DPD and they said speak to Parcel monkey. Spoke to Parcel Monkey and they arranged a refund which I still haven’t received after nearly 2 weeks! Then booked the exact same service via DPD directly for half the price. Avoid parcel monkey !

Shocking company to deal with. I cancelled the collection as it was no longer required. They collected it anyway, delivered it to the wrong address then blamed me every step of the way. Still in talks trying to get my package back but every single step is a struggle with there 1/10 customer service. From the moment I messaged them they tried to blame me. It was meant to be cancelled? No we didnt do it yet thats your fault for accepting a pickup (I had another pickup scheduled that day, driver didnt say who he was collecting from). Delivered to the wrong address? You must have given us the wrong address.

My parcel was due to be delivered within 5-7 days, posted from UK on 9th April. After paying additional charges (which I am disputing) I am informed today, 23rd April, that due to "a number of failed deliveries arising from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address" this parcel now has to be collected. Parcel Monkey say "we would strongly advise you contact the reciever regarding this being collected" However, There is no information provided to tell me where my daughter needs to go to collect this parcel AND this parcel is addressed to a very large company (Ferrari) and the address on the parcel is 100% accurate. I cannot believe how terrible the service provided by Parcel Monkey is. Please do not use this company. Absolute rip off merchants.

Absolutely abysmal service. 6 Weeks passed, and despite attaching all of the documents Parcelmonkey requested me to, the parcel was returned. The end courier was completely uncontactable throughout the process, and had no idea where the parcel even was. Parcelmonkey, laughably, now refuse to refund the service. AVOID.

Two parcels sent to Sweden on the same day. One delivered in excellent time, the other, not so good! Good value, and I will use again, but it took 3 weeks for the second one to arrive. I know Easter was in this time, and customs duty( on a used Mens suit??) had to be paid, which was not very clear as to how it was to be paid. However it’s there now and my son will go to the wedding!!
