I’ve used Parcel Monkey on several occasions before, I needed this delivered next day, and dropped the parcel off in the morning. I choose FedEx as my courier hoping for a reliable service. Unfortunately for me FedEx decided it would not ship the parcel until the next day and so I missed the delivery deadline for my business.

The parcel was picked up on time and delivered within a few days. It did cost more than the contents of the parcel and that was the cheapest option.

Documents were collected from UK and delivered in USA, all in a timely fashion as indicated and at a reasonable cost. The customs form was a little confusing considering it was only documents of no commercial value being sent.

I booked a collection to be delivered to recipient within 24 hours. I have waited in all day and nobody collected the parcel or contacted me about this. I have complained to Parcel Force and I have left a message with Parcel Monkey but no response so far. Who has time for this incompetence????

After using the post office to send my parcel with parcel force they have failed to deliver and I paid for next day delivery I came across monkey parcel was really worried at first but thank you so much they came to my house and collected then next morning it was delivered to the correct place I will be using this service again thanks again only thing is I would is pay for the insurance just for peace of mind

Put an extortionate "final charge" on my parcel. They charged an EXTRA £52 from my bank, without consent on a £20 delivery. I was returning an item so know exactly how big and heavy the parcel was so this they have scammed me. No response at all to my emails so I am taking this further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
