Booked 2 parcels on Tuesday 17 Dec. 20x20x20 inches. 24 hour delivery. Collection arrived 18th and said to collect envelopes. Then said no room for the parcels in his large van so would be back later in the afternoon. Never arrived. Checked and system said no collection as parcels not available. They rebook for today 19th. No one arrived to collect. The system said parcel not available 1011am. Three of us indoors. No knock or ring on the Ring doorbell. No record of bell use. They now want to book for tomorrow. Cancelled and asked for return of money. 3 to 5 days for refund now. Should have checked the reviews which confirmed they are a poor service company. Now booking direct with parcel force. They hide behind their live chat on the Internet. Theres NO ability to phone them. That says it all !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Easy to navigate site. Dropped a star as paid for Saturday delivery to ensure someone was in to accept parcel but wasn’t delivered until Monday - that was worrying and frustrating.

Easy to navigate the website, easy to book a collection, the price was cheaper than the post office and my parcel was delivered to the USA in 3 days. Very happy!

Have been using for years with no issues. Now the last two orders I have placed have incurred extra charges? All of my parcels a weighed and they claim the weight is more than stated? Will be avoiding in the future.

Additional charges applied when parcel dimensions/weight differ from customer reported amounts. Customers don’t generally have access to laser tech so their measurements/weight less likely to be as accurate. As consequence customer gets stung for extra cost with no evidence of the difference. Lack of transparency.

I am absolutely furious with the appalling service I have received from Parcel Monkey. I paid for the 48-hour guaranteed delivery which included next-day collection, along with full protection for my parcel. The delivery cost me nearly £70, and I generously measured the box to ensure accuracy. The collection was a disaster. No one turned up for the scheduled pick-up. When I contacted Parcel Monkey via chat, I was told to reschedule, which I did. The following day, Parcelforce collected my item, but the status on the Parcel Monkey portal never updated. When I contacted Parcel Monkey support again, I was told I should have issued myself a new tracking code. Fine, the new code worked, but once again, the status on your portal hasnt changed. Today, the day the parcel was meant to be delivered, it is still showing as being in some unknown depot. I reached out to Parcel Monkey support yet again, and was told they had no clue where my parcel is and would contact the couriers. I have been given a 48-hour response time. So where is my parcel? It should have been delivered by now, but instead, it’s simply missing. There has been no apology, no refund offer, and no support. I’ve been told to "monitor the dashboard" on the portal—this is utterly unacceptable. My item is worth £500, and I rely on this quick delivery for a return. I am now out of pocket due to your companys failure to deliver. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and accountability is beyond words. There should be a full refund for failing to meet the guaranteed delivery, but there is no offer from Parcel Monkey. I am now left with no parcel, no answers, and no support. This is disgusting service that no one should have to endure. I would give zero stars if I could, but unfortunately, I am forced to give it one. I do not recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone.

Arrived in Melbourne in good time. However the local delivery service tried to deliver and left a card to advise collection service which is over an hours drive away from Melbourne?!! I know Australia is a big place, but surely they can try to re deliver? There does not appear to be an option for this. I might as well have not bothered sending this parcel.

Booked a parcelforce collection via these cowboys. Parcelforce didnt collect, meaning delay in parcel. Parcelforce wont compensate because I booked thru a third party. These guys wont compensate because they cant. Not worth the hassle, just book direct.

The website is good and almost foolproof.
However the entry of costs and quantity is very fiddly as you have to overwrite the default entry that appears when moving to those columns.
otherwise very good.
The follow up messages also good.

UPS didnt leave a card at the delivery address when there was no one there. They made three attempts each time no card left saying we tried to deliver. If I hadnt checked it would have been returned to the UK. It took nearly an hour on the phone with ups in France to get it delivered

Parcel still not delivered almost a month later Had to pay customs to have it released which was not explained upon booking Can’t even track it now on EVRi site And they seem to be using cananda post as an intermediary which is ridiculous given they’ve been on strike and primary reason for using a courier was to avoid Canada post
