Update (22nd October 2025): Unfortunately, despite multiple assurances from Parcel Monkey that the parcel would be collected, no driver attended again yesterday. This marks several failed collection attempts in a row, each time with promises that were not fulfilled. I have repeatedly contacted Parcel Monkey for clarification and resolution, but so far the situation remains unresolved — the parcel is still sitting uncollected. The level of service and communication continues to be very disappointing, especially given the time and inconvenience caused. I sincerely hope this matter will finally be addressed promptly and that Parcel Monkey takes meaningful steps to improve reliability and accountability in their collection process.

I have used parcel monkey on several occasions and I’ve always had a good service, with parcels being delivered and received promptly and with a good price comparison offered.
I will continue to use them.

I paid Parcel Monkey UK to collect an item from my place. They kept giving me dates they were going to collect the item. They never did! This kept going for a whole week! They are untrustworthy and I wouldnt recommend this delivery company to anyone!

Very good experience, heavy parcel uplifted by courier and that included carrying it from the house. Delivered within three days, partly because of weekend so it might have been a day earlier. Contents all in good order. Would use again and recommend this service, thank you. L.A.Reid

I booked a courier collection through Parcel Monkey for 17th October, and this was my first time using their service. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The collection was scheduled for yesterday, but no one showed up. I stayed home the entire day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., waiting for the driver. Since it was getting late, I contacted Parcel Monkey twice during the day to confirm the collection. Both times I was assured that the driver would arrive, but no time window was provided — only the date of collection. Despite their assurances, no driver came. I have now raised a support ticket, but so far there has been no response or update from their team. For a company handling courier logistics, this level of service is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. This was my first experience with Parcel Monkey, and based on how poorly it went, I am very unlikely to use their services again or recommend them to anyone.

Use regularly to send parcels to my daughter in Australia. Typically takes 6 days but Christmas a bit longer. Very easy yo use booking system and prepaid label with customs documentation speeds things at the post office.

Prepaid label makes it easy to drop the parcel at the post office. From here to Australia takes around 6 days. I will leave more fir Xmas posting. I regularly send parcels to my daughter who loves receiving them
