Great service, the only gripe i have is that no matter if you use 24 or 48 hours service it is never delivered in 1or 2 days, it always takes day or 2 longer, Ive used parcel monkey many times, always deliver but never within time frame stated

Ordered a 48 hr service to deliver a 2m worktop. Its been 9 days will no sign of it turning up!! I would recommend you always deal with companies directly and then at least you have a fighting chance of getting the service you pay for.

I purchased guaranteed Parcelforce 48hr delivery via this company. Parcelforce messed up the delivery and for some reason returned it to ParcelMonkey instead of to me. I lost out on a sale worth £350 which was annoying enough, lets leave the blame for that with Parcelforce. Now ParcelMonkey have messaged me to say that I can either choose to have them dispose of my item or pay £100 to get it back. This is not only a clear breach of contract but also akin to holding my property to ransom. There is no phone number, the live chat reps cannot help and the returns team do not reply to messages. I have been trying to contact them for 48hrs with no reply. Needless to say, I will never use this company again and you shouldnt either. Absolute criminals.

I’ve used ParcelMonkey for quite some time and no issues. However, it’s when things go wrong that you can gauge how good a business is. I’ve never had to use their customer service before, which is solely message based… This time a UPS parcel got held up and therefore I needed support. Parcel has been stuck since 15/07/25. Today is 19/09/25. I received no notification that there was an issue, just checked tracking myself and then contacted support on 16/07/25. I’ve tried to arrange to collect it or have it sent back to me. No progress with either. Just endless messages back and forth. An example of what I’ve experienced: when asking to arrange parcel collection (I’ll drive nearly 2 hours to pick it up), I’m repeatedly asked for the same information such as collection date. I provide it, don’t receive a timely update or authorisation/approval of collection , I chase, date I provided has now passed, asked for same information again. Each time I’ve given a collection date there is no response authorising the collection. I chase, asked for same information again and again. UPS have been equally useless when I’ve contacted them, particularly as ParcelMonkey are the account holder with them. I’ve given up on collection now and asked for them to arrange a UPS return which I will pay for. I’m still waiting for a decision. Responses have been friendly and polite but on the whole not effective and I’m in the same position I was back in July. I’d never use them again, it’s too risky due to the support being message based only, which takes days at a time especially when ParcelMonkey have to forward our concerns to the courier. Pay extra and go direct. The stress and frustration experienced when something goes wrong is not worth the savings made.

It would be great if you allowed insurance for greater than £2500!

Paid for a parcel to be delivered to France at 17:00 on 17th Sept. As soon as payment was made got a message on my account saying there has been a problem, please contact us as the postage label was unavailable to print. I have had this before and it was resolved straight away so I got in touch. It says on the website that enquiries will be answered as quick as possible from 8am to 8pm. So when I messaged (no live chat available) at 17:10 I expected a reply within an hour at least...nothing, zero, zilch! Still no postage label or reply by 11:00 the NEXT DAY so I got in touch this time by live chat which was available. The operator said this was an IT error and a label would be available soon....half an hour later and STILL nothing! I insisted I wouldnt leave the chat until a label was sent...miraculously a label was able to be sent within the next few minutes when I mentioned this and the Ombudsman that I would be getting in touch with. When I was asked if I required anything else I asked for a complaints form/link and the email of the managing director - the link I was given was for the contact us live chat which is was I was on and is what is sent to anyone with a problem in the reviews which i have seen. When things go wrong Parcel Monkey do not take accountability (hence the only way to contact is online messaging, no phone or email etc). Wont be using ever again.

Purchased guaranteed next day delivery (paid extra for this) and the parcel was never collected. I understand things happen but the only way to reach Parcel Monkey is through a ticket system that they dont reply on. I ended up taking the parcel to the post office myself. Im not going to be using Parcel Monkey again and will just go straight to the courier.

Had a friend take the day off work, he waited in all day and night. No text, no email, no comms. I was expecting parcel today. Never picked it up yesterday. Spent 1hr on phone to carrier today only to be told you have to call Parcelmonkey (FYI you cant). This is my first time using PM, I would suggest no-one else does. Never have I used a service like this for it just not to happen at all. Ill be going elsewhere and trying to get my money back. You are a comparison site that undercuts the original delivery firm I suggest being better and more legitimate as it just doesnt work. If you are a new customer just go to the carrier to use their services NEVER go through this company (advertised prices get huge after original quote too), they tried to charge me 7x the price of postage just to insure it. If that doesnt get alarm bells ringing I dont know! If youre so good why is insurance so high? Worried it might not get there? Thinking of reporting them to trading standards.

The parcel was originally supposed to be picked up on 10th Sept. Not only did the courier not turn up i wasnt informed either. I rang up on the Thursday as I was due another parcel delivery and was told the courier would pick the other parcel up and he would fetch return lables with him. When he arrived he knew nothing about the return parcel going back with him but took it. He left no receipt with me. Now I cant get the 58.88 which it cost me to get it picked up without a receipt.

I had not heard of Parcel Monkey before, but found it a useful comparison of available carriers. I was a little worried that the Post Office might reject my parcel, which was rather large and heavy. All went well in the end.

I had a parcel for Australia. the booking through Parcel Monkey was straightforward however I had made a mistake in the address. I thought this had been corrected via a live web chat. however the parcel went to Australia, was deemed too heavy and has been returned to me in the UK. despite the courier having the contact details of the recipient in Australia whom could have been contacted and asked to pay the extra postage. What a waste of time and money

Unfortunately, I had to send a complaint, and thats whats about: On September 5th, I sent a parcel from the UK (London) to Italy (Genua), which was supposed to arrive within 4/6 working days, but never arrived. I have paid the £8.79 shipment fee via PayPal and left the parcel at a drop-in point. This was a gift for my friends graduation - which was on 15.09.25 - and its very disappointing that, although I made and sent it in advance, 1. the parcel seems to be stuck somewhere and 2., its in need of further payment. And 3., my friend had nothing from me on her day! Allow me to pick one issue at the time: - What further payment? I am to believe - and Ive double checked on your website - that any request for money FOLLOWING the shipment is a scam and not genuinely requested by your company. Could you please clarify the reason for your request? If there was a need for further payment I should have been told in advance, so that the parcel could be delivered on time. - Where is my parcel? When my friends partner tried to track the package, he found out that said parcel had been sent back to me. That is not true! Where are the goods I handmade for my friend? Im sad to say that I will never use Parcel Monkey and EVRI again, as you made me make a really bad impression and have possibly lost some cherished and beloved goods, which Id like to get back.
