This was the first time i have used a company like Parcel Monkey and was expecting all sorts of problems!
It was actually one of the easiest and most straightforward transactions I have ever done! The courier turned up as expected too! #result

Service is on the intensive care utter rubbish lost my parcel 3 months down the line l’m being told we are still investigating . Very bad service.

The site has suddenly stopped taking my business card. Which I use regularly else were. So I am having to use my personal card and then transfer the cost from my business account. Also I don’t know how to get invoices for our accounts

Sent my parcel with FedEx and payed extra money because it said will be delivered in 4-5 days. My parcel been collected from home on Monday, and didn’t arrive yet. It will be scheduled for delivery after Tuesday, so 10 days and not 4-5 as advertised. Also, when I picked up the service the only option was to get the parcel to a FedEx shop. Been to 4 FedEx shops, that I found on your website, but none of them was able to take my parcel due to an error. Went home trying to find the reason it wasn’t accepted and I didn’t find any information. I was able to schedule a collection for the next day, between 12-3pm, instead. Driver didn’t show up at the scheduled time, he did arrive 2 hours before. What about keeping the schedule as requested, because people are not home on Monday all day. Very disappointed about all service provided by FedEx, will be the first and last time I’m sending with them. - exceeded time of delivery with at least 5 days - unable to leave the parcel to a FedEx shop due to unknown error in the system when parcel scanned - no information about the error anywhere - very difficult to navigate thru FedEx website - driver didn’t respect the scheduled time collection

I still haven’t received my parcel, it’s been a week now, it should have been picked up last Monday 18th and take 2-3 days. The address it was coming from said that, as of Saturday, it hadn’t been picked up yet and was still sitting there!

I am absolutely distraught and angered by the level of care for my package, it had come absolutely destroyed, smashed in, and battered with contents within the box leaking and melted. I would have thought there would be proper upkeep of my items due to the fact that I had mentioned it. However this was not the case, I am deeply enraged as I am simply moving to higher education and this has destroyed my expensive books.

Easy to select a service based on package weight and dimensions. Simple to book but tracking needs work as difficult to identify courier tracking number and use on courier site to follow package. ParcelMonkeys tracking is fine but it is delayed compared to actual package movements. Otherwise a great service particularly for difficult packages.

Hi, I have recently been using Parcel Force but since they have changed the website and made it so hard to use, I thought I would try parcel Monkey, it was nice and easy and straightforward, I do send quite a lot of parcels, and I will be using them quite a lot in the future, thank you for a great Easy service

My item was picked up on the day specified and delivered to its destination safely.
The only thing concern me was that I did not get any email confirmation after it was picked up. I only found after I got email from the shop.

Delivery wise I was happy enough with PM and Parcelforce..However and I dont know who was to blame but Im pretty sure that during the process I was charged VAT first on the Parcelforce delivery and Insurance quote taking the cost to approx £35 and on completion of the order VAT again on the £35 taking the cost to £42 plus. I was too busy at the time to query the matter and decided to wait until you requested feedback.

When I had to return a rather heavy and bulky bathroom vanity case this company provided the most reasonable shipping price. The carrier they suggested was ParcelForce and although the item was well packed, we used the same packaging it was delivered in, when it was received at the other end you could see no care has been taken at all during transit and it was damaged and unsaleable. Parcel Monkey were quick to start the claims process but it all went a little down hill from there. I submitted all the information required including receipts, photos etc and it took a month to get my money. During that month I had to chase and chase and chase for updates. You can only use this message portal or a chat function, there is no way of calling anyone to chase. Messages in the portal sat unanswered for days and days, although they state they aim to respond within 24 hours during weekdays, I normally had to resort to going on the chat who could not help other than to nudge the claims team. Then weeks go by and they would ask for more info or more photos of an item that’s sitting in the third parties premises, that there was no guarantee they were retaining it as clearly it was just taking up space for them. Luckily they were good enough to hold it for me. So finally they make an offer of repairing it for me, accepting a reduced refund set by them or a full refund and they will collect it and repair it themselves. It’s worth noting as part of the refund you only get back the value of the item, nothing back for the hassle or the postage you paid which in my case was on excess of £60. So I accepted the full payment and let them collect it for repair. Even then it still took over a week to get my money. I am unlikely to use these again if I am honest, competitive pricing but I found support and customer care lacking and stressful.

So delivery was on time, but parcel was damaged. The subwoofer inside had a leg snapped off, the speaker terminals had a massive knock. My son said that the guy who delivered it had parcels knocking around in the back of his van, and no care was taken it seems by my driver, shame that many drivers are on such strict targets and deadlines, no care is taken these days.

I have an Etsy shop, and sometime my builds make it out to America, I looked at some companies and they wanted over £100pounds to ship.
Parcel Monkey found me the cheapest deal, and they made the process with customs easier that before.

The parcel was delivered in one piece in good time. It contained an import invoice as required valuing the contents at $37.4 can (£20.00). The recipient of this gift was made to pay more than the value in duty. What was going on? I am not happy and will think very hard before I send anything over seas again.

I have used parcel monkey a lot in the past 5 years, initially it went smoothly but the past couple of years there always seems to be an issue. I booked a collection for yesterday no one came, no communication as why that was or when they knew it wouldnt be collected so a day wasted, now they are only suggesting to collect tomorrow so that will be over 2 days late on the original booking which I paid a lot for, i havent used this company for 9 months in the hopes things would of improved but its clear it hasnt

Booked 4 parcels over 2 days for next day deliveries & paid arm & Leg still not collected. Replies can take 24hrs which is very late, Its the last time im using them

Terrible service. Sold a service they are unable to deliver. £47 to send a parcel to Oman via FedEx but NOWHERE would actually take it. Wasted a lot of time going to where the Parcel Monkey Click here to find a location near you drop off point only to be told We cant take that. Very frustrating and a total waste of time and delay in sending an urgent package. Parcel Monkey were unable to tell me anywhere to drop the parcel 5 DAYS after I raised a query. Hopefully they will be a bit better processing my refund.....

I have used Parcelmonkey for years but have had enough. I have paid for services on more than one occassion where they have not delivered on time or packages have been returned. The customer service is hit and miss, more often coming back to you 24hrs later and in some instances not at all. I have had enough and would say go direct.
