Everything is easy and smooth

Used Parcelforce next day collection. Nobody turned up on the day to collect. Contacted Parcel Monkey who apologised but said ‘ Please be advised that we do not offer compensation for late collection as the service is not guaranteed unless collected and delivered. Apologies. ‘ Awaiting full refund as I cancelled full collection and went with another collection provider instead.

What a terrible experience. I was simply trying to send Xmas presents to my family abroad - what could go wrong ? My dad whos almost 90 was asked to pay quite expensive VAT and import costs ... Obviously he did not. Now I dont even know where those parcels are ... Trying get help was not the best either - I was just told to tell my dad to contact the customs ... DPD customer service was not willing to answer my calls and the chat bot is useless

Awful experience, total rip off. Wouldn’t deliver my parcel even though I was just returning an item to Spain and then charges me a fortune to return them to me. Would not use again and dont trust!

Process of booking collection of parcel through Parcel Monkey was convenient and easy, but chosen courier was poor. Used Parcel Force and recipient collection in UK was swift but process of getting it couriered to UAE took far longer than expected. Also received multiple scam sms’s regarding delivery of a parcel before it arrived in country. Then PC website said could not deliver due to error on address (which was not true and I couldn’t speak to someone to figure out what was going on), only to finally have it delivered by another local courier company. Would rather stick to well known courier companies in future.

After completing the whole process in attempting to send a parcel to Turkey, all information was accepted and I received an email of confirmation. However, after several enquiries regarding an address label, none of which were answered even tho they had all been read, later in the day they sent a message telling me the service was not available. There was no explanation and no attempt to tell me how to correct any errors, and I have still to receive a refund!!

Staff at the first drop-off point had no idea how to process the shipment, so after 20 minutes of trying we abandoned it and decided to try elsewhere after Christmas. If youre using third-party partners, you MUST ensure that they know how to help! Staff at the second drop-off location were able to help.

Company who I was returning item to are claiming item was damaged so will not get my refund. Not sure who’s at fault but it was returned in the same condition I had received it in as it wasn’t taken out of the box.

I picked FedEx as delivery company and picked drop off point. Water tech on place with ready parcel I had been informed they not work with FedEx anymore since couple months! 2nd drop off point area lead me to private house! Then I find out there is no any drop off points in 30 miles range in my area! Totally I have to call by myself to FedEx and rearrange parcel collection such delays my parcel for 48h! Totally disappointed! Suggest you to get more closer co-op with curries companies and have more up to date informations!
