I sent two boxes each weighing around 11kg to Zambia in May 2022. They arrived safely after just 7 days! I have used Parcel Monkey before and have had no issues.

I have nearly used all of the 3rd parties delivery booking websites and found parcelmonkey best. Why? because their dimensions contracts with providers are much better than others. I will particularly mention interparcel and parcel2go. Their prices are sometimes even better than booking directly with a courier. The thing they can improve is connectivity and interface with ebay , etsy etc.

Avoid at all costs - parcelforce parcel went missing and their customer service is useless - they did not chase the missing parcel, fobbed me off with ridiculous excuses, provided wrong information and then just gave up Without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with

3 parcels booked on for Thursday collection. Its Monday now and still my parcels havent been collected dispite a live chat with an agent assuring me they would be collected by 6pm last Friday. One of the parcels was time sensitive and needed to be there by today latest.

Terrible terrible service. I regret to write this review but with so much expectations of sending a parcel to Cuba Courier returned my parcel. You will think...well thats Courier and not Parcel Monkey. Yes and no. Despite Courier returned the parcel, Parcel Monkey has been useless. Ive been trying to get information why my parcel was returned and they keep provided very vague answers such as: "no indemnity letter was provided" First Parcel Monkey didnt even know what this was, and second such document was not even requested during the booking process. Nevertheless, Im still waiting for a refund and Parcel Monkey has not been able to provide an answer on this matter either so I feel robed. This kind of poor service is incomprehensible and no, I do not recommend this company to anyone. Their clients seems to have no priority at all.

I will never use parcel monkey again! My package is lost and it is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone! I have used the live chat, but they are incredibly unhelpful!

Ive given a 5 because for the service I think that fair but the one thing I would point out to new customers is the lack of detail on postal services offered. For example I bought Parcelforce 24 which suggests the parcel will be delivered in 24 hours right? no not on when you order on a Friday.
To make matters worse I also added the option before 9am at extra cost. The parcel arrived 8.45 Monday which is Parcelforce 72 isnt it :-) the was no info to tell me this would happen. I would suggest services that dont deliver weekends shouldnt be offered at all on Fridays.

As on previous weeks I ordered the collection of two packages for pickup on Wednesday, I then expected them to be delivered on Thursday, one was and the other is expected to be at its destination midday on Friday, I dont really find this acceptable.

Never ever use Parcel Monkey, despite 6 layers of cardboard, sketch was bent in the middle, despite taking over £40 for postage that included £20 for £1000 of compensation, was then told that a sketch counted as artwork and was of course on the terms and conditions. Quite happy to take my money though... Anyone thinking of sending a Nuclear Reactor? (Yes thats on their list) Never using again.
