Parcel monkey made it easy to choose which company to send my fragile gramophone via. It has numerous companies to choose from. You have to set up a password and minor details. I chose 48hour parcelforce.

Parcel Monkey Uk takes the hassle out of having to send out parcels/packages. Up front, give the dimensions and weight and they find all the prices and availability of the couriers within seconds. When I have decided which to use, they provide the file to produce a label, if needed, then they give you all details of when/where to take the parcel to the distribution centre or when the courier will pick up. Simple. Also a tree is planted on every transaction.

When in the basket going to pay, there is no details of the product you’re going to pay for. No confirmation of pick up time and to date I’ve had no confirmation of delivery of parcel tracking number was different to order number placed.

It was easy t0 get a price and and I was happy I was getting a good price.Was happy with delivery service and communication.The form filling was onerous and when I went to the first drop off point it no longer took those UPS parcels which was really unhelpful.Overall the service was good though.

1 star just because easy to use their comparing site... but after I paid £ 28 for a small parcel express delivery from UK to Sweden and got confirmation of it, parcel label NEVER arrived... so, panicked as it should be next day collection... and sent message about it... and they simple messaged: service has been cancelled and offered refund which I should accept within 14 days... when I accepted it their message was simple OK, the accounts will deal with it, nothing about sorry we messed up so immediate and automatic refund as a minimum standard... I have no idea when the refund will be sent... DISAPPOINTED,THUS, NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. If I do not chase them for the label then how long I would wait for the NOTHING??? I ended up to go directly to the courier service prover website and ordered delivery through them (for less I paid earlier), label emailed instantly, so hopefully parcel will be on its way...

Parcel monkey gives a large choice of options
I opted for one but when it came to pay the price had gone up a lot because it was in a remote part of USA
So they gave me alternative choices which were nearly as cheap and proved satisfactory

We are now being asked to pay for an order to be returned to us which should have been delivered to our customer in time for Christmas. Breakdown in relations between Parcel Monkey and Parcel Force each blaming each other with no regard for customer. Also WE have nobody to speak to at Parcel Monkey only email so sorting this is impossible for our customers benefit. Whichever way we end up paying at least twice if not three times to get one parcel delivered.

This is the third or fourth time we have used Parcel monkey. Easy to fill in forms and easy payments too. All in all a great service.

Parcel arrived for pick-up from my local post-office, which was wonderfully convenient, compared to having to schedule being home at delivery time. All went well, aside from one pictures glass shattering (likely as much due to how I packed it as anything else), which I can sort out easily enough with a local picture framer.

Collection was ok just I wasted the whole day waiting in for it. The parcel was split open on arrival, I am still waiting to hear if anything was missing.

Website easy to use, had a few issues trying to pay with a card and ended up having to re-input all the parcel details more than one including the long list of contents for the parcel. Payment worked fine when I used a Mastercard instead of Visa. Parcel arrived safely at destination without any delay and recipient informed of arrival. Overall good service

The parcel arrived undamaged. However, the delivery company stated that they could not find the address so had to attempt re delivery the following day and found the address without issue.

Stay well clear, I sent a Christmas package on the 11/12/24 collected by Evri was told it would be 4-6 working days to be delivered, this time came and past, contacted these monkeys and they kept saying they’ve chased the courier, Christmas came and went, still nothing, 30/12/24 and apparently nobody can trace my package it just vanished into the postal abyss claim started but even that’s not going well because apparently you’re not allowed to pay for items using cash( I bought 2 items at a market) and hand written receipts aren’t enough so looks like not only did my partner who is overseas not get his Christmas gifts, I’m also going to be out of pocket, absolute sham of a company DO NOT USE!!!!

Do yourself a favour, if youre planning on sending a parcel using this company... Dont. The comparison aspect is easy and convenient but it is all downhill from there. I twice attempted to send a parcel in time for Christmas. The first one had to be cancelled as after driving around for hours, nowhere could provide the service FedEx supposedly offer, despite the shops being listed on the website. On the 2nd attempt, the parcel vanished completely. Neither ParcelMonkey nor Evri could provide me with any information about where it was. It contained a toy and some gift chocolates. I did not keep the receipts for these as they were purchased as part of the weekly big shop, and I naively didnt predict my parcel would be lost. Apparently food is also excluded from compensation. Im not claiming because it arrived broken or melted. Im claiming because it had disappeared into nothingness! Or some chancer has had his dabs on it before Christmas. Either way, after going around and around with customer service, its a month later and Im still out of pocket and a small child was deprived of a gift. Im glad it was a relatively low value package, so I can learn and move on. Id rather drive the 8 hour round trip to hand deliver something next time, instead of using this company. Read the recent 1 star reviews for other similar experiences.

It was very easy to use this website to compare prices for the parcel I needed to have collected and delivered. Links then took me to the courier and I was able to sort everything up very quickly. Communication was great and I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
