Choice would be 0 stars this time!! Courier booked for collection on 23/12/24, didnt turn up... Finally collected on 24/12/24 and not delivered until 27/12/24 !! HARDLY A 24 HR SERVICE WAS IT? ON THIS OCASSION I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY FAILED AND EXPECT A FULL REFUND AS CONTRACT BROKEN BY Courier OR YOURSELVES!

The package has arrived in Norway
I received a message that it had arrived on24th Dec.
My daughter is out of Norway at the moment but said that it would be picked up when she returns after the New Year.
Therefore I am Very Pleased with you service

I have used this service a couple of times - but I won’t again. It is very stressful, you have an easier booking process but then if there are any questions after there is zero service and if you were direct with the carrier you would have the tracking number and could query, My recent booking was Cali to Ireland - which went from Cali to Chicago with FedEx and then (found out after) Courier international- but the 5 day service is now 10 days and no updates other than delivered in Chicago. Parcel Monkey keep saying they have raised the query but never get back to you. Total disaster and stressful and pointless

Absolute scam artists! Come to another courier (pick up cost £55) and lost it within the first couple of hours! Even with a receipt/tracking number they said “nothing we can do” and that it can no longer be found. I lost out on (parcel worth: £180 + £55 pick up fee = £235!) without any kind of compensation all because they couldn’t do a simple job of picking up the parcel and delivering to address. Instead they lost my parcel and told me there was nothing they can do. Stay away! Use a reliable source. SCAMMERS

Dont trust them with you delivery if its important. They offered a next-day service to me with DPD on 22nd December 2024. They took full payment, they DID NOT pass the order to DPD until the 23rd SO NO COLLECTION. I am now being to my package will get collected on 27th December. NO APOLOGIES OR COMPENSATION FROM PARCEL MONKY AND NO CONTRACT PHONE NUMBER. JUST DONT USE THEM.

Very easy to use website, used to use parcel 2 go but found it much easier and really quick delivery parcel force got delivered within 24 hours and got a discount on shipping would definitely recommend and use in the future????

DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY UK. On 26 Dec I paid for the 48 hour delivery service -- pickup in England on 27 December and Delivery in England on 30 December. As of the evening of 28 December the package had not been picked up. I received a message that the package would be delivered on 31 December. The delivery recipients would fly out of England on the 31 December which is why i paid for delivery on 30 December. I understand this was a busy holiday season, however, if Parcel Monkey had communicated with me that the order could not be filled, I could have used a more reliable service. Beware--do no use Parcel Monkey UK.

Sending a parcel within UK. Used website on a Saturday. Parcel Monkey website results said UPS "1-2 days drop off service" and "drop off your parcel today". Went to nearest UPS drop-off - only to discover no UPS depot will accept parcels on a Saturday or Sunday. Returned on Mon 22 Dec - estimated delivery Fri 27 Dec. But today (28 Dec) estimated delivery has changed to Fri 3 Jan. If I had known UPS restrictions I would have used a different carriers next day service for only another 35p !

Difficult to rate a 3-5 day delivery service if your parcel is still (checks notes) sitting in a depot in Basildon, ten (10) days after it was dispatched. God only knows how its going to find its way to France.

When I saw the 4 day delivery slot, I was delighted as my mum would get her present in time for Christmas. My dad died this year and her present was a canvas print of a favourite photo. It was sent to Tenerife on 20th December. Unfortunately on 28th, the tracking shows the parcel with customs, l presume still in the UK.

The website was easy to use to get the initial quote and to choose the delivery company to go with. Unfortunately the price quoted didnt include the import charges, no was it stated that extra charges would apply! It cost me nearly half of the amount again to get a parcel released. Little gift to cheer my aunty, who is currently on the last stages of life had a very bitter taste! Trying to speak to a person wasnt successful either. All I had is a referral to UPS customer service bot!! I wont be using this service any time soon again! Be careful everyone when looking at quotes! Over £33 to send 800g to Canada!!

Firstly, the driver went to the wrong address to collect the item. Then it was rescheduled TWICE before it was finally collected. Parcel force would not help at all as this was purchase thorough parcel monkey. I was returning an Amazon item and they advised me to use this site. I won’t do that again

If I could give minus stars I would. I paid for a global 5 day delivery service. Completed all the documentation, printed and attached as requested. 17 days later the package was returned to the original collection point stating no customs documents were declared. I have the copies of what was attached. Now I am being told if I want the package I need to pay again!! Disgusting service, or lack of should I say.
