Efficient system, I liked the way it gave me all the options. No unnecessary emails, I was able to track the parcel from the one confirmation email. Perhaps one improvement would be if they could give an indication of the expected day of delivery.

Unlike Parcel Compare, who ensured my parcel to my daughter was appropriately labelled as a personal gift and under the threshold for duty. Parcel monkey didn’t do this and I ended up paying nearly £30 in duty before USA Customs would release it as I was unable to talk to anyone for assistance

Not well as I couldn’t find anywhere to drop the parcel off originally because everyone’s dropping you because you’re inability to be any good at anything my parcel arrive broken so I need to claim the insurance. I’m trying to find out where I can claim the insurance otherwise paid for it to make the claim so if you’d like to help me, please email me a claim form.

Booked at 48 hour delivery service 1st collection date - no show - 2nd collection date - no show - now being offered a collection date 13 days after the booking - company couldnt give a monkey (pardon the pun).. wasted 2 days holiday and now risk not getting my money back on the item i was returning as it had to be back to the company within 14 days... absolute JOKE - USE with caution.

Such an easy process. Booked the collection from an auction house on Thursday. Collected on Friday and delivered to me on the Saturday. Saved a fortune on auction house shipping fees.

Parcel was collected on time and was delivered on time. This wad a car bumper, and it arrived in very good condition. Some others have been damaged with other couriers.

Used parcel monkey previously and they were brilliant but this last time has been horrific- Im hoping the friends and family I recommended them to - are not having the same fiasco. First parcel sent to my son in the USA 1st December - superfast collection and delivery into the USA and then the parcel sat at clearance - its sat there now for over 20 days and despite providing information - its just not moving - Ive been ringing UPS in both UK and States, but whilst they empathise - they said everything has to go via parcel monkey- really stressful that you just cannot get updates or anyone to communicate - had the usual pleasant responses from the customer care team but that doesnt help as the parcel hasnt moved ...oh and to add insult to injury- last week they charged me another £10+ for the parcel weighing more than notified (deffo an error their side - it was weighed twice here) its been through numerous scans and process via the shipping agents and yet it took till it was sat in a warehouse for a fortnight for them to let me know- I have asked them to get it weighed again (theyve had it long enough.......)could understand an odd 1lb or so tolerance but 3kgs! Thanks for ruining Chistmas! Second parcel sent to Spain - again, superfast collection and arrival in Spain - then it sat at the depot ...nothing...then suddenly went to return to sender - on the box it stated (in Spanish) not collected - well not surprised it was for delivery not collection- waiting a resolution to re-send without paying a further £26!

The Carrier UPS were hopeless and didnt deliver to Portugese address. I was involved with the consignee in endless correspondence. No body can have read the answers.

Currently having a massive dispute with the courier service I booked through Parcel Monkey, as they have somehow spectacularly lost all four large parcels that I have entrusted them with. These are custom-made Christmas present orders for my clients , and so far its been a disaster.

Generally this is a very good service.
The only complaint I have is with the space you have for addresses. If you are shipping to an international destination then it can be a problem to fit in the full address. For example Asian addresses can be very long and multiple lines needed.
At the very least you need to allow for more letters per line.

Total rip off. They advertise a cheap price and then once the job is done charge a large additional under false pretences, awful business practice and I paid for 24 hour delivery and it was delivered late - use someone else

It was a great way to look at all options and delivery dates. There are also options for collection and drop off. All pricing is clear and allows you to choose the best option. Definitely would use again.

Adding substantial additional fees, incorrectly claiming the dimentions of the parcel were misrepresented. The practice of advertising a lower price and adding additional charges after shipment and collecting the finds without notice is unacceptable.
