Parcel arrived at its destination ok, but only after the driver arrived to collect the parcel a day earlier than planned. I’d biked through Parcel Monkey for collection on Tuesday, and had the email to prove it, but the driver arrived on Monday and didn’t believe me.

I booked and paid for several parcels to be collected for my customers and the driver would only take one parcel despite everything being in place.. all labels were on the parcels and yet he said he could only take one. Trying to get it resolved has been almost impossible.

Sent parcel abroad, tried to track as it was with Everi. Girlfriend did not receive parcel on valentines day even though sent with plenty of time. Girlfriend never received bed parcel specially on valentines. After some digging I found the office it was stored. Found parcel was damaged by rats with droppings in them. The parcel company could of contacted me or girlfriend when parcel arrived and girlfriend would pick up. Complained to Evri which was a waste of time never got an answer. Contacted parcel monkey. At least they looked into complaint but I feel they did not read the whole complaint only bits of it. The damage items they said will not compensate as prohibited items and they say did not read my instructions which are so hi ard to read thourghly so yes my fault. But x But my main complaint which they had not yet to come back with is . Poor storage, rats damaging boxes health and safety with rat droppings on n parcel. Communication that parcel arrived and where to pick up Delay of picking up and girlfriend did not get her suprise on the day valentines even though sent it n plenty of time. Rudeness and the pick up point. They will not compensate on any of this. Items I can let go but the rest I cant . DO NOT GO WITH Parcel MONKEY!!! They eat your parcels and dont care

They kept my parcel for 2 months, then returned it claiming the address was incorrect (it was as per the post office, wholly correct in full), it was partilaly damaged. Their support throughout these 2 months was awful, thanking often more than a week to respond.

A 15kg 450mm square parcel made it to Switzerland in 8 days … longer than the quoted x3 days but totally fine as it was only £34. I think it got held up a little at customs.
Would use again no issues …

Rubbish. Thhis is the second time Ive sent a parcel to an address in Italy and the second time its been returned with no explaniation! Ive now tice paid for this service and have received no compendsation or explanation! What is going on? ridiculous sevice where is my money that i paid?

Paid for 24 hours express delivery on two parcels and turned up over 48 hours later. Wrote to Parcel Monkey and they have yet to respond but managed to send me a how did we do email!

Horrible! Never picked up, tried to reschedule and again never came but just changed status to "thanks for letting us know your package no longer needs collecting"! I did no such thing, but rather wasted a day staying in waiting for a driver that never arrived.

Load of rubbish! Sent a ring back to company in wales, the email confirmed the address and it had gone back? Then I received it this morning at my home address from the parcel locker?

My first experience with this company was simply a disaster ! I sent a very small package to Namibia and inside the package was my Garmin smar****ch and the USB cable (without the retail box). My measurements and weight were correct and i kept also a picture with my package (for evidence) and its dimensions could be seen very clearly. The package had below the dimensions required to get the cost of 63.10 EUR. I measured it 3 times and its dimension were : 14.5 cm x 10.0 cm x 6.0 cm Few days after the package has been delivered, i saw that ParcelMorkey charged me an additional 37.99 EUR. I got in contact with them and I asked why i was charged an additional cost. They said that the package had 28.0 x 6.0 x 31.0 cm, which is crazy and totally wrong, as long as i have the picture with my package near the measuring tape. I asked them to show me an evidence that my measurements were wrong, but i got no response.... They simply stolen me and i am not the only one !!!! I am prepare to make a complain to Ombudsman and i will share my store everywhere i can, on the internet. This company should be avoided as much as you can !!!

I was charged an additional £52 today after paying the original charge of £35 My measurements and weight were correct at the time of booking I feel totally totally conned by this company and would definitely never use them again

Parcel Monkey do not honour delivery dates. Paid extra for 24-hour delivery and had a timely order arrive 4 days late, but they will not provide any refund or compensation as they have the following terms and conditions: 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. I contacted the carrier and they say as it was booked with Parcel Monkey I have to take it up with them. Closed loop. Wish I read the reviews first.
