Unfortunate that the firm you passed it onto, are nowhere near as professional ( Evri still haven’t delivered the parcel that they received from parcel monkey

Absolutely dreadful, I need to amend an address urgently and nobody has gotten back to me in almost 24 hours, theres no number to call or live chat... and they sell express couriers services (= urgent). Unbelievable. Im glad I paid using PayPal and could open a case with only a few clicks, hoping Ill get my money back so that I can book elsewhere more reliable.

I have sent my sons parcel via UPS using Parcel Monkey to the US - It is not made clear their website that there is high costs to pay to actually deliver the parcel in the usa for customs! so its cost me over £400 to send my son a framed pcture he had in UK before moving to states!! I will not use this company again

So everything went really well until the people I sent the item to got intouch to tell me to speak with the insurers as the couriers had damaged the item and it was now beyond economical repair. I did this and gathered all the info to Parcel Monkey and filled in the various forms they sent but was told they would not be paying out. I argued this point and they requested I send pictures of the packing, which I did. When I further pestered them they asked for evidence of my payment for the item. Thankfully I am quite organised and could find this and sent that on. Well .... I am still waiting and have been told its with a higher management team. They have everything they need, I would have thought they had already made the decision they would be paying out, it was just the amount and so they requested proof of my payment - so having paid an extortionate amount for insurance I am left still waiting. It is unbelievably inadequate. Go Royal Mail or even Direct with Evri because this is madness.

Absolutely awful. Do not use this company. I bought 24h delivery on Monday, they collected it Tuesday evening. It is now Monday of the next week… it’s still not delivered. I tried to contact to complain on live chat and my chat keeps being cancelled and they won’t listen to me. Awful.

Would not hesitate to use again, bought a large item on eBay, seller was prepared to wrap but I had to arrange courier for the item, tried several companies but kept getting rejected due to size or weight constraints. Parcel Monkey seemed to look promising as they searched many more options than I could come up with, they came back to me with the perfect service and I didnt require labels printed, the driver would provide them. Received a tracking number and followed the parcel on its journey from SE England to Scotland, perfect, now I know what to do next time.

Fantastic value for money, collected and all safely delivered in less than 24 hrs. I added to my order for the next day and the guy gave me some useful tips about my packaging to make sure it arrived safely eg a plastic box, hence I wrapped it in strong plastic, used lots of sellotape and added bubble wrap to the corners!

I paid extra money £12 for collection - driver rbinging the lable through DX express - this driver did not jave patience till the door was opened to him - took a photo of locked door and said unsuccessful delivery It was not collected even after 2 days . I had to spend 1 hour of my valuable calling and for online chatting to arrange for a new collection date from Manchester . It is not delivered till now at Bham though I made a payment 7 days ago. Where as with Royal mail , I paid £3.60 for collection from Liverpool a day before and it is going to be delivered today at Bham . DX express is useless and waste of time and money and I have learnt a lesson not to use parcel monkey and to always use royal mail

The comparisons provided a clear insight to the options from various service providers.
It was a shame that there was no options for adding multiple parcels that were the same Dimensions/weight but entering the same details for the 5 parcels I was sending wasnt the end of the world. The service passed the data to the providers I chose faithfully and made my selection really easy following comparison. Will use again!

My experience with Parcel Monkey was a disaster. I sent three packages — two of them were lost. I had purchased insurance, but after three months of back-and-forth, they reimbursed me a ridiculous amount: $29 for a guitar worth over $600, and $56 for a lost UPS shipment — which was merely the amount I had paid them, not the value of the contents. One of the lost items was a guitar I was deeply attached to, and they didn’t even make an effort to locate it. I was forced to file a police report for theft, as there was no tracking available at all. Their response was simply: "Its lost, we cant do anything.

Do not use - international post does not work - no contact details of the parcel which arrived at the destination country (australia) no method of contacting the courier and my parcel is at a depot somewhere in australia. I have no idea how to find my parcel at the destination country. 7 day response time to emails. Useless support!

basically conned via smallprint, bike was lost but it had a battery in it so would not pay the insurance! even tho battery in bike was completely discharged and posed no drama! so lost bike and no compensation for their loss of my bike!!
