Did not alert give enough information about needing a label and DPD refused to take it and would not wait fir ine to print one off.. Had to rebook but you are not reachable by phone so had to use chat service to ask yiu to send link for label. Also you said parcel was being delivered on Monday but did not confirm either that this was successfully done. Cost me £16 and will not use again.

Get a quote. Go through hoops to fill in all the forms. Come to the payment page and it’s twice the original quote. Seriously?

We have been using Parcel Monkey without too many issues for some years, but they dropped the ball so badly that we will never be using them again. We sent a parcel out having very carefully and accurately measured it, to ensure the details we correct. It was a stock sized box (very large ) so we new these measurements that we took and entered were correct prior to sending. About 2 weeks after the parcel was delivered Parcel Monkey debited over £50 from our card as it claimed our box was 3cm longer and wider than we stated. This was blatently false. They could offer no evidence to support their claim, and after countless emails to them over 3 weeks we have had scant response and no attempt to even look into this issue. The fact they hold your card details so can just take money from you when they see fit is something to be mindful of. We will certainly never be able to trust them with our deliveries again and now have gone with an alternmative provider. BEWARE!

Slow. A week later and parcel hasn’t been delivered yet. Probably not advisable to ask for a review when the service hasn’t been completed.

Used parcel monkey to organise a collection of a parcel. They used Evri as the courier. Parcel has not been collected from provided address, Evri have been contacted for 4 days in a row with the collection address and I have yet to speak to a human.

The delivery from London to New Mexico was delayed by the recipient not being in, which is fine but it took several queries to get this information. I though the package had gone astray. Otherwise fine.

Had to use Parcel Monkey to return a faulty product. Found it very easy to do and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of options and prices available.
All went well and the chosen tracked option allowed me to monitor the parcels progress whilst in transit.

Have used Parcel monkey before and found them great. This time however not so good Their 2 cheapest deals for shipping to Canada were both UPS products and far from being the cheapest they ended up being one of the most expensive on the list. The trouble is you dont find out the true cost until its too late. Once I had dropped off the package and it had cleared customs (still in the UK at this stage) UPS flagged up that there was money owing on the shipment and if not paid the recipient would be charged upon receipt. A small part of the amount was duty which I dont have a problem with but the main amount ($56 Canadian) was for customs brokerage, this is a charge by UPS not any government and Not Mentioned By Parcel Monkey and although not a scam very naughty as it was far too late to get it returned and sent with someone else a little more honest(no hidden charges)Why two stars? Well dropped it off on Monday and it arrived in Canada on Thursday

Easy to buy postage for a small parcel to Holland but a few days later UPS then charged me 17Euros for customs charges. You really should highlight that this happens as really wasnt prepared for it.

I followed all instructions, printed customs invoice, paid what I thought was the full amount. Got InTouch with customer service no directions or email follow up.y son was waiting for Xmas present and sad . Poor non-service. After paying over the odds for postage

Abysmal service. If your delivery is late - which ours was, without explanation, despite paying extra for Saturday pre noon delivery - there is no one to call. They are not even open at weekends. Total con.

I measured and weighed the parcel that I was sending and allowed extra. Paid £13.00 for the delivery service with Royal Mail. They delivered my parcel ok but then told me it was bigger than the measurements I submitted then charged me a fee of £76.00 for being oversized which they then proceeded to take directly from my credit card. I informed then that the parcel was actually quite a bit smaller and lighter than the measurements I submitted. They told me that I have to prove this by sending them a photo of the parcel being measured. As I explained to them, how could I possibly do this as I no longer have the parcel, so could they send me a photo of the parcel measuring too large. There response was that we do not have a photo proving this and it is up to me to prove that my measurements were correct and the £76.00 extra charge still stands. Luckily I paid for this service on my credit card so I informed Tesco bank of the situation and explained all the details and they refunded the £76.00. This was a lot of hassle and time to get a refund for a complete scam of a rip off charge. Use one of the other parcel companies out there and hopefully you wont get ripped off like I did.

It all started ok, pick up ok, and on time, got to the destination in very good time, but the box was badly damaged, no corners left on it, totally battered and bruised, luckly only a few items was damaged, but it’s not what I would have expected, £54 was paid for this delivery, I will have to think seriously about using this company again. Thankyou.

Absolutely brilliant. Sending a large parcel to my daughter in USA. Chose the cheapest option, UPS, which was an incredibly good deal. Cheaper than I found anywhere else. Parcel collected from my home on Thursday morning and delivered in USA on Friday afternoon.
