Had a problem with UPS overcharging for boxes with there lazer Scanners which work to their benefit . Account has been down for 3-4 weeks with me getting one email a week to try and sort it out. Customer Service is one of the poorest in the UK.

Finally Received Compensation — But What an Exhausting Ordeal After an incredibly long, drawn-out, and emotionally exhausting back-and-forth with Parcel Monkey, I’ve finally received the £860 compensation for my lost insured parcel. While I appreciate that the payment has now been made, the process to get here was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. It took weeks of persistence, countless emails, repetitive requests for the same information, and a noticeable lack of urgency or accountability from their side. I was made to chase them at every step — even after they approved the claim — with vague updates, unclear timelines, and what often felt like deliberate stalling tactics. Frankly, no customer should have to fight this hard to receive what they’re contractually owed. So while I extend a polite thank you to Parcel Monkey for finally doing the right thing, I also strongly urge them to seriously re-evaluate how they handle claims and communicate with paying customers — especially those dealing with lost high-value parcels. I hope no one else has to go through the same ordeal I did.

Used Parcel Monkey / Parcelforce to send a £500 ramp via courier. It arrived to my recipient damaged and neither company were taking responsibility. Avoid both.

Had a large heavy parcel to send. All I needed was its dimensions and weight and Parcel Monkey generated numerous prices from various couriers. Some had to be taken to a Post Office or local collection hub and others could be scheduled for home collection - The prices were very reasonable. Once I’d chosen the courier I was sent a confirmation email with labels to print - there were also No Print options available. I delivered the parcel to the hub and it was collected the same day and Parcel Monkey sent a tracking link which was very good. Excellent service and will be my first place to go when I next need to send a parcel.

Easy to book, no printer required.
Super easy to book and a good price when compared to some other sites. Item was picked up and labels attached. Item arrived on time and with care. The item was very fragile and arrived without even a scratch on the box. Big thank you to Parcel Monkey and DX Couriers

Good service, wide range of couriers, for me, its very handy to use UPS or Evri and drop off at a local shop. My workshop is off the broken track and drivers leave us till last and often not at all, so dropping it off works well.

It was made clear that package could be collected after 4pm. Collection was attempted early afternoon. This now means that I need to drop it off at drop off point which has caused immense inconvenience.

These jackasses had no guts to reply back to a simple concern. They saved my card details and charged me 40-50% over and above my already charged courier even after providing all details (weight and measurement of the box). These frauds have loot my money. If they really needed money, could have begged me. I would have thrown these suckers few pennies, thats all they deserve.
