I wrote the wrong weight in but didnt realise until i printed the postage label. I went to live chat and was greeted politely and explained my transaction was cancelled and refunded. Thats was fast and straight to the point! Will rebook once refunded.

Really easy web page. Parcels collected from home address. Would be good to have a time for collection. Took longer this time for delivery, 8 days, compared to previous parcels sent

I sent my parcel way back in June and to this day the recepient is yet to receive it. Theres no information given apart from "well get back to you shortly" which is not satisfactory at all.

Great service and amazing value! Had to send a car wheel to Jersey, and it was collected the next morning and delivered within 2 days via parcel force. No fuss and very good value.

If you dont want to get caught up in details and clauses with multi-box deliveries - typing and retyping dimensions and weights - then look no further. One time type and quote - perfection.

They lost my AirPods return and wouldn’t refund me at all. I have to chase them for everything and they couldn’t give me an explanation of what happened. Just that it’s somehow lost.

Absolutely diabolical company DO NOT USE. We (a charity) shipped a parcel overseas they added incorrect import duties and then when the recipient couldnt afford to accept the parcel both they and UPS charge for returning it separately. The upshot is they have cost the charity £50.64 and didnt manage to either deliver the parcel to its intended recipient or return it so that another charity beneficiary could use it. I shipped it on 7/7/25 and still havent got it back. Their customer service is non existent. I have sent message after message on their messaging service and their live chat and keep being told to wait and leave it with them. At one point, they told me that the parcel had been abandoned due to lack of response, but when they realised they could make more money they magically found it.

Easy to use the website to book the parcel, the customs declarations were concise and easy to complete. this is the first time I have used a service like this as the last 2 x parcels I have sent via normal post have been returned to me 7 weeks later ! which is not good as they contained gifts. I have an expected ETA of the 10th so fingers crossed all is okay. I signed up to the alerts and so can track the progress of my parcel which is handy to see If there is a hold up anywhere.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE. The parcel was not delivered, they say it was but wont provide proof! You are better off go straight to Parcelforce themselves and then at least you are provided with the correct service

despite weighing case accurately and checking the weight on parcel force scales and putting down a heaver weight on parcelforce form and measuring the case accurately and again overstating it on the form parcel monkey is still appling a charge of 2.99 without any back up information,

I booked a collection for a large parcel with Parcel Force through Parcel Monkey. I havent used the service for years but I used to use Parcel Monkey regularly and they were great. My labels arrived quickly via email - I printed, attached to parcel. I waited in for the entirety of the next day for Parcel Force to arrive. There were no updates, alerts or any other information provided (as you get with any other courier). I contacted Parcel Monkey the next morning and they couldnt provide any information - only that they could rebook it for the next day. Alarmingly, my friend who the parcel was going to was receiving updates from Parcel Monkey saying that the parcel had been collected and was on the way. Impossible as the Parcel Force website clearly showed it hadnt been collected. I contacted Parcel Monkey the next morning and they couldnt provide any information, only that they could reschedule the collected for three days later. Utterly useless as I was going away. I cancelled the order and am awaiting a refund. I then went onto Royal Mails website to pay for a drop off service and was struck by how much cheaper all the services are - including collection - going through the Royal Mail website directly.

I paid for the Parcelforce Express 24 service. My parcel was collected on 24/09/2025 but not delivered until 29/09/2025. I raised a complaint on the Parcel Monkey website which was never answered.

Parcel arrived it in time they said it would. Plus the labelled fragile box was in perfect nick/condition upon arrival. Super pleased with excellent service.

Was very impressed with all the process. Easy to choose the DPD. Collection and delivery was superb. Posted at 3.40 pm. On the Wednesday Delivered by 11.15 next day. Cant argue with that

Always a good way of finding the best value for money for that parcel. Simple and quick. Oddly, one Post Office was unable to take the Parcel Force package as they claimed they couldnt scan the Parcel Monkey home printed label. The next one had no problem though, so I put that down as a Post Office issue and not a Parcel Monkey one.
