Cheaper to use than direct to Parcelforce. Fill in all the customs forms for you. Make the process fairly painless

After using the post office to send my parcel with parcel force they have failed to deliver and I paid for next day delivery I came across monkey parcel was really worried at first but thank you so much they came to my house and collected then next morning it was delivered to the correct place I will be using this service again thanks again only thing is I would is pay for the insurance just for peace of mind

Put an extortionate "final charge" on my parcel. They charged an EXTRA £52 from my bank, without consent on a £20 delivery. I was returning an item so know exactly how big and heavy the parcel was so this they have scammed me. No response at all to my emails so I am taking this further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I’m sure this company is a scam, no phone number, useless unhelpful online chat….However a very slick and simple system to book a parcel collection and take your money, incredibly convenient. I booked a multi parcel collection from my workplace on Wednesday 2nd July (I live an hour drive away from work so had to be there for 8am in case of collection by parcel force) then waited until 6pm when I actually leave at 4pm only for no collection to happen, no contact made no nothing. Was away with work Thursday so re-arranged for Friday (New labels printed and attached) got to work at 8am…..at around 2:30pm I decided to go on the “online chat help” all I got was “we can’t contact drivers we can’t tell you when it will be…..wait until 6pm” I bet you can’t guess what comes next…..6pm arrives…..nothing…..no collection. Message again and no contact no nothing, so I’m nearly £25 out of pocket not to mention hours of my time in waiting around and I’m still no closer to knowing when/if/how/what/when/where or why my parcels are ever going to be collected. I’m going to contact my bank to let them know that I’ve been fraudulently duped by an online company out of my money and I have told parcel monkey this. However, their “online chat help” were not bothered in the slightest and kept with the same rhetoric. My advice would be, it would probably be easier and less stressful to actually drive half the country and deliver the parcels back in person than use this “service” as it’s an absolute joke and by far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with any company ever. All this is documented on my account and have downloaded the chat script also. What I don’t understand is why can’t a company do what they say they will do. I’m in business myself, if I say I’ll do something, I’ll do it. If I can’t or won’t do something I will say that I won’t or can’t it’s the basic rules and ethics of any business.

Communication like pulling teeth ! I sent a windscreen on a pallet through parcel monkey with DX they smashed it before it even reached the depot for delivery to the customer, however I had no updates had to ring DX direct and get the info, emailing parcel monkey is like dealing with a 3 year old my questions ignored and avoided charged me £120 for the service I didn’t get pallet was not delivered to the customer trying to get them to understand this is near impossible, called monkeys for a reason , will never use this company again and I advise others to steer clear, communication and service non existent

complete shambles. I had it booked for collection on a Wednesday, the failed to turn up and collect the parcel I had to chase them and the driver claimed we wasnt as the address ( I was working inside the property the parcel was out side the property and the front door was open) I was able to insure the parcel incase it got damaged (which it did it must of fell out the van) Im unable to claim on the insurance and I am not getting an response regarding this from the staff, DO NOT USE I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very poor. Wouldnt collect the first two times I wanted them to because they wouldnt come onto the property to pick up the boxes. Paid over £400 to have the items shipped to Spain where they werent delivered, customs destroyed them. Were talking hundereds of pounds worth of possessions including highly sentimental items. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
