Simple, Straightforward and more importantly delivered on time. Booking process was easy.. great price. Could drop off the parcel on a Sunday evening.. that was super convenient. Would definitely recommend

Next day delivery booked . First 3 drop offs didn’t take Fed ex though they were listed as my nearest options . Some kind of software error on next 3 drop offs - found out at attempt number 6 that it was a software error agents didn’t seem to be aware just couldn’t process the item . Success the next day Tuesday . Next day delivery delivered on Thursday . Missed the recipient who is now away for 1 month without the gift intended for the journey .

Gave me all the options. Chose UPS to send Christmas parcel to Hong Kong. Collected and delivered in 2 days - unbelievable.

The parcel arrived eventually after 3days, one driver said we missed you with a dark photo, didn’t even turn up, said delays on first day and the last driver was delayed though at least they delivered late, we were grateful for this, this was after contacting the courier service to finally ensure it would be delivered, being an expensive item!

I admit we put the wrong number on the parcel. No. 9. Should have been no.19. The parcel was returned to the depot. Great we thought as No. 9 is a new build empty because it’s not been sold! Cannot understand why the parcel was not returned back to us. But we have been advised per your system that ithas now been delivered to an empty house per your records!! No picture of the house but then that doesn’t seem to have been an option

Parcel was dropped off on a Friday lunchtime, sent as Parcelforce 24 expected it to be delivered Monday, but wasnt delivered until Tuesday. Parcel was delivered battered and retaped to hold it together.

My delivery through Parcel Monkey-FedEX was next day delivery and this was not the case. Parcel was delivered to required location (Collect+) by myself at 09:00 on 27/11/2025 and the parcel was delivered to any required location on 03/12/2025 (5 days in total to deliver)

My parcel went missing. It was collected from my home on 17/11/25. On tracking it stated not collected, It caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, the parcel was to my Great Granddaughter for her 4th birthday. I was very frustrated that I could not actually speak in person to someone. Eventually the parcel was found and delivered it took 14 days (not 2-3) 5 days after her birthday, no compensation offered.

Whilst some courier companies you can book a service with have poor service, at least Parcel Monkey can follow up on your behalf and will cancel without quibble if you have any problems. Its much easier to deal with them than the courier. Thanks to Mafe Cruz

Booked 24hr delivery and arrived late. Couldn’t track the parcels for some reason which is unusual as usually a very good service. Didn’t mind the late delivery but needed to be able to track the parcels.

Fruad, scammer, liars. I posted zipp carbon wheels and after packing their weight is no more then 5kg. First they charged me £122 and they delivered it to Dubai. Then after 5 days of delivery they charged me £38 with invoice for 30kg weight. Thats my parcel Id, if you want to investigate it. But before that just check zipp carbon wheels weight online. This is the second parcel I have checked in that has gone missing. I have also sent parcels via express A.M. next-day delivery, which can take up to two days to arrive. Resolving these situations proves to be impossible. They do not even refund the postage costs, let alone the value of the items that have disappeared.

Booked a parcel in with using a 24 hour delivery service, but after 2 days, no-one has been to collect the parcel, let alone deliver it. Whats the point in paying more for an 24 hour service when they cant even get the parcel picked up. Customer Service barely replies to messages and are useless when they do. Im now asking for a refund so I can use Royal Mail instead, but my messages are boing ignored. Completely useless, AVOID.

Package was never picked up, was never offered a refund. Arranged for Courier to pick it up and it was delivered to me within 24 hours. Will never use again.

Parcel Monkey is my go to site when i need to send parcels anywhere especially for birthdays, Easter and Christmas etc. always had a good service over the years, have only had two miner blips so all in all that is good!

Used this online company before. Easy to book collection. Collection guy very polite service. Delivery guy,not so good. Left parcel on doorstep. Person other end said they couldnt hear their doorbell ring. Thats the only reason for 3 stars.

Great way to send parcels and keep track of them. Dislike the way they accept payment for a parcel then send you message that there is a problem and to contact them, meaning i have to then cancel the transaction and wait on payment being paid back to card
