Truly awful service, used twice both times parcels were not collected when they should have been. I will never use this company again and would advise others to avoid. terrible service.

A company that claim to be a liaison, between me and the courier that lost a parcel. But the courier cant help me because this shower were the broker. They need to realise I am the customer - so they need to do all they can to try and solve the customers complaints. I paid them for the service, and I am unable to deal with ParcelForce directly, as, I am sure, you will be aware. The service I have received since first raising the issue has been so poor, and so inept, it is matched only by the delivery drivers ability to read an address. I wont be using your services again because any customer services that only chase when they are chased is not a service at all. Companies that hide behind online services only, are not people I want to put my companys business with, and any organisation that continue to not answer my requests to supply the details of a person of authority to deal with, just show how gutless the chain of command is. Very Poor.

Item was fragile but was handled well by the Parcelforce courier. Tracking was inaccurate showing the item still in the depot days after it was delivered, it was over Christmas though. We were very concerned about the item being damaged in transit but it arrived safely.

I can’t find a low enough star. Sent a £300 unit to Ireland (£24)with perfectly filled out customs, they made a digital error, still waiting on item Nov25 no urgency to help return or refund. Hide behind emails and jargon do not use these guys at all. 12 years I used them and they treat you like dirt tracking number CK250720527GB look up for a ridiculous bit of tracking

Having paid a premium rate for next day delivery. They out sourced my parcel to Evri. It was sent on 22 Dec it is now 5 January and I still do not have my parcel. Inspite of daily emails we are sent AI responses and we are still awaiting a resolution. Very frustrating and disappointing do not recommend using them if you want your parcel delivered.

Hard to navigate website. Searched for a drop off location that could print postage label. Chose Fed Ex as only company that could get it there on time. I paid for delivery before realising it didn’t include printing. So first payment wasted. Had to buy another Fed Ex one as now even less time to send parcel in time for my mums birthday on 23rd December. This time made sure it was store printed label, before I paid. None of the links were correct for where to drop off the parcel to print. I wasted time contacting Fed Ex before I saw in small print at end of label email that could only contact Parcel Monkey. This needs to be made clearer on all communications. I wanted to get help directly- hopefully speaking to an actual human- instead had to fill in a webpage enquiry. Still waiting for response. The parcel is now 11 days over sue and I’ve waisted nearly £15 plus petrol from driving around for days trying to find drop off point. This is my first time using this company, but have had only positive experiences with another competitor.

I have used Parcel Monkey on many occasions now and like the choice it offers and easy to use website. I selected DPD Next Day from the options available and paid accordingly. Collection was on the day promised (18/12) but delivery was not made until 21/12 - disappointingly late - with only one email regarding the delay received on 19/12 advising that the "delivery was delayed due to an unexpected issue". Disappointed that I didnt get the service I wanted/paid for and that (even acknowledging a busy period), communication was poor.

They are absolutely terrible. Sent my package on December 1 with 10-15 business days delivery and today is January 2nd and the package has still not been delivered. Talked to them 10+times at this point and no one can tell me where the package is and when if even it will be delivered. No one can help, all agents seem useless

The parcel still not delivered. Tracking parcel is impossible. Updates regarding my shipment are worthless as when I click on the link you can not confirm you are not robot as it is just looping. Can not loging to my account either... last time I using PM that is for sure!

Shipment from the UK to Spain. In order to clear the custom control the PM employee asked me for the very information (pro-forma invoice and receiver email and telephone number) I had created in their system. I did provide the contact details and one employee could not read them and insisted on their request. There is apparently very confused or non-existing communication between them and the courier because UPS kept asking that information while they had it on the box and from us. Eventually UPS Spain re-sent the parcel to the UK against our request and PM did not do anything to help in this process. Now the parcel appears as "delivered" but to a person I do not know and in a place that is not my address. No information available from either PM or UPS. In summary: Robotic and incompetent agents, messed up communications with the courier. I am not prepared to share the reference of my shipment because UPS allows anyone to insert a tracking number on Google and see very specific details of your shipment. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The tracking number worked simply and reliably.
No complicated parcel numbers to be constantly being needed to be reinput.

48 hr Express Delivery am on 20 Dec took 216 hrs to arrive, tracking was next to useless - last known location was at unspecified depot and parcel was delivered that morning. Whilst parcel was marked fragile and packed appropriately it was battered and crushed.

I paid £34 to send a parcel to Sweden. I received an email to say Parcel Monkey were placing the business with Parcel Force. 2 hours later I have received nothing. Have sent an email and no response.

Had the option for a same day DPD collection for a next day delivery. No collection made and when I raised a query I was told it couldn’t be picked up now until 2nd Jan 4 days later. Absolute rubbish service, I wish I had just gone to the post office. Something is clearly wrong with this company and DPD who I’ve always found excellent.

Parcel was supposed to be picked up on December 18th, plenty of time for Christmas presents to be delivered. Your email states that they came to pick up the parcel but no one was in, and so didnt pick up said parcel. My partner was in ALL day and they were sat by the front door window and could clearly see people coming and going. So despite your email saying a driver came to the front door to pick up my parcel, I dispute you ever actually came at all. I got Royal Mail to deliver it quicker than your company said it would, and it was cheaper. I will not being using this service ever again, and I will not be recommending your service to anyone, in fact I will be saying to steer clear of ever using your service. I am angry and out of pocket.

Parcel was delayed due to having to pay extra surcharges on top of the £80 paid for the initial parcel. Ended up paying over £100 despite giving the correct weight and correct details inside the package.

Really great service again I have to say. I had to cancel the parcel as the customs forms were becoming a nightmare and it was very easy to cancel and am waiting for my refund but all seems to be in order.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE. Team is incapable of reacting to more complex situations and therefore resolving any issues arising from them. This in part is due to the lack of logistical service that this platform offers. Go direct to the courier as PARCEL MONKEY seem to skim off the top of their price and offer no care or service when a problem arises. In short it takes 24hrs minimum on their messaging service for more complex issues. When you are using them for same day service this becomes a serious flaw in their service.
