The registration process is quite detailed so it took a while to get through. One completed, payment taken and labels issued it was easy to deposit the parcel at my local Post Office. Unfortunately the parcel still hasn’t arrived at its final destination due to bureaucratic delays at Czech Customs.

I posted an important original document through DPD by comparing on ParcelMonkey. Unfortunately it was lost. I have to go through a series of work to redo everything and upset the receiver. I cant deal with the courier directly but through ParcelMonkey. I understand that it is not ParcelMonkeys fault of losing it but this experience is really not the best. And I need extra time waiting for ParcelMonkey to pass everything (photo, description etc) to the courier trying to dig it out (which finally failed), and to process the compensation and refund (which is still pending). Im afraid I have to stay away and use other methods in future to post such an important document.

This company are stealing money from people,I sent a parcel, paid for it. 10kg under the limit, way smaller box than maximum measurements and yet week/10 days later they just charge my card another £6,99 Stay away and never put your card details on this joke website. It’s only £6.99 but it’s the fact that they just take the money and they send you an email saying you were undercharged, absolute joke.

First problem: The 48hr delivery took more than 2 weeks to deliver. This was because the courier did not pick up from their collection point for 13 days after the parcel was deposited there. Second problem: Parcel Monkey point blank refuse to take any repsonsibility for refunding or contacting the courier. The courier wont deal direct with me becuase I bought via Parcel Monkey. Big mess up and complete failure to take any repsonsibility. Will not be using again - direct to courier every time now. At least there will then be a direct line of accountability for customer service.

Atrocious my parcel was never collected!! Tracking was incorrect - spent two days try My ringer hold of these people and Evri all to no avail! Will never use again

What do you do when you carefully package a fragile item, write fragile all over the box only for the courier DPD in this case to throw it about in transit. I did everything right, well packaged, insured the item, a vintage lamp but it arrived seriously damaged. Parcel Monkey refused my claim because apparently its ceramic and they dont insure that. Its not its made from chalkware, chalk. There is no appeal nothing. Dont use Parcel Monkey and definitely not DPD.

I sent the parcel using parcelforce Express 48 paying extra for that service on Wednesday the 19th March, but it was not delivered until Monday the 24th March. That is pretty poor service

Poor. Booked a parcel in spent time completing all customs descriptions etc no label appeared at the end of it. I was then told when I queried the whereabouts that the courier couldn’t offer me this service and had to have a refund. So this company sells something it can’t offer even though you fill out all the required info they ask you for?! Asked for them to honour the price and change to a different courier but they couldn’t do that. Took my money elsewhere and won’t be using these again !

The driver did not delivery the parcel, he apparently made 2 attempts, In the end we had to send someone to collect it as he couldnt locate the site. when i called up customer services his pin he dropped was at the wrong end of the road. the delay cost me a days work on site of £550.00 will not use the parcel force part of parcel monkey again!

I registered and ordered the parcel, which was a toilet. When it was delivered the toilet was broken. When I asked for help I was informed that toilets should not be returned via the courier and it was on the list of items not to be sent: 1. The list of excluded items is not clearly available 2. Parcel Monkey was recommended by Victorian Plumb for returns, given they sell sanitaryware surprising that they recommend a supplier who excludes their products. I will not be using again

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERIVCE - AVIOD!!! 1 Parcel not collected & now lost & 1 Parcel sorted to the incorrect depot & delay. Paid extra fort 24 hr & 48 hr express delivery & both parcels have been in transit (or lost) for the past 5 days! Parcel Monkey JUST IGNORE ALL messages sent & never get back! Disgusting service

From getting parcel booked in to dropping off at local post office all went really well. Parcel delivered in Australia in less than a week. Have used Parcel Monkey UK numerous times and will continue.
