Making another one star review to help people avoid the same fate as me. Had 2 parcels missing for over a month. Still no sign of a refund, they have just stopped replying to my messages. Was then told one of the parcels was damaged and returned to me but was in fact delivered to the customer opened and covered in mould. No responses from customer service and nobody you can actually speak to! This is written by someone who uses Parcel Monkey numerous times a week.

Brilliant service, easy to use website as I am not very computer savvy, I usually have to get assistance but it was easy to follow. The collection was spot on time, which i was not expecting as there was a lot of road works in my area. Easy to follow progress of my parcel, and delivered in the time frame that was given. Overall a very friendly and competent company that does what it says,

All the quotes look good ... until you get to the bottom line and the vat, insurance and other hidden costs nearly double the quotes.

Do not use DX Freight for business unless you dont value your own customers.In our first week with them they lost a parcel that we had to replace and deliver ourselves before finding and delivering without telling us. Then decided to dismantle a pallet and damaged goods beyond use. After which no responsibility was taken. Worst customer experience from a logistics company ever

I used parcel monkey to send a parcel to the UAE and the service was excellent. I have since sent another parcel to the UAE using PArcel force priority and after 6 days it still hasnt arrived!!

Found the cheapest international delivery, good service although there was a problem with the customs form file which meant I couldnt print it out. Not really a problem though as you can fill one out at the postoffice

I am so upset, disappointed and distressed by my recent dealings with Parcel Monkey. I wanted to send a box of baby items to my son in New Zealand, as his first baby is due on 29th June. Sent the very carefully and itemised box some time last month and had it returned to me yesterday. The whole process incredibly torturous and complicated and communication zilch. Do not use if you expect swift, efficient and value for money service. I feel totally ripped off by this company.

After receiving poor service from Royal Mail sending a package to South America, I decided to use another service (Parcel Monkey UK). Paid a similar price and was delivered within the stated time. Except for having to print some of the shipping stickers and attaching them, it is a good service to use.

Cheap and reliable. For some reason having tried to send a package with royal mail to Germany, it kept failing and was being returned. Parcel monkey was a much simpler, cheaper process which was delivered. Very happy to keep using this service.

Very, very bad. Ordered and paid for a 48hr pick up and delivery service. You used Parcel Force, who barely delivered in almost 80hrs after pickup, and had to be chivied by phone several times. They never emailed or messaged me back and, in the end, just turned up without notice. This was a large item I had paid insurance for.
